Chapter Two : The Resealing Of The Nine Tail & Uchiha & Hyuga Clans Rivals In Konoha

Three weeks has passed since the village clan head meeting Jiraiya finally found Tsunade was soon to return to the village within the next few days. Iruka has reported to the hokage that Naruto has both returned and climbed spots in the class, no longer being one of the more behind sudents to finding himself in the middle of the class. Heruzin was thankful that team five ended up saving naruto from a lonely childhood even if it came with a hit to the hyuga standing with the village after taking in the young preiah in. The kind act has brought suspicion onto the Hyuga clan and now the civilians talk badly about the traditions that the Hyuga practice. Truth be told the old kage believed that hiashi relationship to his late teammate would make him go back and take in the orphaned baby even if his old teammate Fugaku uchicha would argue he should have the child Heruzin can remember wishing the two rivals took their rivalry over Kushina to her child but for whatever reason didn't want the boy til recently Sarutobi often wondered which of them will make hokage both were accomplished shinobi wicked eye fugaku is a ninja known to be run on sight and Hiashi was a war hero from the battle of the Kami Ridge in the land of waterfalls where he held off the stone ninja and their allies til minato namikaze and the second leaf force could reinforce their allies in the north through Hiashi two days and three nights stand was overshadowed by minato becoming known as the yellow flash of the leaf wiping out the third and fourth stone armies before dawn. Hiashi also lead the great chase through much of the credit publicly goes to shikuku for it where the stone ninja where pushed back across the desert and into the defensive mountains till the end of the war breaking the stone army line of serpy and causing the first and second stone to surrender to the sand ninja witch later minato brokered the alliance between the sand and leaf witch stands to day. Heruzin needed to find a shinobi who the tsuchikage will be willing to work with and not double cross for all heruzin knew Onoki of Iwa got the Earth lord to get the fire lord to drop his guard and they plan a sneak attack with the sand the only allies heruzin knew the fifth hokage could trust where in the land of tea, waves, rivers and waterfall four allies but only one of them could normally hold their own the other where minor powers the whirlpool much like the sand is a minor great power but they are the newest member to the shinobi alliance started by the second hokage to counter the triple threat that was the cloud stone and mist villages teaming together. Onoki may just tell his feudal lord to shove it if he has to work with Fugaku, Hiashi isn't as well known as him or Shikaku and the Nara clan head openly and flat out refused the office as quick as Jiraiya did. The Hyuga has yet to respond to Sarutobi where Fugaku has both accepted the honour of being a candidate again. Obito has asked him to consider the young uchiha for hokage but heruzin already had in mind a job for him that he'll most likely listen to and enjoy. Yes heruzin remembered thirteen years ago when he was retiring for the first time how difficult it was to even pick a new kage.
Naruto has been soaked in his own sweat and was hurting from his ass to head since returning from the academy. Ko a member of the main family was asked by Hiashi to oversee the young uzumaki training he was quick to reach chunin and could very well become jonin before long. The young hyuga had the boy work his chakra control by climbing a tree with his feet. The action was very difficult to get right for him but Naruto put in the practice every day. Hiashi has been impressed by what came with taking in the child. Hinata who was not long ago behind her younger sister hanabi now put in great amount of effort into her training though she was still behind her sibling raw skill her father saw a jump of leaps and bounds her training was more traditional for the hyuga clan in the taijutsu art of gentle fist. The clan head could tell the confidence from naruto made her feel powerful enough to prove those who doubt her wrong and he felt great pride in her as a father. Hiashi watch the blond uzumaki struggle with the chakra control he trusted Ko had showed the boy everything it was just a matter of naruto putting it all together himself.
Naruto fell back and laid there for few second before sitting up and rubbing his back of his head and got back up to do it again before finding the same result again. The hyuga chuckled when hearing heard the boy cuss about his struggle with the chakra exercise he walked to the north end of the compound finding Hinata and Hanabi training together. The perfect showcase of the difference of skill level. Hiashi could see from maybe more than ten meters away red dots along her arms clear evidence to hanabi ability to land her strikes hanabi herself had half the red dots on hers but hinata could have struck for body shots over her sisters arms, hiashi thought maybe the girl still feared harming her kid sister.
"She's improved from the last time we watch her fight hanabi, but she still holding back clearly i watch from the start she asked for forgiveness before the fight for hurting her sister and was second to land a strike after hanabi had the match almost in her hands, i'm surprise the girl still stands with the beating she took in the spar."
Tuchi hyuga the last clan head and Hiashi father, Tuchi was a supporter of naming Hanabi hair over Hinata, Hiashi could see his father opinion of his granddaughter efforts today from the expression he wore to some they might think he had no opinion but as his son he knew both better and that he was unimpressed, but her father knew today was a turning point in her life. "Well it was the confidence Naruto brought her that brings out her fighting sprite today father, I believe we'll soon see her regain her precision as the hair to our clan."
