[Scene opens up with a light shining on a small book titled "Gloria"]
Once upon a time...
[Light turns off]
Why does every story has to start this way? So boring... there's gotta be another way... Oh! I know!
[Scene starts in the vast emptiness of space]
Long long ago, in a galaxy far, far away... No, that doesn't make any sense. This story didn't really take place in a galaxy far far away... Oh! I got it now! This is how you start a movie!
[Scene starts with a sunrise on an african plain]
Nah... I feel like that's already been done. Hmm... this is hard... You know what, I'm just gonna tell you.
[Scene returns to the book and it opens as the narrator was telling the story]
My name is Gloria. Princess of a hidden kingdom of fairies called Balsa.
[First page of the book shows a picture of Gloria and her kingdom behind her]
Our kind harnessed the power of nature and for a long time, we have lived in peace and harmony thanks to Queen Mucina and King Richter. AKA: Mom and Dad. We thought we'd be safe from creatures that might catch us and exploit our magic, creatures like humans.
[Turns to a page of a silhouette of a cast of familiar characters looking menacing.]
Giant wingless beings who we thought were monsters...
[Turns to a page of Gloria and the contestants]
But thanks to yours truly, we realized that not all of them are bad. But that's not to say there were humans that weren't exactly good either. There was one human who was bent on stealing our magic for his own selfish gain.
[Turns to a page of Chris MacClean looking menacing and using a vaccum to suck up fairies]
His name was Chris Maclean, and he and his television show was almost the death of our world. He used our home as a prize on a twisted show where he puts innocent humans through painful and torturous challenges.
[Turns to a page of Gloria and the campers going through the insane challenges. Leshawna and Duncan were dangling on the monkey bars below some pirahnnas, Izzy and Heather were running away from a bear, and Gloria was grabbing on to DJ from a cliff]
It wasn't easy saving my home, but I've endured, and I even made some friends along the way.
[Turns to a page of Gwen smiling at Gloria who was hanging upside down on a tree]
There was Gwen, my bestie, we didn't see eye to eye at first but we helped each other out. Amazing how one secret can bond two friends forever.
[Turns to a page of Owen bear hugging Gloria]
Owen, who's heart was as big as his stomach. And it's pretty big.
[Turns to a page of Leshawna]
Leshawna, who was strong and sassy.
[Turns to a page of Lindsay and Beth]
Lindsay and Beth, two girls with passions of friendship.
[Turns to a page of the Outsiders]
And the Outsiders, who I couldn't have made it far without their help. Even though they're a bit unorthodox at times.
[Turns to a page of Gloria with her human, fairy, and animal friends]
I made friends with everyone on the island.
[Turns to a page of Heather]
Well... almost everyone...
[Turns to a page of Gloria, the Outsiders and all the fairies of Balsa hovering above the humans]
And with their help, I was able to put an end Chris' malice, save my people and my kingdom. Every human in the world now knows about our existence and we were finally able to live in peace with them. Thanks to me, more mythical creatures are slowly coming out of hiding and making themselves known to the humans. But that's a different story.
[Turns to a page of Gloria as queen with her friends and family by her side]
And bonus! Now I'm the new queen of Balsa! And life could not be better...
[Turns to a page of the fairy tree. Fade in to see the real tree on Wawanakwa. Camera zooms into the tree and enters inside on the other side we saw the kingdom of Balsa. In the village, fairies were going about their regular days. Children were playing near the fountain, two fairies were growing flowers in their shop, a female fairy was hanging out her laundry to dry and one falls off, luckily one kid grabbed the shirt that fell off and puts it back on the line, earning him a thumbs up from the lady. At the Outsiders' house, Monica steps out the front door with fresh hot cup of cider. She then creates a magical dome around her just as water was dumped over her.]
Monica: Nice try, guys. [Looks up at Zach and George who were the ones who dumped the water]
Zach: Aw man!
George: She always sees us coming!
[Camera pans up to the castle. Inside, Gloria got out of bed and went to her closet to pick out a dress.]
