"Time. Space. Reality. It's more than a linear path. It's a prims of endless possibility. Where a single choice can branch out into infinite realities. Creating alternate worlds from the ones you already know. I am your guide throughout all of these vast new realities. Follow me, and we'll journey into the unknown and ponder the question..."

"What if...?"

Earth-1 (PRIME); Central City:

Peter Parker was swinging throughout Central City when he landed on the side of a building and watched as a streak of lightning came past him.

"Earth. Peter Parker, the Spider-Man, and his partner in crime fighting, Barry Allen, the Flash, protect Central City alongside their friends and heroes. The Ultimate Spider-Man, Miles Morales, Caitlin snow and her kinda sister Crystal Frost, and Frankie Parker, Metalla."

The said heroes came on flying, using ice powers as a slide, and swinging past with Miles landing on the hood of a runaway car and crushed the engine, followed by it flying into the air and Frankie catching it.

"The future of their world rests in the hands of Winter-Spider, Accelerate, and Spinneret."

The new members of the team came swinging in and were still getting used to the ropes whilst the daughter of the Flash came speeding past in a suit similar to Nora's (minus Iris' jacket being replaced by one of Barry's older suits, but the color scheme changed).

"As well as Tommy and Tina's half-brother: Aster Frost-Parker."

A small baby boy with a few strands of golden bronze hair was sleeping peacefully within his crib that's inside of STAR Labs, squirming around a little and being picked up by his half-mother/aunt Caitlin who rocked him back to sleep.

"But this story isn't about their reality, because you know their story. This is about another universe's story. Where one small unnoticeable choice created a whole new reality."

Earth-88; Central City:

Peter Parker was walking through the halls of his new high school. He had just finished settling in with his Aunt May after his Uncle Ben was murdered and was still trying to juggle his life and his starting career as a superhero.

Peter walked down the hall and almost dropped his school supplies, and immediately tripped and began to try and pick everything up when someone walked over and helped him pick everything up.

The person who helped handed everything back to Peter with a smile. "There ya go, man."

"Thanks." Peter sighed, not having a good day.

"Names Ronnie Raymond." Ronnie introduced himself to him. "Where you trying to go?"

Peter looked at the number system and it was completely insane. "Uh, Room 182."

"Oh, yeah, I know where it is. Come with me." Ronnie said and lead Peter to his room. "Have any more trouble, just come find me."

"I'll be sure to do that." Peter promised as he walked over to his supposed seat and sat down.

The man who he was sitting next to was a guy with short blonde hair. He looked to Peter and gave him a friendly smile.

"Hey, you're the new kid, right?" He asked Peter, who immediately turned to face him.

"There. That's the moment that created a new universe. On his first day of the new school, this boy chose to talk to the poor boy. Neither of them knowing that one choice would change the course of their lives forever."

"Yeah, that's me." Peter confirmed and saw he had time to talk before the day started. "I'm Peter Parker."

"Johnny Storm." Johnny introduced himself. "I have a feeling this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."

Peter had no idea how to even respond to something like that and decided a friend would be nice. First Ronnie, now...Johnny.

One of them are gonna need a nickname.

"You know, why not?" Peter guesses, knowing he could use some friends. And this guy looks like the kind of guy who would get himself into trouble without restraints.

10 YEARS LATER:

Peter is doing his normal patrol around the neighborhood while on his lunch break from his day job, Mercury labs, when he hears a report coming in.

"Backup requested for the northwest Central City bank. Robbery in progress." The radio tells him, and Peter makes his way towards the crime.

"I have a feeling I know who's behind this one." Peter states to himself, this being the second robbery of the week he wouldn't be able to stop.

The Marden brothers.

Peter comes swinging in fast enough to see a car driving off with the money they just stole.

"Ugh, not this time!" Peter states as he starts swinging after the car as it starts going faster as the web head approaches, but that was nothing to Spider-Man.

Just then he gets a phone call.

"Peter, you busy?" Johnny asks.

"Kinda am, Johnny." Peter stated as he swings ahead of the car and tries stopping it when the brothers start shooting at him, so he leaps to avoid them only to be run over by their car.

Johnny "Hothead" (as his friends call him) Storm and Ronnie Raymond were the only two who actually know about his secret identity as Spider-Man.

Ronnie learned about it exactly the same way as his Earth-Prime counterparts, and Johnny would've seen it too if he wasn't being lazy. He just saw that both his friends were keeping something from him, and they just told him the truth.

Of course he didn't believe it until Peter showed him what he could do. But he's been doing a good job at keeping it a secret.

Peter then focused on the task at hand as he webs onto a post and the undercarriage of the car which ended up only taking the brakes. "That's bad. What's up, man?"

"It's something that I really need to talk to you in person about. Can we meet up later?" Johnny asked as Peter leaped onto the hood of their car.