The old hyuga shook his head once "you're imagining hanabi is the better candidate than the first born you know if this should come to pass what you must do as punishment for the embarrassment for the clan, Hinata will be sealed by the Cage Bird Seal and become a member of the branch family". Hiashi sighed knowing full well traditions like this caused great rifes between hyugas like the one where twins must be separated into the main a side branches based on who was born first. Hiashi knew his father would never see hinata efforts as worthy of clan head hiashi felt a sense of anger with his father hinata has grown within the last month something that was thought as impossible not long ago by Hiashi himself.
Hinata took a palm to her chest causing her to take few steps back as hanabi charged to capitalize on the moment hinata attacked with a sweeping low kick knocking hanbai off her feet. The youngest hyuga quickly caught herself before the ground and was back on her feet as fast as hinata was to stand tall again. They stared at each other. Hanabi knew this wasn't the same Hinata and needed to keep up a guard while in this spar. As Hanabi planned her next attack Hinata charged, forcing her sister to weave out of the way of her strikes four times before she blocked her attack and delivered a kick to the guts. A blow outside of the typical gentle fist but it was out of desperation hanabi asked herself what was in her sister she rarely attacked first now she was attacking again. Hinata didn't want to give up both her father and grandfather watching now was the time to show them she was main branch material today. Hanabi could see if she let hinata control this match her near perfect record of wins will add another mark of shame on her name. With that she spun that break neck speed, sticking the heel of her left foot into hinata temple causing her to crash into the dirt. Hinata rolled over to her feet and prepared to attack again a blue bruise on the side of her head "haha" she cried in her charge hanabi knew one thing that could stop her sister now and she only watch it once. Could she perform the rotation? She was going to find out hinata saw the jutsu her sister was trying and stopped a foot away hanabi started to spin clockwise she spun so fast she took off from the ground and fell onto her back hinata stood above her and asked if this was match. Hanabi at first was mad she lost then she felt proud both her sister has improved but she almost completed her roations if she had better control of her speed she would have stayed on her feet.
Hiashi watches two things hinata first win and hanabi do something he thought she couldn't do and almosted did. Hiashi smiled with pride and knew now his father will demand the youngest becomes hair after her close rotation today.
A side breach member came behind Hiashi as he was telling his daughters how proud he was.
"Hiahsi sama two sannin are outside saying they have a meeting with you sir"
Jiraiya and tsunade had a complicated relationship Tsunade was his teammate when they were genin they fought side by side during the second great shinobi war and she was once close to her teammate before her brother went missing was declared dead and her boyfriend Dan Kato died in her care during the war she became cold and cynical, her only company was a orphan girl named Shunize Kato and a pet pig Tonton both of whom followed tsunade back to konoha. On the way back tsundae took a number of shots that Jiraiya for leaving the child alone in the first place she was mad that the world was not Jiraiya so he did his best not to conuintue the fight on his part even if she didn't have anymore and most likely less land to stand on than him. When they were welcomed into the home of the Hyuga clan Tsunade would have sworn on nawaki grave he was standing in front of her for a second the similarities between Tsunade's late brother and the young jinchuriki were eerie.
"Jiraiya and Tsunade sama welcome to my home" hiashi said "this is naruto the boy you be saving tsunade sama, thank you for coming" tsunade said it was a favour for jiraiya and lord hokage. Tsunade walked over to the boy and was blunt as a dull knife "kid i'll be honest rather you do the chakra siphon or not you can die a painful death, thankful i doubt your uzumaki chakra reserves will be drained by this so all i can say is this will hurt, alot."
Tsunade took Naruto to the shinobi hospital where they had the equipment for the medical ninjutsu and she handed naruto a small sheet of paper to practice his chakra nature exercise telling them he was a wind release just like her and the fourth hokage. With that knowledge she had shunize put the first chakra siphon into her arm and then into naruto's then shizune put the second chakra into his other arm. After that a medical fuinjutsu expert wrote eight seals to contain the fox chakra that already resides within the boys chakra system then he and shizune both said and formed hand seals for the jutsu then the three of them focused onto naruto chakra and the chakra of the biju and began separating them the foxes into a seal naruto into a cycle back into his body to make sure his chakra isn't all pulled out tsunade forced her chakra through the siphon in her arm and into naruto's arm it was then the pain became unbearable for him to take and he cried out the pain in every sound inside his cries.
Half an hour into the forty five minute operation the Uzumaki could be heard from the hospital to the Hyuga estate and the surrounding clans. Hinata was visibly uncomfortable clutching her right hand into and out of a fist along with tapping her toes for what felt like an eternity of listening to the boy cry in pain. Her father tried to bring comfort to saying things need to get worse before they get better. Even jiraiya who has seen the cruelest things both from old teammates and the wars he fought in was worried for the boy and would leave if he didn't have a job to do after Tsunade. Finally naruto cries of pain subsided and the slug sannin and her student left the room "well Jiraiya the boy is out from the pain but should wake up in half an hour i suggest you fix that seal before he wakes."
