Chapter 6
I wasn't planning on talking to Shield before I left earth for the wider cosmos but I can work with it. I was hoping to be more powerful before this confrontation but I will make it work. I had quite a few factors in my favor. I knew who the most important hydra agents are and I currently am quite a lot stronger than any agent they roster. However I am still at the moment a weaker black panther rather than a stronger vision. There are two items of importance that I hope to acquire from Shield the ant man suit and its pym particles since hank pym has yet to resign. And of course the space stone I would also be quite thankful if Howard Stark and hank pym helped me with my research products but I can't count on it. As the vehicle bumped around nearly knocking me over I debated my choices. I could come clean or well mostly clean and work with the Shield agents or I could play my cards close to my chest and be more antagonistic towards Shield. This was easily the toughest situation I have ever had . In the end it all comes down to my morality. The easiest choice would be to lie out of my ass join shield dismantle by revealing hydra and pick through the pieces for the items I need. However that scenario would lead to the deaths of countless innocents. Hydra being Hydra people are going to die either way but I can't justify sacrificing lives for my convenience. So I believe the only way to solve this problem is making a private deal with Nick Fury. Several hours later I arrived at whatever hole Shield feels is most secure and am brought through a series of tunnels or hallways still with a bag over my head before I finally get stopped inside a small room where they handcuff me to a chair before finally removing the bag over my head. I find myself in a stereotypical interrogation room made completely out of concrete with a steel door and a two way mirror. I am flanked on either side by stereotypical guards and am sat on a metal chair in front of a stereotypical metal desk. In Front of me is agent Sitwell who is clearly my interrogator. "I will answer some basic questions agent Sitwell but I want a one on one private conversation with director Fury and I won't give all the details in any other situation. "You aren't in any position to negotiate mr.Quill" Sitwell replies with a self assured look on his face. I reply with an even more self assured look on my face "I think I very much am In a position to negotiate after all I have possession of an infinite supply of vibranium much greater than even the meteorite under wakanda". Sitwell stares at me with a confused look on his face replying hesitantly " there is no meteor of vibranium under wakanda". I smirk "well then I suppose I have knowledge of two sources of Vibranium that shield is unaware of. Sitwell replies still very much self assured "as I said you are in no position to negotiate, give us the answers
we are looking for and we might be lenient". I simply say "no" Sitwell, a little annoyed at this point, starts the interrogation process.
Several hours later and I still haven't budged, Sitwell has gone through all the trick questions, simple questions, threats, and just general intimidate techniques known to man. At this point he is barely stopping himself from just bodily assaulting me. He is currently staring at me fuming repeatedly demanding I tell him how I found Steve Roger's. We both stop the staring contest and look at the door when we hear it opening, revealing Nick Fury standing in the doorway thoroughly unamused. "Uncuff him" Fury ordered Sitwell blistered for a few seconds before complying "follow me" fury ordered before walking away. I quickly stood up stretched and then started following the retreating figure of the director of Shield. I followed him for a few minutes before he stopped outside of a small metal door. He opened it and waited for me to go in before closing the door and locking it behind him. "I gave you the private one on one you wanted so badly now tell me everything I want to know or I'll lock you up until you feel more compliant." I begin talking immediately "of course director to answer some basic questions. I am half shape-shifting alien on my fathers side . And I didn't know where to find Captain America. I simply had a hunch and it turned out to be true. You can ask me any other questions you want. If not, I'll just tell you the real reason I wanted to talk to you alone." Fury nodded to my answers unfazed "no I don't have any big questions left so tell me what this whole fuss is about". I look him in the eye dead serious and begin "Hydra never died director they have been hiding slowly taking control of the world piece by piece their greatest accomplishment is their infiltration of Shield they currently make up a large fraction of the agents including agent Sitwell out there" Fury doesn't look convinced "you have any proof that he asks?" I shrug "no any even if I did you wouldn't believe it. But I can tell you where to find it: go to Shields first base captain America's old training camp behind one the walls is a secret elevator that leads to a server room where the mind of armor Zola transferred into a computer network leads hydra to this day." Fury, looking a little angry replies "very well you'll stay right here in Shield custody while I investigate your claims. and then I'm going to come back and we will talk further" Fury then leaves the room and shield agents lead me to a room to await Fury's return.
