AN: Been a long time since I have sat down and written, over a year in fact. Forgive me for any rust. I know I have other stories, but I have always wanted to write a reaction fic, as I love them so much. And I have had this idea in my head for a long time. Especially since I have found so many RWBY reaction fics. Let's just say I can't give special thanks to specific ones as I have probably read 90% of them and enjoyed each so much. More at the end.

Own nothing but OCs.

In the middle of the void that was the center of the multiverse, there was a castle that floated in the nothingness. Inside the largest room of the castle was a room that resembled a movie theater, but this theater was more extensive than any theater that had come before it. On one wall there was a large screen that took up most of the entire wall. Which was currently being watched by the only occupant of the castle.

Sitting before the screen on a floating throne was a man that had just finished viewing another universe. As the screen flickered to darkness, an orb the size of a golf ball flew out of the screen at the man who caught it with relative ease. He looked at it with a small smile.

"Another universe viewed and thoroughly enjoyed. I just love that pairing, they have some of the sweetest moments. But man Jaune you are such a dense idiot aren't you?" The man stated as he released the orb with a flick of his wrist. The orb launched away from him as it flew across the room to its place amongst the other countless orbs in the room.

The man looked around the room seeing the thousands and thousands of shelves that held countless colored orbs that housed the multiple universes that made up the RWBY Multiverse. These shelves were always constantly shifting as new things kept happening in the universes.

The man then sighed, "You know, it's getting pretty boring being the only one here to witness these universes." The mysterious man then froze for a second at his own words. "And now I am talking to myself, great." He drawled out as he began to ponder more when finally an idea struck him. "Well, why not invite others to view these worlds with me? Yeah, that could work."

The man then summoned hundreds of orbs to him, they began to circle the man and his throne at a blinding pace where only he could see into each one.

"Let's see, the world I must pull them from must be close to RWBY PRIME, but not too close, the timeline must be a bit earlier. After the Breach but before the Vytal festival… Ah ha! Found it." He grabbed one of the circling orbs and the rest froze as well. He stared into the orb, going through this world's timeline from beginning to end seeing how it would flow without his indirect intervention in the universe.

"Hmmm, looks pretty close to the prime world…wait what's this?" The man questions as he looks a bit closer at the world's timeline. He begins to chuckle, and that chuckling turns into a hearty laugh which then in turn becomes a full-out psychotic laughing fit.

"This…this is perfect." The man wheezes out. "Now this is going to be interesting." The man grins at the universe in his hand as he dismisses the rest.

"Now, who should I bring? Team RWBY and JNPR minus the J are essential but who else?" He ponders for a bit. "Eh, I'll bring a small group if they get too annoying I'll send a couple back and if I want I can bring more too. Now, this is going to be fun."

The man with a small smirk lifted his right hand and snapped his fingers.

It was just like any other day at Beacon Academy. But this day was slightly more special, as it was the weekend so there weren't any classes that day. Currently, team RWBY and three out of four members of team JNPR were in the lunch room eating their lunch.

"Hey, where's Jaune?" Ruby the team leader of team RWBY asked her sister team.

Pyrrha sighed slightly before she answered, "We don't know, he wasn't in the dorm this morning when we woke up. He did leave a note saying he was going to be gone for the weekend, but not where he was going and when he will get back."

This caused Ruby and the rest of her team to exchange glances.

"Really? Vomit boy just up and disappeared with only a vague note?" Yang asked.

"That seems highly unusual for the dolt," Weiss commented. The added insult to Jaune caused both Pyrrha and Ruby to shoot her small glares.

Before anyone else could say anything seven black holes appeared under each person at the table and they all fell through them before they had any chance to react. Only a couple of people noticed quick movement, looking over in the direction of the table they only saw it empty. Each one shrugged and went back to eating.

Black holes appeared from the ceiling and eighteen people fell from them. Each landing vicariously throughout the room.

"Ow, my back."

"Get off me, you idiot!"

"Yang your boobs are suffocating me!"

