Hello everyone I'm back with a new story! I hope that you enjoy! Just want to say the part of my inspiration comes from Meloetta246 go check out she/he's stories on Wattpad. I know some of you are waiting for my other stories I promise I haven't forgotten about them. They will be completed! Can I just say that this took me like 3 hours to write after I finished my homework. That is insane, I'm proud of myself, but I don't want to do this again unless I can. I done talking on with the story!
Chapter 1 Yellow Eyes
Oh, hi! I'm Eliza. Welcome to Seabrooke the perfect place to be. If you're my friends Addison and Zed. Don't worry you will meet them later. This is my last year at Seabrooke High before going off to college. If you haven't noticed by the overalls, t-shirt and combat boot, I'm into science, but don't worry I still have my edge and I not changing for anyone. I'm not your average Seabrooke girl that is on the cheer squad and likes to wear pink. I have nothing against the color it's just everywhere! Anyway, it's time to eat and then get to school.
"Eliza dear, come down and have breakfast." Eliza's mom says.
"Coming mom!" Eliza says grabbing her green backpack and her blue laptop case and heading downstairs.
That's my mom the great Margret Zmith she's one of the best engineers in Seabrooke she's the best mom ever!
"Good you're here I thought I was going to have to eat all this myself." Mom jokes. "Oh, mom then how would you be able to make it to work on time?" Eliza says as she butters her toast. "So, true. So, are you excited for the Seabrooke Earth and Space fair?" Mom asks. "Yes, I already have 10 ideas that I have in mind." Eliza says. "That's my girl. Now how about Prom you know it's your last year." Mom asks. "Mom I'm not into parties, I can hardly stand prep rally's." Eliza says after she sips some OJ. "I thought you liked them." Mom says. "No way, I just go to support Addison and Zed." Eliza says. "Well, it's good that they have a friend like you." Mom says and then stands taking her plate to the sink.
"Well, I'm off leave the dishes in the sink I will do them when I get home." Mom says as she grabs her purse and keys. "Have a good day honey I will see you later." Mom says then leaves locking the door behind her.
I finish my breakfast and put my plate in the sink then place all the leftovers in the fridge. Grabbing my stuff, I grab my keys and head out the door. On the drive to school, I pick up Zed. He's waiting for me when I pull up to the curb.
"Hey." Zed says as he gets in. "Hey, so how's Zoey doing?" Eliza asks as I drive us to school. "She's better no more chicken pocks. It's a relief we only get those when were young." Zed says. "Well, I'm glad she's better." Eliza says. "Me too." Zed says when we pull up into the Seabrooke parking lot. Once we park, I cut the engine and we head inside. Immediately we spot Addison with our friend Bree both in their cheer uniforms.
"Hey, gorgeous." Zed says when we get closer.
"Hey, handsome." Addison says as she turns around and they kiss.
"Guys please save the chemistry for class." Eliza says playfully rolling her eyes.
"I think that they're cute." Bree says.
"Bree, almost anything is cute to you." Eliza says.
"I can't help that I miss my girlfriend." Zed says holding Addison.
"You saw each other yesterday." Eliza says.
"I know, but with the cheer competition coming up I won't have a lot of time to spend with Zed." Addison says.
"Well, at least you have your date to Prom. I haven't been asked." Bree says.
"Hey, don't worry I don't either. Worse case senecio I'll go with you." Eliza says hugging her friend.
"Thanks Eliza, you're the best." Bree says.
"Okay don't feed her already big brain. Let's get to class." Zed says and they head to their classes. Zed to History with Addison, Bree to Math, and Eliza to Chemistry.

Eliza meets her friends in the cafeteria after her Computer Science class. She gets in line to get food then joins her friends at their table.
"Hey Eliza." The trio says.
"Hey guys." Eliza says as she sits down.
"Guess what happened in Math." Zed says.
"What?" Addison asks.
"So, Jacey was doing a problem on the board and about half way through it he takes out his phone and starts a livestream while trying to finish the problem. Ms. Heather took his home for the rest of the day." Zed says.
