It was midnight and she was wide awake. something was wrong, but what? It had been a long day and she was
definitly tired, but there was a strange feeling in the air. Her parents were acting strange too. When she asked what was
wrong they ignored her, like she wasn't even there. They had been doing that a lot lately. Maybe it had to do with he who
shouldn't be named (Voldemort ). She had heard that a lot of people had problems with him in the past, including her family.
Now Voldemort was back, but in some unknown place. No one knew where he was and what he was planning to do. "Thats it,
their just edgy," She thought. As she tried to comfort herself, a feeling came over her. Someone was there. But who would visit
at this time of night? She decided to investigate.
She slowly climbed down the stairs, until she got a small view of the living room. The lights were on, and her
parents were there. There was also another man with them. He was older, and had a serious expression on his face. Who
was he. As she looked the man over he began to speak.
Man: "Irean, Jack, I've known you and your family a long time. I was there when you went to Hoggwarts. I was also
there when your daughter was born. I just want to make sure you'll be alright.Things are getting risky with Voldemort coming
back and all. I hope your doing the right thing."
Jack: I know your worried about us. We've been considering going into hiding for a while. Voldemort killed my father for
what he knows, he nearly killed me and my mother. Things are too dangerous know to even risk anything. Laying low is the
best way to keep my family safe.
Irean: Thats why we called you here. You see Hoggwarts is one of the safest places we can think of. We know that Heidi
will be safe there. Keeping her with us would just put her into danger.
Man: What about when schools out. Voldemort most likely won't be caught by then. What happens to the girl then?
Jack: Don't worry, we have everything planned out. If you accept her into the school, she'll be safe, continue her
education, and she won't have to worry about being caught by you know who.
Man: All right. Even though the school year has already started, I can pull a few strings and get her into fifth year classes.
You'll need to have her on a train to the school as soon as possible, a member of my staff will pick her up.
Irean: That can be arranged.
About this time Heidi started to understand what was going on. She bolted down the stairs, and decided to have
her say in all this.
Heidi: WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOUR SENDING ME AWAY. WHY, WHATS GOING ON, AND WHO IS THIS MAN?
Man: Oh, I was wondering when you were going to tell her.
Jack: Heidi, sit down, we need to tell you something. Voldemort was seen near here. He killed twelve muggles, and were afraid
he will come after us. We're going to send you to Hoggwarts acadamey where you'll be safe. This is Dumbeldore he's from
the school.
Heidi: When will I be leaving? And what will happen to Snow?
At that moment, a small white wolf pup bolted into the living room.
Irean: You'll be leaving tomorrow at 6:30 and Snow will be at your side. We think since both of you are so close, Snow
will be able to protect you.
With that remark, Heidi turned and walked up the stairs. She knew Voldemort was bad news, but she didn't want to leave her
family. But if her parents thought it was a good idea she would go along with it. Snow then walked into the room. You'll be
there for me though, she thought to herself. She picked Snow up, and laid her by be side. She then fell into a light sleep,
not knowing about who she would meet and how they would change her life forever.