Gloria: Wore that. Wore that. Wore that. Wore that. Wore that. [Comes across a different colored dress then the one she usually wears] Ooh! Haven't wore this in a while. [She puts on an orange turtleneck, a peach colored gown, and puts on her white boots. She ties up her ponytail and for the finishing touch, she puts on a platnum tiara with three rubies on it. She looks at the mirror and smirks] Hello, beautiful. [Turns around and looks at the back then turns to the front] Today's gonna be a great day. I can feel it! Can you feel it? [Points to her reflection] That's the spirit. [She walks out of her room and strolls down the corridor]
Guard #1: Good morning, your higness.
Guard #2: Good morning, your highness.
Maid: Good morning, your highness.
Gloria: Please, please. Call me Gloria. We're not fancy here.
Staff: Okay, your highness.
[As she continues through the halls she stopped by her parents who came out of their room. Gloria swoops in and hugs them both]
Gloria: Good morning, best parents in the world.
Mucina: And a good morning to you, best daughter in the world.
Richter: Always nice to see you in a good mood, our little flower.
Gloria: Well, helping people every day as queen is a privelege.
Richter: You do us proud everyday with your big heart and playful spirit and we hope it never goes away.
Gloria: Thanks, dad. See you later. [As she left she saw her parents kissed and sighed. She continues down the corridor into the throne room. She sat down on the throne as Cedric entered.]
Cedric: Good morning, Gloria.
Gloria: Good morning Cedric.
Cedric: [Holds a list] Here are the royal duties for today.
Gloria: Let's get started.
[Opening sequence]
[Gloria flew all over town helping citizens with their problems. First she settled a dispute with a baker and a squirrell who were fighting over an acorn, the queen snapped her finger and a guard sliced the acorn in half with his axe. The baker used her half to make a sign for her bakery while the squirrell ate it's half. Next, she created new flight paths so everyone would get to their destinations faster. She was in the middle of traffic directing fairies to their right paths.]
Gloria: This way, this way. [Fairies fly past her] No one's getting late.
[Later, she was at the royal garden tending to the flowers. She used her magic to grow the flowers, she saw a rose wilting then she used her magic to make it bloom again. She smelled it and loved the scent. Cut to a montage of Gloria cutting ribbons and new places. A library, a new park, a museum, a community garden, and a dance club. Later, Gloria was floating by the park]
Gloria: Ah, another great day. Not to brag but I think I'm nailing this queen thing. [Suddenly out of nowhere, a ball came at her. She catches it in time with her fast reflexes]
Monica: [offscreen] Glenda! [Gloria looks to see her at the danderball court] I'm calling you out, former champion.
Gloria: [smirks] You really wanna go with me right now?
Monica: High time some took you down.
Gloria: [Smiles] Oh it's on!
[She charged over to the court and the game started. Monica tried to grab the ball from Gloria but she tossed it over her head and into the goal. Zach and George were at standing near the court]
Zach: [announcing] It's a beautiful day here in Balsa as rookie fairy goes up against the queen in a quest for danderball superemacy.
[Gloria catches the ball and Monica charges at her but Gloria flies up dodging her tackle, the two fairies flew up high as Gloria tries to keep the ball away from Monica.]
George: [announcing] Glenda takes the ball, Monica goes in for a tackle, Glenda dodges her tackle. [Gloria flies straight down with the ball and throws it to her goal] She goes for a three pointer and...
[Monica smacks the ball away from the goal]
Monica: Denied!
George: Ooh! Great block from Monica!
Gloria: Well played, Monica. [She takes the ball and flies toward the goal as Monica defended] But you'll find that there is no one, more graceful, more tough...
Monica: More desperate to score.
[Gloria spins around and throws the ball. It flies around in circles as it heads towards the goal. Monica jumps to block but the ball flies upwards in a loop and into the goal]
Zach: This is it folks! Glenda just needs one more goal to win.
[Monica and Gloria glares at each other. And Gloria heads to the ball but Monica quickly flies away in time.]
Gloria: Huh? [Monica spins the ball on her finger smugly] Okay, let's see what you got. [She charges forward to tackle Monica but she dodges her and flies up to her goal, she makes a shot but Gloria denied it. Both fairies chased after the ball as it heads to the ground. They both catch it in time and they looked at each other as they hold the ball]
George: Looks like we have us a two-sided ball play!