"Hey, miss me?" Peter asked the brothers who both began shooting through the windshield, but Peter just flinched and dodged all of the bullets before reaching into the hood of the car and ripping out the engine, causing their car to start crashing. "Yeah, we can meet up in a minute. I'm just about finished here!"

Peter then leaped off of the car and shot a web net to catch the out of speed vehicle. "Great. Mind meeting at Jitters?"

Peter reached out and grabbed onto the light post and swung around on it before landing on top of it and crouched as the officers came and arrested the brothers. "Sure, I'll be there in a few."

"Meet you there. I'm just outside of Jitters now. Want me to order you something?" Johnny asked.

"Sure." Peter guessed and swung off to let the police do their job.

Later on, Johnny was waiting for Peter and looking at his phone with a photo of his sister. Johnny has short blond hair and blue eyes; he sometimes covers his face with sunglasses. His body was built as well as Peter's as he wasn't exactly a fitness-buff, but he liked to keep himself fit "For the ladies".

Johnny's words, not Peter's.

Johnny was looking down when Peter came in, buttoning his shirt to cover his suit and noticed his friend's sour face.

Peter and Johnny have been friends for years and knew his friend never showed his true feelings, but Peter could always tell when his friend was upset about something.

"Johnny, what's up?" Peter asked as he walked up and sat down across from his friend. "You sounded agitated on the phone."

"Uh...it's my sister." Johnny confesses, surprising Peter as he doesn't talk about her too much. But that's mostly due to the fact she's married to some billionaire and is actually more successful than her brother in New York.

When they were kids, Johnny and Susan grew up with not so stable parents, and the two ended up getting a divorce and splitting the kids up.

Susan staying with her mother in New York and Johnny moving out here with his father. So Peter never really heard much about her until they got back into contact with one another after college. Where she met genius Reed Richards, her husband...for now.

"Oh, what about her?" Peter asked.

Johnny took out a file and slid it over to Peter who noticed it was a Domestic Violence file. "Take a look."

Peter looked confused as he opened the file and saw bruises against a woman's cheek, followed by several pictures of all down the same woman's arm.

"Oh my god." Peter said in horror of what he's seeing.

"Yeah, turns out marrying a billionaire isn't as glamorous as movies made it out to be." Johnny joked. "Unless it's Fifty Shades of Grey we're talking about."

"I still can't believe that you actually went to see that." Peter quipped to his friend.

"Hey, dude, you were there, too!" Johnny reminded him.

"No, I wasn't." Peter stated as he kept looking at the photos of all the injuries, and even saw that some of them were already fading away. This billionaire didn't want to leave marks that would last on her.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure you were." Johnny retaliated.

"If you're talking about that guy that you threw up on in the theater because you got too drunk, yeah, that wasn't me." Peter informed him when he reached the back of the file and saw two children who looked very confused and scared.

One of them was an elder boy and next was a photo of what looked to be a baby that was at least a year old. The boy was wearing a white t-shirt, and jeans. The baby, well, being a baby, wasn't really wearing much but he could see she looked like a spitting image of her mother.

"Was that not you?" Johnny asked, feeling like his whole life was just turned upside down. "Oh, man. I have to rethink everything."

"Johnny." Peter interrupted, wanting to get back to his sister. "Your sister?"

"Oh, right, she didn't tell anyone about it in fear of her children's safety, but then she went out with her friend, Jennifer Walters, and she noticed the bruises. Filed it for her, and now she's trying to get her out of the city, so I offered her my place to stay with the kids." Johnny explained.

"Your tiny place?" Peter asked in shock. "Dude, you can barely fit yourself in there. Forget two kids and your sister."

"Yeah..." Johnny sighed as he also saw that and gave Peter a shy smile. "That comes down to the reason I called..."

Peter looked confused before smacking himself, immediately seeing what he wants. "You want to see if I can help you take them in."

"Your place is bigger; you live alone in a two story home." Johnny reminded him.

"Yeah, and you know what I use most of those rooms for." Peter stated.

"Nothing?" Johnny asked with a shrug. "Your basement is where you keep most of your gadgets, and you keep all your suit in your closet when you're not wearing or washing it. You've got several bedrooms as spare bedrooms."

Peter rolled his eyes and rubbed his head. "You really want me to take in your sister and her kids?"

"It won't be forever, man. But she needs to get out of the city before this guy learns where she's going." Johnny stated. "His lawyers have kept him from going to prison, and she thinks that he's been spying on her to track her down. And she's got this friend, Ben Grimm, who's helping. He'll be staying with me."

Peter placed his head in his hand as he leaned against it, thinking it over for a minute before sighing. "Okay, fine, I'll help you out."

"Thank you, Peter." Johnny sighed in relief when the news became louder to them.

"...The police had to break up a fight between a group of protesters for the particle accelerator, which is scheduled to turn on tomorrow..."

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that." Johnny said as he saw Peter was glued to the screen. "You however, I think you've been wanting for this day your whole life."

"You sure you don't wanna be there for the turn on?" Peter asked Johnny.

