Ginny in her 6th year (Harry's 7th)

Dear diary,
I can't believe it!! I am Harry Potter's girlfriend!! Last night everyone else was at supper but I wasn't hungry and didn't feel like being around people so I decided to stay in the common room and just read. I heard someone walking in and I looked up and there he was; Harry James Potter. hey Ginny He said pulling up a seat next to me. why weren't you at supper? oh my gosh he actually noticed I wasn't there. oh I wasn't hungry I mumbled. oh I am not really hungry either Harry sighed. for a minute or so there was an uncomfortable silence.. I started not exactly knowing what I was going to say. harry asked a questioning look in his eyes..oh nothing..just uh um .. oh never mind harry heaved a sigh. Ginny.. I have for a while noticed that you like me...It hasn't been until recently though that I have started to have feelings for you.... I stared at him dumbfounded sure that my ears were playing tricks on me..you see I had always thought of you as Ron's younger sister but this year I have begun to think of you as first a person and then as we got closer as a girl who I liked...I ...I .....like you .....a lot. there was another awkward silence this one though was thick both of us wanting to say something but not knowing what to say.. finally harry broke the silencewill you be my girlfriend? he asked so fast that if it weren't for the fact that I have heard him say it a million times(in my dreams of course) I wouldn't have understood him.. I said a lil too fast then I started to blush. ( stupid me) With that Harry gave me a kiss on the cheek..we went and played a game of chess..A while later Ron and Heremoine and the rest of the Gryffindors came in. Harry invited Ron and Heremoine to come over and help him( I was beating him badly..I was after all Ron's sister) so are you two now a couple or something?? Ron asked Harry...well as a matter of fact...yes Harry stated nonchalantly. Ron and Heremoine jumped back a little startled by the news. Ron looked from Harry to me and then back to Harry. Finally Heremoine said well thats cool Ron just shrugged his shoulders and then said Harry move your pawn or else it'll be checkmate for Ginny I beamed at his sign of approval. Small as it may be. I went to bed that night with visions of Me and Harry in my head but tonight I knew they would come true.