[Both fairies raised the ball up in the sky and soared up towards it]
Zach: Like I said, folks. This is it! Whoever makes this ball into a goal wins it all!
[Gloria and Monica were almost to the ball...]
Gloria: [gasps] Is that the squirrell that took your underwear?
Monica: [stops] What!? I thought I got rid of you you furry pervert!
[Gloria got up to the ball and in slow motion upside down kicked it into her goal. In normal motion, the ball went past the hole making Gloria win the game]
George: GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLL!
Zach: And Glenda wins the game!
Gloria: Yes! [Floats back down] Dominated again!
Monica: [Floats back down] Whatever, Glenda. I let you win.
Gloria: Yeah right. Face it, you'll never beat Great Shot Gloria.
Monica: Wanna bet? How about best two out of three?
Gloria: Maybe later. It's getting late. I should get going. Thanks for the game. [Flies away]
Monica: Anytime, Glenda.
[Zach and George got on the court and Zach was holding the ball]
Zach: Alright, it's our turn.
George: Let's show them how it's done!
[Zach tosses the ball up and then George tackles him and they started fighting. They punched each other then Zach pulls on George's shirt]
Zach: Oh, you're going down! [He tackles George and the continue fighting as the ball fell to the floor]
Monica: Okay, you guys have a lot to learn about Danderball.
[Later that night, Gloria was outside the fairy tree writing something down on a piece of paper]
I've been writing to Gwen about my days in Balsa.
[Cut to Gwen in her room writing to Gloria]
And she's been writing to me about her life. She's been doing great after she won Total Drama. She used the money, that's what humans call the green paper, to go to university to study art. She is really good, been sending me beautiful sketches of me and the island.
[Gwen was drawing a sketch of Gloria and the fairy tree]
She's also been telling me about how all my other friends been doing.
[Lindsay and Beth were at the mall shopping for clothes and enjoying each other's company]
Lindsay have found a true best friend in Beth, they spent their days gossiping about boys and other things best friends do.
[Beth and Lindsay take a selfie. Flash transition to Owen jogging, completely drenched in sweat]
Owen has been trying his best to stay fit...
[Zoom out to see Owen chasing after a donut he has tied to a stick on his head]
...In his own special way...
[Owen grabs the donut and eats it.]
She's even been telling about Heather.
[Heather was seen looking at her almost bald hair]
She's still miserable after getting her head shaved, and she's been trying on ridiculous wigs to hide it!
[Heather was seen wearing a blue wig, a fancy powdered wig, a long blond wig, and black wig with bangs covering her face. She angrily groans]
[Back to Gloria, she was writing to Gwen about her day as queen]
Gloria: [Writes her note] ...And then while she was looking for the squirrell who took her underwear, I came in and kicked that ball to the goal. [sighs] And that's the day I had. Can't wait to hear from you, love, your bestie, Gloria. [She rolls up her note and goes to a bird] Make sure this gets to Gwen. [She places the note in the bird's satchel and it saluted before flying off to the recipient. Gloria notices that it's getting dark and yawns] Time to go home.
[Gloria heads for home. Later that night, she was on the castle balcony looking over the kingdom. She saw a two fairies sitting next to each other while their kids fly around them. She then sees two fairies racing each other near the a river. She continues to see the fairies in village she sighed see everyone having somebody. Just then, her dad came]
Richter: [Enters the balcony] I thought you might use some company.
Gloria: I sure do... [Richter notices his daughter]
Richter: Something wrong, sweetie?
Gloria: Being queen is awesome and everything, but it would be better if I had someone to share it with. Like you and mom.
Richter: Ah. I know that feeling. I was like that before I met your mother.
Gloria: What was it like?
Richter: Oh, it was wonderful. I remember that day. I was a young prince and she was a free spirited fairy. I was stunned by her beauty when we first met. As we spend all our time together we learned more and more about each other. Our hearts beat as one. We fairies can always sense true love in anyone, even ourselves. You'll find your true love, Gloria. When you feel it.
[Gloria smiled]
Gloria: Thanks, dad. [She hugs her father. And afterwards Richter left Gloria to look up to the sky] My true love is out there... somewhere.
