Chapter 1: Rise of the Dragon (Start)

AN: Inspired by The Leviathan by ElDrope & Hated Brother by King's Snake (FF) and other stories (rare ones) that have Julius as Lelouch's twin brother. And yes, I thought it was my time to make my own one. I don't Code Geass or its characters but the main OC and side ones I create.

Pendragon, Britannia (2010 a.t.b)

Within the Pendragon, the capital city of the Holy Britannian Empire, in the personal and private chambers of the 12th Prince of Britannia, we see a small boy with black raven color hair and purple colored eyes which was red a bit due to crying. The white shirt was loose and the blue pants had wet spots from the tears the boy cried.

This was Leonidas vi Britannia, one of the emperor's children and might be the last of the vi Britannia bloodline.

Leonidas was deeply mourning the loss of his family. His mother had been shot and killed by the work of terrorists, his little sister was scared for her life while losing her sight & legs, and his brother was deeply wounded as well. That wasn't the worst part, both Lelouch and Nunnally were exiled to Japan as tools after 11th give up his claim to the throne.

The young prince was deeply hurt and hadn't left his personal room in days, not even answering for anyone and just staying there. He had gotten a few visitors but no words could get him to leave. He lost his mother and would most likely never see his brother & sister ever again or they would be dead due to some other nations don't like Britannians.

Leonidas wasn't sure and felt completely hopeless if he would be honest, while also deeply hurt as he couldn't do anything to stop his stubborn twin brother from doing something totally stupid. Lelouch's stubbornness and pride, acting out like a child who didn't get his way on not getting justice for his mother's death nor his father visiting Nunnally.

The Twelfth Prince tried to stop his brother but failed and the emperor banished both Lelouch & Nunnally as the Eleventh Prince drop his claim to the throne, basically losing his title and was dead to the emperor's eyes. The young boy didn't speak and his brother felt deeply betrayed by this.

Leonidas could still remember his brother's words when they left the throne room and how much hatred came from him.

"I hate you! You are a coward and a traitor, nothing more and nothing less! I sincerely hope that the decision to leave your loved ones to power and play the obedient doggie will haunt you for the rest of your pathetic life!" The sharp words from his brother, Lelouch who deeply hates and believes his own blood betrayed him.

This causes Leonidas to have tears coming down his eyes and cry into his pillow again. It hurt. It hurt so god damn much for the young prince, for his heart.

The young prince was so trapped in his emotions and sadness, he didn't notice that someone had just walked into his room, closing and locking it down behind them. So one else was in the room as well and slowly walk over to the almost broken prince.

Then all of a sudden, Leonidas felt someone was touching his shoulder and rubbed a hand down to his back, in a soft and comfortable manner. This deeply surprised and didn't hear the person that came in, slowly rolling over to see who was in there. He doubt it would be the servants as most of them were sadly killed on the day of his mother's death and wasn't sure who it was but came face to face.

The person was a young supernatural, beautiful woman with long lim green colored hair that goes to her waist and amber color eyes. Her skin was a bit pale and this aura was beyond everyone or thing's explanation. She wore a grey prison attire that seem like the top was a bit of a straight jacket, black belts on the arms, legs, chest area, and high collar as well, she lastly has white heeled boots.

This was the immortal, Code Bear known as CC.

"Are you an angel?" Leonidas asked, as a reason for a kid his age as he never saw such a beautiful woman before.

"Angel? Well, that's a new one," CC admitted, giggling escaping her lips in amusement.

Leonidas tilted his head to the side and sat upright, while CC sat on the edge of the bed.

"But no, I'm not an angel, Leonidas," CC said.

"How do you know my name?" Leonidas asked no recalling he ever meets this woman before.

"I just know...I'm CC," CC replied.

"C2?"

"No. There's two C's, not a C and a two."

"Okay..."

Leonidas was going with it and shrugged his shoulders.

"What are your thoughts? Thoughts on what happened, your brother's words towards you, your mother's death, and everything?" CC asked, almost like she was testing him.

The Code Bear had made a promise to Marianne of watching over her children as much as she can if anything would have to her. And to form something else as well but first thing first, a test was needed.

"I...I am confused really. I'm confused as to why I am feeling so much hurt without having any wounds on me. I want to cry, even hell, try to find the ones that did, killed my mother but I didn't. It was a foolish move, just like I am, a fool," Leonidas started, honestly.

CC frowned a bit, sensing that, and would be surprised at what comes next.

"I want to become stronger. I want to rise up and make that destroyed my happy life pay in blood. I would no longer become foolish nor weak but strong and never allow such a tragedy to ever happen again," Leonidas vowed, having a new form of strength coming to him and will restore after nearly getting broken.

CC was shocked, clearly shown on her face, and deeply impressed by the young prince's resolve. His resolve and words, made the Code Bear's mind up, knowing the risk but also strong potential as well.

"Leonidas... would you like to form a contract?" CC asked, being deeply serious and getting the black-haired boy's deep attention.

The green-haired woman had her mind made up and was time to form a new contract. She already had a good suspicion of who killed Marianne due to his jealousy. She was going to make her move and create someone that might be able to stop or at least meddle with that damn hobgoblin's plans. A sleeping agent in a way or a hidden blade ready to strike.

The young prince nodded his head, somehow trusting this woman for some reason, and had a feeling there was more to that contract.

Unknown to Leonidas, this day would change him forever, and on the path to becoming stronger.

Time Skip

Down the hallway, leading towards the Twelfth Prince chambers, we see the former head guard of the late empress who is actually the Second Princess of Britannia, Cornelia li Britannia.

Cornelia was going to check on her half-younger brother who's the son of her last mentor and someone deeply admired, something of being a true mother to her than her actual biological. She wanted to check on Leonidas for hers and her's sister, it has been a good number of days and he needed help, like serious help and comfort. She was dead set on helping her brother.

The Second Princess then become deeply surprised as she saw the door to her brother's room was wide open and caused her to become fully on guard, drawing her sword pistol and rushing into the chambers. As she came in, she become surprised to find her little brother on the floor and wasn't moving her worried.

"Leonidas!" Cornelia shouted in concern and rushed over to her brother's fallen body, putting her sword away and gently picking her brother up in arms.

Cornelia was deeply worried and could feel her heartbeat through her chest, being scared for her brother's life. She checked for a plus, which she got, and saw him breathing, much to her relief.

"Leo...," Cornelia said, feeling a burden leaving her shoulders a bit and that Leonidas was alive.

"Cornelia...," Leonidas weakly said, sounding tired and something was different about him, which was unknown to his half-older sister at this time as she was relieved that her brother was fine.

Cornelia hugged Leonidas in her arms, almost on the verge of tears, and was close when she felt her brother returning the hug for comfort. Unknown to the pair, something shin in the prince's eye, his right eye a bluebird formed up for a second before disappearing and thus, forever marks the first day that changes the young prince's life.

For better or worst? We shall see.
