Jackyln was outside when she saw Amy running down the road.
She hurried inside and got her sister Taina. They were both two of her
best friends. When Amy reached the house, they showed her into the
tool shed.
"We have to get out of here! I can't stand this village anymore!
And I know exactly how to get out..." She told Taina and Jackyln
everything she heard her grandfather say. Except for the fact she was
the Twilight Angel. She simply said the swords would give her
power. She had heard the story of the Twilight angel before. She was
a woman of mystery, 16 years old, and she would come and destroy
the village. She had three friends alongside her, the Dawn, Dusk, and
Midnight angels. At 13, she would kill her parents and prove her
evilness. Eventhough Amy knew these facts, she understood that
thats what she wanted to do.
"Oh! But that sounds so very dangerous! We really
shouldn't....." The brunette, Taina, said. Taina never liked to go
against the Ancient One and his rules; her sister was the exact
opposite.
" Taina!" Jackie whined, " Come on! It might actually be fun!
Just think, we can get out of all of our chores and farmlife!"
"Oh, oh alright"
They always gave in to Amy. Both of them were best friends to
her and would do anything to help her. "But, first I have to go get
Sharon." Sharon, Amys all time best friend forever had a mind just
like Amy's. She was probably the only other person who wanted out
of farmlife as much as Amy. And, Amy thought, If Im the Twighlight
Angel, Sharon HAS to be the Dawn Angel.
The blonde got up from the stool she was sitting apon and ran
out the door.
The knock on the door interrupted Kayura's daydream.
"Lady Kayura?" Cale's head popped in the doorway.
"Dinner is ready." Kayura looked at Cale.He didn't know what
was going on, none of the warlords did. He was only one of the
demon leaders pawns in his giant game of chess.
"I'll be down in a minute, Lord Cale." She was surprised at
how cold her voice had become since she had fought the
Ronins. Her once calm, warm voice, filled with laughter was
gone with her identity and power. Talpa had made sure to take
that away from them all. She found her kimono and left the
room.
Her footsteps echoed down the hallway. Her room was
farthest from the dining room. It always had been. She had
made sure her room was next to the wepon room. After all, she
was the only girl in the castle, besides the servants that is. But,
even though they were servants, they lived in the castle, and
she had befriended them. They were the only ones she could
talk to.
Kayura entered the kitchen to, once again, finding Talpa
yelling at Dais about eating all the chicken. She laughed to
herself at the warlord of illusion, hanging upside down, cowering
from Talpas voice.
"I TOLD YOU NOT TO EAT ANY CHICKED DAIS!!!!" Dais
whimpered. Poor, pathetic warlord....good for nothing, she
thought. She sat down next to Cale and an empty seat where
Anubis used to sit. But he had turned traitor and went to help
the Ronins. Kayura always knew there was still some good in his
heart.
After dinner, Kayura went to the library. But she didn't
read. She found herself drifting back to sleep.