"Nah, you, Curls, and Ronnie are the geniuses, I'm not much into it. You guys enjoy yourselves. I'll probably just hang out with my sister." Johnny said as he leaned in his seat.

"Suit yourself." Peter supposed. "When does your sister get here?"

"Actually, I need to get going to pick her up now. Her train arrives in a hour, and I wanna avoid the traffic. Wanna meet at your house?" Johnny asked as he got up.

"Yeah, sure." Peter supposes with a sigh. "Also, Cisco doesn't like you calling him Curls."

"Well, he better get used to it or get a haircut." Johnny joked as he walked out of the café, leaving Peter and the file behind.

"Why the hell would he leave it?" Peter asked, not wanting to keep something like this.

Peter made it to his home and fixed it all up for his guests as best as he could for them. Cleaned up the guest bedrooms, the whole house, just about anything he could. He never really met Susan, so he just wanted to make a good first impression.

Being friends with her brother might just not be the best impression. And he has no idea what he's told Susan about him, and he just wanted to make sure he was on his good side.

Peter sighed as he sensed something just as the doorbell rang. "Time to meet the daredevil's family." He made it down the stairs and quickly answered it to see Johnny and...okay, he wasn't expecting this.

Susan Storm is in the height of an average woman with blue eyes and blonde medium length hairstyle with half of the hair brought to the front at the shoulders and the other half stays at the back and her hair is combed from right to left.

"Uh...hi." Peter smacked himself free from his shock and noticed a truck of things and two children, one looking to be seven and the other around two. "I'm-"

"Peter Parker." Susan greeted as she shook Peter's hand. "My brother talks all about you."

"Oh, I'm hoping all good things." Peter said as he looked towards Johnny who offered a shrug and a smile.

"He talks about you like some sorta guidance counselor." Susan admitted. "And honestly, I can't thank you enough with keeping my brother out of trouble. I was worried he would just become this gigantic idiot when he moved out here by himself."

"Well, he gets me and our friend into more trouble than we get him out of." Peter joked as he chuckled at his own joke as was Susan.

"Yeah, you should've seen him while we were growing up. Always found creative and new ways to get us into trouble." Susan stated as she smacked her brother.

"You missed being able to do that, haven't you?" Johnny asked as he rubbed his shoulder.

Peter laughed and allowed them inside. "Johnny, why don't you take your sister's things to my room, we'll empty out the car and get the kids inside." Peter tells his friend who grabs his sister's suitcase and headed inside.

"Let me guess, Johnny dropped me on you at the last second?" Susan took a wild guess as she and Peter strolled to the car.

"Kinda, but I'm happy to let you and your kids stay with me." Peter promises. "It's a big house, I usually have your brother over, so nothing'll change. I'm used to loud childish noises."

Sue laughed at hearing that as they reached the car and saw the boy was looking anywhere but at Peter and his Mom. "Franklin, this is Peter. The nice man that we're going to be staying with."

Franklin doesn't say or do anything and just kept looking at his feet.

Peter could see he might be having a hard time with everything and knew something that'll cheer him up. "Hey, Franklin, you like videogames?"

Franklin looked up to Peter with a sad look. "Yes."

"I've got a lot of games in my Living room, all yours to take a crack at." Peter offered to him and that seemed to bring a smile to Franklin's face as he got out of the car and Johnny was on his way out. "Hey, Johnny, set this kid up on our consoles."

"Sure." Johnny said as he lead the kid inside.

"In other related news, despite the protests, Dr. Wells has confirmed that the Accelerator will be tuning on as planned." The radio went off as Peter and Sue were unloading the car.

"Oh, forgot about that." Sue commented as she pulled a few boxes out and closed the trunk as Peter carried a dozen boxes. "Reed always talked about that thing turning on. Saw it as a threat to his company." She sighed as she rubbed a bruise on her shoulder.

Peter could see Reed was a sensitive subject and made sure to avoid talking about it. "You wanna go see it turn on?" He offered to her. "Me and Johnny have a few friends that work there. We could get you a plus one to go?"

"I'd love to, but I've got these two to look after." Sue said as she grabbed the baby carrier with Valeria sleeping in it. "And I think it's best to stay with the kids as they're going to be settling in to your home."

"Well, if you want to later on, I know a few people who would happily look after them for a night." Peter offered to her.

"Thanks, Peter. For all of this." Sue thanked him with a smile as they headed inside.

"No problem." Peter promised as they headed inside.

What neither noticed, they were being watched by a strange car with a man inside taking a picture of the two.

"We've found her, sir." The man reported in.

"Good. Keep an eye on her." Reed Richards demanded. "I'll be there soon."

He then hanged up and made his way into a personal jet that Susan doesn't know about and made his way off towards Central City.

"This is how everything changed for the friendly neighborhood Web-Slinger. That young boy's one choice gave birth to a whole new reality and will give the multiverse many more heroes.