"Fuck…my head."

"My coffee…it was innocent."

"It was just coffee Ozpin."

"Shh! I must grieve."

Finally, everyone got their bearings and started taking in their surroundings. The first to react was Ruby, "Uncle Qrow!" she shouted as she rushed to him and attached herself to his arm. "Did you miss me? Did you? Did you?" She asked rapid fire. He smirked at her and gave a simple, "Nope."

"Where do you think we are sir?" Glynda asked Ozpin as her attention was taken to the students also in the room.

"I have no idea…" Ozpin muttered as he looked upon the shelves that help multiple colored orbs and seemed to stretch on forever.

"Specialist Schnee, are you alright?" Asked out General Ironwood.

"Yes Sir," Winter Schnee replied.

"Wait! Where's Jaune?!" Pyrrha exclaimed as she looked around frantically.

"Fearless leader!" Nora screamed out as she hopped around in hopeless abandon looking to and fro for her team leader. Ren was also taking in his surroundings as he was looking for Jaune as well as looking for any threats.

It was at this moment that the final being in the room made themselves known.

"My, you are quite the lively group aren't you?" The voice drawled out. The words while simple caused everyone else to freeze and feel a small shiver go down their collective spines from the weight those words carried. All slowly turned to the one who spoke.

They all turned to see a man sitting on a floating throne. He was of average height 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was broad-shoulder but any indication of how fit he was was hidden by his clothing. He was wearing a black suit jacket with matching pants and shoes. Under the jacket, he had a navy blue button-up shirt. His dark purple hair (AN: Think Vegeta's Ultra Ego in color.) was wild and fell vicariously slightly past his shoulders but what caught everyone's attention were his golden eyes that just glowed with power. He had one leg crossed over the other, his head propped up on his right fist where his elbow rested on the armrest of the throne.

He gained a small smirk at the look on all their faces. His eyes scanned them all, and each was assessing him in different ways. But what caught his eye the most was Ozpin's face. Ozpin's was a mixture of surprise and dread. His smirk grew slightly, Ozpin thinks he knows what he was. Which isn't wrong per se but he digresses.

"Good day to you all, my name is Caesar. And I am the one that brought you all here." the now-named Caesar stated not once taking his eyes off of the group.

"Who are you?!" Glynda yelled out at the being on the throne. She was stressed out of her mind at the moment. She had been in the middle of berating Ozpin on his sub-par work ethic for the hundredth time. Now she is in this random place with students, colleagues, and drunks. So she was in a terrible mood. His gaze turned to her, he seemed to ponder for a moment before he answered.

"Well the best way to describe me to you would be a god," he answered honestly. This astounded everyone each looking at him in a new light. His smirk grew even more, "For my first miracle I would like each of you to try to use your aura, semblance, or magic."

Each was shocked to find their weapons missing as well as access to their aura and semblance. Ozpin couldn't feel the slight magical power he had left either. They all looked back at him in shock and awe.

"H-how?" Weiss stuttered out.

"I disabled all of those things the second you enter this room," Caesar replied.

"May I ask where we are?" Ozpin realized this being was the real deal.

Caesar nodded, "You are all in my home. This is only but one room in my castle that we are all in. At the nexus point of the multiverse."

"W-wait the multiverse is real?!" Weiss spoke out

"Indeed it is young Schnee. And this castle sits in the center of it all. I spend most of my time in this room watching different universes throughout the multiverse." Caesar explained to them all. "To be more specific, I follow the life of the most important person in the multiverse."

It was now Winter who spoke up, "The most important person?"

"Yes, this person is by far the most important in the entirety of the multiverse. They are a constant throughout the multiverse. They are the key to the expansion of every world. They alone decide each world's fate."
That last sentence caught the attention of everyone. It was Ironwood that spoke first, "What does that entail?"