"Only you would find that interesting, and I thought his name was Kevin." Eliza says.
"It is, he just lets the other ACey's call him that." Bree says.
"Bucky started call him that and now so does everyone else, well except Eliza." Addison says.
"I'm just glad that Bucky graduated last year, three years was enough." Eliza says.
"Tell me about it, he made it near impossible for me to join the football team." Zed says.
"And he didn't want me to be a flyer on the cheer team." Bree says. "Sorry Addison." Bree says.
"Don't be, my cousin didn't make anything easy for anyone, he barely let me be captain of the cheer team two weeks ago." Addison says.
"That makes no sense, Senior year started two months ago." Eliza says.
"I know Bucky just didn't want to let go." Addison says.
"Well, I'm just glad that your Captain." Bree says.
"Me too." Addison says.
They continue to eat their lunch in comfortable silence.
(Time skip to the end of the day brought to you by the School bell)
"Hey, do you need a ride home?" Eliza asks when she spots Zed near the gym.
"I'm good I forgot that Coach wanted to start running drills today." Zed says.
"Okay see you tomorrow, text me if you need a ride." Eliza says. Zed nods and heads to the locker rooms.
Since she didn't have to take Zed home Eliza decided to stop by the library on her way home.
Putting her bags in her car she pulls out of the parking lot and heads to her next destination. They way to the library is not far from the forest that she and her friends use to go to for camping trips. Though Eliza preferred to stay within range for Wi-Fi proposes not because she was trying to video games. Once she gets to the library she goes inside and checks out several books about coding and programing. She takes a seat in one of the many comfy couches and takes some notes and sketches blueprints. Eliza is so caught up in her work that she almost misses her phone ringing.
"Eliza, honey where are you?" Mom asks. "Oh, mom I'm sorry I was doing homework at the library and lost track of time." Eliza says. "Oh, good you had me worried." Mom says "I'll be home soon I just want to finish this last problem." Eliza says. "It's fine dear I was just worried when I didn't see you when I came home." Mom says. "I promise this won't happen. I'll call or text if I'm running late next time." Eliza says. "Alight dear I'll see you in a bit. I'll get dinner started." Mom says. "Okay mom, be home soon bye." Eliza hung up the phone.
Once she finishes her homework, she grabs her stuff and heads to her car. Mom had a reason to be worried it's really late. Once she in she heads home. On her drive home she looks to the forest and sees a fire lit. Stange, camping season is normally during summer or winter break. Eliza gets a feeling in her stomach that is telling her to check it out. She shakes her head and drives to the camping sites parking lot. Grabbing her phone and a flashlight she locks her car and heads in the direction of the fire. She's glad that she brought her own flashlight just in case whoever is here leaves. Once she's close enough she switches it off hiding behind a bush she sees a person crouched down on the other side of the fire.
Eliza couldn't make out who it is because the fire is in the way, taking a breath she comes out of her hiding place and into the light. The person looks up and runs away.
"No, wait! I didn't mean to scare you." Eliza says. She comes over to the over side of the fire and looks to see a backpack. "Hey, come back you forgot your backpack!" She speaks. Closing the bag, she hears rustling in the bushes. "Who's there?" Eliza asks about to switch on her flashlight, but she decides against it not wanting to scare the camper more than she already had. Squinting she sees the faintest of yellow eyes. She takes a step back almost dropping her phone.
The person steps into the light and Eliza is terrified. The boy's eyes go from yellow to dark brown as he slowly comes closer. He growls at her.
"I think that belongs to me." The boy says pointing to the backpack Eliza was clutching. She then notices that he's nails are sharp like claws.
"Oh, um right sorry." She manages to say placing the bag on the ground. She takes off in a run making a beeline for her car. She drops her flashlight in the process but she doesn't notice she just wants to get away. Once she's safely in her car she drives home fast happy that's it's all green lights the whole way.
Once home she takes her stuff out of her car running to the door and unlocking it then shutting it behind her she lets out a sigh of relief. She runs upstairs to her room and shuts her door. Placing her things on the bed she pulls out her phone.
"Guys you will not believe what I just saw."
