Hello, everyone, I'm sure most of you want a new chapter from either of my fanfics, but I believe this fanfic will explain a lot about authors like me and others in a rather poetic way🐺😊! Plus, it'll teach some a little consideration and have something new to read until my following chapters come up πŸΊπŸ˜‰.

Protect your creations:

See, when you create your own fanfictions with your own characters, you have to make sure every detail about them is just right. On that note: it took me a long time to get my Yu-Gi-Oh Original Series character, Selaenah Muto perfectly well done, and it took me even longer to get Glimmer Jewel Academy's outline and its girl's uniform as well. You also need to make sure your creations are protected and sadly, an artist's signature might not be enough, and it can be expensive. If your creations aren't protected, they can get stolen and someone else will take credit for your hard work. I am sad to say this, but these things do happen, not all artists have integrity and are not willing to do the work. So, they steal it from others. Like my art teacher: she's the one who made the Pizza Hut character for the restaurant and because she didn't copyright her creation, it was easy for those jerks to steal it and took credit for my teacher's hard work. It took years of fighting to prove it was hers and that she got the credit she rightfully deserved. That's why I always tell you to make sure you copyright your creations. So, something like that doesn't happen to you or anyone else you care about.

Fanfiction Work:

Just as making your own characters is work, so is making your own fanfictions. You have to make sure the sentences are perfect to the best of your abilities, and you have to read them out loud. You also need to improve on the old chapters you've done as well. Plus, there are days when you and/or other authors don't have time to work on your chapters, unfortunately, that happens. There are also other times when you and/or other authors have a mental block, and your creative mind goes on an unauthorized break. There are also times when you and/or other authors don't have any motivation to write either. Like with art, inspiration comes by chance, not by demand. Not to mention that life's hardships and your and/or another author's depression can interfere as well. You also need to remember that authors are not just authors, but they are people with thoughts, feelings, problems, and their own lives.

But if you love something and you love doing it, it's worth the work and it can be rewarding, especially, if you can share it with others! At least to me, it is.
