A couple of months later, Raven and Apple were at Queen Snow White's castle.
"So, how is the work on the bakery going?" asked Queen Snow White as the three sat out on the castle terrace drinking tea.
"All of the repairs have been completed and I also helped to reinforce the place with my magic so that no fires can break out nor can a person so much as throw a rock through a window," said Raven.
"The kitchen has also been fully finished so there's only the front to do which is looking really cool from what we have seen of it," said Apple.
"But you know all about this already," she said.
"True, but you have to get used to giving reports if you're going to take over as queen one day," said Queen Snow White.
"I see your point," said Apple.
"You know, it still amazes me that the two of you got together," said Queen Snow White while taking a moment to look at the girls.
"And don't get me wrong, I'm glad that you two are," she said.
"It's just that when Grimhild and I were in school we would talk about becoming in-laws one day and here you two are dating now," said Queen Snow White with a slight chuckle.
"Mother!" said Apple, who's face went red along with Raven's.
"Raven and I haven't even been dating for a year and you're bringing something like that up?" she asked.
"But you are each other's true love, so of course you will marry one day," said Queen Snow White.
"And I'm sure you both have thought about what your wedding would look like at the least, right?" she asked.
"Maybe a little," said Raven.
"Then what is the harm in talking about it a little?" asked Queen Snow White.
"I guess you're right, but it's kind of embarrassing," said Apple.
"Alright then, let's talk about something else for now," said Queen Snow White with a little chuckle.
