Issei was born on the fourth of November two thousand and four. When the doctor's saw issei they immediately noticed the purple eyes. They almost dropped him cause of the shock and fear. The doctors wondered the reason for these eyes. They called in scientists and the government but they couldn't tell what those were. Issei was given to his parents but his parents hated him. They called him a freak a nuisance but eventually they realized what they need another child. They gave birth to another child two years after Issei was born. They called him Kenji Hyoudou. Kenji was a favorite he got everything. Eventually Issei was thrown out of the house and put into a foster care. Issei was mistreated all his time their however he could never get hurt. Everyone thought somehow the eyes were protecting him. Seven years past Issei is seventeen he now goes to a school called Kuoh academy. When he walked in the school instantly everyone looked at him in shock and surprise. One person was angry his brother Kenji. Kenji walked up to his brother and stared him down while smirking.