Caesar just grinned at them. "It's exactly what I mean, whatever side this person is on is the side that wins. If they are on the side of good and the path of righteousness then that side wins. If they follow the path of evil and villainy then the world falls into the hands of the villains. Be it to rule the world or a monster who wants to destroy it. If they decide that neither side interests them and decide to follow their moral compass then whoever is on his side, be it a few from each faction or none of the above, then he and they are the winner. This person is by far the most important."

These words shocked everyone in the room the most. There was such an important person in their world? Ozpin and Ironwood gained a gleam in their eyes. They just had to get this person on their side.

"Oh and to those who are thinking about killing this person if they don't join you…I wouldn't do that." The few who were flinched slightly, Ozpin glanced at Ironwood with disappointment in his eyes.

"What do you mean? What happens if this person dies?" Qrow asked. He had even stopped drinking to fully comprehend this situation.
Caesar just kept his smirk, "Because if this person is to die before their proper time, then the Remnant as you know will fall to chaos. Neither side wins and everyone loses."

Everyone was at a loss for words from that. So this person was so important that whichever side they chose won and if they are killed before the time they were supposed to die the world fell into chaos.

"Who is this person?" Ozpin finally asked. He needed to know if only to make sure they weren't already set on the path of evil. Everyone looked to the god again waiting for his answer.

"Many of you already know them." was the answer they got. Many looked quite annoyed at his words.

"It's Jaune isn't it?" Both Ruby and Pyrrha spoke at the same time. Causing both to glance at each other before looking to the god again.

"I highly doubt-", Caesar's clapping cut off Weiss.

"Bravo. I am quite impressed. You both have guessed correctly. Jaune Arc is the constant." True mirth showed in his eyes as he looked upon both girls. He knew why they guessed it so easily, he could feel the feelings they both held for the blonde knight from where he sat.

"That is preposterous!" Weiss exclaimed. "There is absolutely no way that, that waste of space dolt is this important! He is an idiot who can barely swing around his sword without cutting himself. I refuse to believe it!"

Caesar narrowed his eyes as his ever-present smirk fell from his face. Suddenly everyone in the room fell to their hands and knees. The students, fell even further til they were prone on the floor. The air itself seem to distort as well from the pressure they were all feeling. The most upright person was Ozpin and that was only due to his cane. He looked up at the god on the throne and was in awe, his gold eyes glowed with power. Caesar's face was a perfect picture of displeasure. He let up his power only the smallest fraction just so they all could look up at him.

"Do not speak such drivel in front of me again child." Caesar's voice boomed out so loud it shook the room. "I don't care who you are girl. You may be an heiress in your world but I am above your world. I am above your brother gods. I will not stand for such impudence in my home. Do you think you know more than a god, girl? Are you truly so arrogant that you know the multiverse more than me? One who has watched multiple worlds rise and fall before your world even existed? You know nothing!" Caesar finished with a roar.

Everyone was shaking at this point. Everyone may have begun to accept that Caesar was a god, but many still held some skepticism. This moment wiped all that skepticism away though. Now everyone truly believed this was a god standing before them. And they did the worst thing they could when dealing with a god. They angered him. Winter wanted to berate her sister for offending such a being.

"P-please forgive her." Ozpin gasped out. The pressure made it hard even to breathe let alone talk, but he powered through. He had to save his student. "She didn't mean to offend you, she is one to speak her mind without thinking of the consequences. Please forgive her, I don't believe she will make the mistake again."
Caesar's eyes which had been trained on the pale shaking Wiess turned to Ozpin. They stared at each other for a bit. Caesar's gaze assessing while Ozpin's was pleading. Finally, the pressure lifted while Caesar took in a couple of deep breaths.

"I apologize for the outburst. One of my major pet peeves is arrogance. Just hearing such negative things about Jaune grinds my gears. I have seen that boy struggle in multiple worlds now. And hearing such things made me overreact." Caesar apologized.

Qrow spoke up now after taking a quick swig of his flask. He thought screw it that pressure frayed his nerves, "So this kid is that important, huh?" Caesar just looked at them both as his smirk returned.

