AN: I was REALLY borde in Calc class when I wrote this. Enjoy.

What I Do in Math Class

As I sit here in math class, my mind keeps drifting back to my adventures. It's a lot of fun, not that I would say it out loud. Seeing Japan first hand before Western influences. Smell the clean air before the smog. Great forests before they gave way to the towering skyscrapers in modern Japan.

People, too, are very different. For one thing, they don't have tests. The occasional demons, feuding war lords, and bad harvest are the only worries for the people of the past. The land is the people. The people belong to the land. Generations of family would live and die on their land.

In my world, those values and way of life is nothing but a memory of a distant past. One little phone call can take a family from one side of the world to another and back again. Our lives are moving so quickly that we never even bother to "stop and smell the roses." There just isn't enough time to do that.

Speaking of time, the class is almost over. That means the weekend is coming. Along with the coming of the weekend, another would come. He always come. Every time, without fail. That's about the only reliable thing about him. He is such a kid sometimes. He never admits when he's wrong. He is such a stubborn, pig headed, foul- mouthed, dog-breathed jerk!

Ooooo, just thinking about him makes my blood boil. But there are other times too. He can also be strong, brave, courageous, and sweet. Okay, I think I'm going a little far by saying he's sweet. But he can be kind when he is not defensive. He also has the cuttest ears I've ever seen! They are so soft and fluffy. Add that to his golden eyes, dog nose, and snow white hair, you have a very kawii picture.

Not that I would even tell him that. Even though the expression on his face might be worth it, it might be too much for him. I could just see him sweat already. But na, he has enough to deal with already. Everything from Shippo's teasing, Miroku's lecherous ways, and grandpa Myoga's exceptional courage or lack there of all drives him bonkers.

Well, the bell finally rings. I'm FREE!!! I can't wait to see everyone again. I hope he didn't pick on Shippo too much. Miroku deserves whatever he gets, *heee heee.* My only worry is Inu-Yasha. I hope Inu-Yasha is not too sore from the 20 "sit"s I gave him. He has GOT to learn when to give up. But if he gives up, then he won't be Inu-Yasha. Boy, I'm full of contradictions here.

Just few more boxes of Ramen... Okay, I'm all done. (shiver) I think Inu-Yasha is here. Ready or not, Feudal Age here I come!
