3rd person POV

Harry and Voldemort are both pointing their wands at eachother and everyone around to them has stopped to see what was going to happen

"you have lost Harry potter nothing is going to save you now" riddle said "I have the elder wand"

"no Tom you forget one thing one I thought was dead look behind you" Harry said

just as Harry said that someone in a plague doctor mask comes from behind hits Voldemort in the head with a guitar and bounds him in ropes just then half of the crowd a mix of death eaters and not turned on the other half and stunned then all including a (somehow still alive at this point) Dumbledore bound them in ropes and marched (more like draged) them all to the great hall

"Fred, Remus you 2 can stop playing dead and Sirius the prank to everyone else can now begin come out of the clock" Harry said "Draco how many losses and injury's do we have"

Draco (who had been helping wounded) replied with "10 of our own lost 13 with injury one of them fatal we are make him comfortable all fatalities are of the older magic users in a cause"

"ok less then we thought. hoatzin can you take your mask off and can we call you your real name now" Harry said

"mask yes name not yet want that still to be a secret until I come into the story" Hoatzin said "oh could I just go and grab one of my facehuggers"

"ok go and do so" when Hoatzin left Harry added "still don't know how he finds them to be cute"

after a few minutes of more reports

"I'm ready wake them but don't release them" Harry ordered

as the prisoners where woken Ron was the first to speak

"George help us here your on our side"

"no can do brother oh mine"

then dumbledore shouted out 'calmly'

"Harry my boy why did you do this?"

"and how come I fell to a muggle guitar hitting me in the head"

"maybe because you didn't check my body when you thought I died now shut up before I send him on you" Hoatzin said pointing to the facehugger (yes From aliens but it a mix of the facehugger and the head of the normal alien in the film) "and if he is you will die a painful death of another one of them popping out of your chest"

Harry the cut in with

"I will explain this all but it's a long story and you have all been lied to for 13 years and I had my own plans let's start on the flashbacks shall we Theo active the spell" just as Harry said that a large screen appeared in the room and a memory started to play...

Dersley's house April 5th 1986 12:30

the dersley's were sat around the table eating a meal and for once they had Harry there as well but only for one thing social services had been doing a whole street an inspection so they had to make it look like they are caring for both kids they are taking care of. not knowing it was an April fools joke taken Seriously.

Knock Knock*

"go and answer the door Harry" Vernon said in his attempt at a clam voice

"yes uncle" and Harry went to answer the door

there was a middle aged woman at the door

"Hello would this be the home of the dersley's" she asked

"yes it would be" Vernon said coming to the door "why do you ask?"

"I'm here for Harry potter and don't tell me he's not here as no other places in the country would be warded with these type"

Vernon thought for a moment

"what about the old man with the beard will he come after us"

"no no he's leaving you alone for another 5 years more than enough time for your family to get away now come along Mr potter"

"what are you waiting for boy go"

and with that Harry left went around to an ally where the woman disappeared

"Harry over here" a voice called out

Harry turned around and behind him was one of his classmates Miles 'hoatzin' Prowler-black

"come on we got to go my human copy has faded and your now out of that place come on over this way is where we will be staying for a while"

an old factory just outside of the town

"so miles your telling me that a world of magic is out there and that you are going to help teach me about it?" Harry said

"yes but we're learning together as I only got up to halfway through what would be Hogwarts first year in most things the magic behind the human copy thing is the most advanced stuff I know"

"what are we going to do as we can't just up and leave school there and that bearded man you mentioned what about him?"

"that's where the copy's come in I'm, with you help, going to copy you aunt and uncle they are going to be tied up here and everything acts normal although Dudley is going to be on a missing persons list for the rest of his life" miles said "I will teach you the spell one one of these wand works for you oh and be careful my pet facehugger is around here somewhere and she hate being stepped on I almost got killed one doing that"

Harry moves over to the wands that are on a near by conveyer belt turned into a makeshift desk and picks one up

"Just flick it Harry you should know what one is for you"

and after going through 13 wands Harry ended up with a 11 inch solid dark oak with a unicorn horn core

"ok I have the wand what do I do now"

"and during that time miles here showed me how to use my first spell a piece of magic almost no one these days know"

"Harry my boy you have just confessed to killing you relatives"

"No dumbledore I didn't kill them hell Dudley is even here although under a different name does Colin creavey sound familiar well you know he recently got a boyfriend the exchange student from the US that's Dudley" (A/N Colin is alive here as well and was a last minute addition to the plan)

"and me and Draco made sure that the older dersley's were not killed as we see death as a release not a punishment when it comes to prisoner" miles speaks up "although unfortunately they are now 'pregnant' with facehuggers as we said we'd release them when the war is done and they are the only prisoners we would kill to release" miles mentioned in the background to Voldemort and the Weasleys who were put next to each other

"there is more but the time is almost 11 pm so we'll leave you here for tonight and see you in the morning" Harry said leaving the great hall "miles your factory or my manor"

"I'm going to the factory so I will see you in the morning and just please don't get my long lost sister pregnant if you two do go at it today"

"What he has a girlfriend he supposed to be with me no one else"

"Ginny my time with you was only because I had to have a non suspicious relationship that's all but that's all for later oh Hoatzin bring Hermione along and give her back her memory and send her home"

this is the start of what I will try to make my best story yet so this would be less updated but with a better quality than my normal work don't know where this is fully going to go the only thing being Harry pretending to be on dumb ass door's side until the end and the final ship with him is with an OC but with others happening before hand.

I really appreciate if you would leave your opinions on what I should do and I will try to add it in somehow

and yes at the time I started writing this I had been reintroduced to sonic and that is why the OC is named (mostly) after Tails's real name