"Indeed, he is. He is someone who can change the fate of any world he resides in. His determination is what stands out the most." He gained a genuine smile on his face at the end as he seemed to be lost in thought.

Finally, he snapped out of it. "Now for the reason that you all are here." The group looked at him waiting to know why they have been summoned. "Would you all like to view Jaune throughout the multiverse?"

"We can do that?!" Ruby squealed out. She would be able to see Jaune be the hero he wanted to be! That would be amazing. He was her best friend as well as her c-crush, but how could he not be? He was so kind and gentle but had this fire in his eyes whenever he trained and fought. He was even socially awkward like her, they even had so much in common! They both loved weapons as well as comic nerds. Jaune had stolen her heart without even trying.

"Of course," Caesar said as he tried to not chuckle at viewing Ruby's mental gymnastics. "That is why I brought you all here after all."

With a snap of his fingers, Caesar summons a huge grouping of large comfortable leather recliner chairs (with cup holders)."Everyone takes a seat and I will begin with explanations." The students sat in the frontmost chairs. Teachers sat in the middle group.

"By the way, if any of you get hungry or thirsty all you need to do is imagine what you want and it shall appear. And for you Qrow your flask will refill with whatever kind of alcohol you are in the mood for." Qrow actually looked at him with some form of reverence now.

"Really you are condoning his alcoholism?" Winter questioned as she glanced at Qrow with mild annoyance visible.

Caesar looked to her, "I believe with some of the crap he has gone through in his life plus not even mentioning his semblance, the man deserves a drink." His eyes looked to Qrow and only Ozpin noticed the slight pity that the god held in his eyes.

"Now, I will explain how we will be viewing the multiverse." Caesar began once everyone was seated. "Each of the orbs in this room houses a different universe. Whichever orb is selected will be sent into the screen and this will allow us to view a universe."

"I am going to assume that the different colors correlate to what kind of universe it is?" Glynda asked.

Caesar nodded, "Indeed, blue orbs are universes where Jaune is a hero through and through. Red is where he is a villain. Orange where he follows his own moral compass. Finally, the purple ones are…how do I put this? They are depictions of your world's future or very similar worlds and who Jaune ends up with."

That made two of the viewers sit up ramrod straight. 'Who Jaune ends up with…' Bounced around Ruby's and Pyrrha's heads. That caught the attention of others as well mostly with passing interest.

"Welp, let's get this show on the road," Qrow commented as he kicked up his footrest and leaned back in his chair.

Caesar just nodded as he summoned 5 dozen universes before him. "Now we can do this one of three ways. I can choose what we view, one of you can choose, or I can through one in at random."

The students looked between themselves and so did the adults. Ozpin then looked to the god, "I think I speak for all of us when I say you should choose this first one at least."

"So be it," Caesar commented as he started scanning the summoned universes. 'Probably should be something too out there for the first viewing. And it shouldn't be a villain one off the bat either.' Caesar thought to himself.

He scanned the universes before him looking for the best one to start with. Til finally one caught his eye. 'Yes, this one should do nicely.'

He snatched a blue one with a small purple center and tossed it into the screen, which began to flicker.

He glanced down to the audience below him who were giving the now glowing screen their undivided attention. "This one is one of my favorites," Caesar said causing the group to look up to him. "This Jaune is quite the hero. He is vengeance. He is the night. He is Batman!"

AN:

Welcome to my new story in over a year. I know many of you are still waiting on updates on my old ones and I just have to say I am sorry. I have had no interest to update many of them for a while now. I will say this I will not say any of them are dead. Because if I do find the inspiration I will come back to them.

As for this one, I hope I do the reactions justice. I love these kinds of fics and I hope it goes well. If you have any suggestions I would be happy to hear them. Now I may not write many of them but getting ideas would be helpful. I will say this if I don't know what the fandom suggested I probably won't go for it. That is just me not wanting to dive into a whole new fandom just for the chapter.

But thank you for all reading and enjoying the first chapter if you did.
