Sup Guys? Lighting Wolf here. Back with another story, one about Mass Effect and Warhammer. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Warhammer and Mass Effect, Bioware, Games Workshop, and a few others do.

There was the sound of boots behind him. Hard ones who told him exactly who it was behind him. The noise was almost equal to hammer blows on the pavement.

"Hello, Chapter Master." Came the words of one Admiral Steven Hacket. "What brings the leader of the Raven Gard to my office?" Hacket questioned to which there was a small motion.

Hacket often seemed to place the N7 soldiers of the Empire's armies on the level of space marines. Not for their physical forms, for it appeared almost nobody defeated those types of warriors in combat. No, their character in battle was what carried him to the end of the path. He still respected the Raven Guard despite their reputation.

"Another problem." He heard from the other side of the room. "One that came after the death of the Spectre. There have been disappearances among the new colonies the Emperor has established in the galaxy." He stated to which Hacket slowly started to stand to his feet.

"And I suppose the Raven Guard has been dispatched?" Hacket questioned and was greeted with silence. "I sent him in. The silence in those sectors is terrifying and with the Imperial Fists and Dark Angels busy at the moment, we don't have many options." Hacket stated to which there was a chuckle.

"Always something 'off the books', Admiral." Hacket heard before the footsteps started to recede. "I'll tell what happens when the mission is done. I am aware you'd do the same." Hacket heard.

(Raven Guard Battle Barge Carrion's Talon)

The warship slowly started to fly into the next sector while it stopped kilometers away from the planet. The sensors were to be triggered if they had managed to reach the planet.

There was a single Shadowhawk Gunship that descended from the hanger towards the planet. It bore down on the planet with a squad of space marines aboard.

Yet they were not at all similar to the rest of the army. They were Raven Guard, soldiers who had handled tactics that were out of the book. They handled issues that had been outside the public eye when it came down to it.

The craft slowly entered the atmosphere of the planet Dramis 6. The planet was rather rich in resources and had been settled with Imperial soldiers adding to the garrison. They also heard there was to be Ultramarines stationed here to handle this planet's problems and aid the guardsmen as of this moment.

It had become rather interested in what happened on this planet. The craft landed before the door hissed open. The engines were barely a whisper as the soldiers within spread out with a speed that left the ship and spread out with bolters drawn.

Neither said a word as of now and they simply moved from shadow to shadow. There were no more than 10 soldiers and each was as stealthy and quiet as a whisper in the night.

"Anything?" One heard over his vox box.

"No, Chapter Master." They reported with a sigh as they prepared what to do next. "No chatter, no signs of life. We need will continue the sweep and send any data to the ship's data core." The marine stated before he nodded before she frowned to herself before they started before, he frowned to himself.

He was well aware of the duty that had been placed on him. He fell silent and into the wraith slipping that the legion was to be done. He was rather interested in how to handle this. The squad slowly started to move forward as they made no sign of their arrival.

Yet? They were either eager in this plan when it came down to it. There were a lot of soldiers aboard the Talon which was to come after they made their report. One Raven signaled another forward before a small noise came.

A buzzing, one which started to fill the air as they all shared looks at one another. All soldiers readied their weapons, direct combat was not the way of their sect, yet it didn't bother them as often as they were expected.

The entire group opened fire in a perfect union of gunfire.