Another thirty minutes and Tsunade and her party of a young woman and a pig left the village or were close to it. Jiraiya and Hiashi talked in the clan head study. The two men drank sake from hiashi's private bar, "well first off i have a suspicion about why the seal was weakened, unsurprisingly it has to do with both his self image and the people around him, before the events of last month naruto believed himself a monster or so said your daughter some one unworthy of love and accectance believed the fox and him where one in the same til Lady Hinata showed him what he never thought he would have, now that his image is fix his seal should be alot stronger than it was, also i loosen it to he'll be able to manipulate his own chakra and after some training he should be able to become a powerful jinchuuriki but thats down the road i'm sure." jiraiya said "Hiashi do you plan to find him a private instructor i know he's under your care but i worry for him to reach the level of his classmates by the end of the next school year, it be a shame for him to be held back"
Hiashi finished his cup "i was thinking about paying the taijutsu specialist Might Guy i heard he already took on the lee's family youngest son as a student i hope he'll teach naruto"
The toad sage nodded "well naruto will learn from the best taijutsu artist outside the hyuga clan"
Hinata sat in a chair next to Naruto's side. He was put in a hospital room after the evening he went through. Hinata waited for Naruto to regain consciousness; her bodyguard Ko waited by the door as he was ordered by Hiashi before the girl's father left with the toad sannin.
"You care for him deeply lady hinata, you know over these past few weeks of working with the boy i grew to think of him as another hyuga same as any of us of the main house."
The heiress said it was sweet while she held his hand and waited for him to awaken again.
"But do you know what love is? Me and Natsu we give one hundred to each other or the relationship just doesn't work, and it's hard for kid to get relationships right when your just trying to figure out life that the same time, one of you will make a mistake hinata, but if your love is strong you can forgive or at least that's what Natsu said to me after i made a big one last summer.
"Hello this is uzumaki room correct"
Fugaku Uchicha accompanied by his wife and youngest son Sasuke stood in the doorway of Naruto hospital room.
"I heard the boy some time ago and wanted to make sure the kid was recovering i imagine he'll be out of a bit through, Lady Hinata how are you?" the uchiha clan head asked them.
"I'm fine fugaku sama much better now that my friend naruto isn't in pain just tried from the day he'd had, hello sasuke" the boy nodded his head to say hello sasuke didn't look like he was very interested in naruto affairs which was understandable to hinata he was often hounded by girls around their age she was sure he was followed by Ino or Sakura today witch she imagined soured his mood after class they were less stealthy than hinata when she followed naruto around the village, days witch now seemed to her to be years behind her through it was not vary long ago. "What happened to the dobe, hinata" Ko was notably annoyed by the comment but relaxed his face when the boy's mother scolded him for his rudeness. "I'm afraid I don't know if I can say what has happened, but it was needed for his health." sasuke gave her a look of suspicion "why not" he asked before his father told him "hinata has told you all you have the right to know some things in this village are ranked cause they need to be. Naruto is one of these such things if you wish to be a ninja like your brother you learn not to question why and accept things the way they are sasuke". The once prideful uchiha boy now humbled by his parents nodded and apologised to the hyuga girl who said it was okay. As Fugaku talked to Ko about where Hiashi was, Sasuke walked over to the heiress and noticed her hand wrapped in Naruto's. "You like him alot, like sakura likes me kind of way" the bluenette turned her head and asked if he was jealous.
"No nothing like that, just a new thing, a girl not falling over me."
Hinata smiled and said "i openly think the other girls are crazy not to see the boy i see in him sasuke." the uchiha raised an eyebrow at the statement "guys aren't my area of expertise but i don't see what you talking about". Hinata giggled "that's the best part i think no one will ever try to steal him away cause they see a loser where i know there's a pure heart of gold and a caring boy who will grow up into a handsome loving man"
Sasuke nodded his head with his understanding " so your playing a long game, smart you could be top kunoichi if you tried harder hinata, that girl sakura only top in the class only cause you haven't given everything i know you answered every question to you right your taijutsu is top of the class even if that say more of them than you, i think if you raised your hand up you'll over take sakura before the end of this year" the hyuga smiled at his complement of her skills. "Well maybe but i think Sakura earned her place at the top of the class not just that i didn't put in enough effort for myself to be top kunoichi but thank you sasuke it means alot to me". Sasuke mother mikoto then walked over and placed a old photo down on the table next to naruto bed and told hinata "it's a photo of your father sasukes and naruto's mother"
The uchiha boy was surprised to learn his dad and naruto mother were once teammates on a genin squad. Hinata looked at the two boys and saw how they're eyes told her everything about their feelings towards the redheaded girl who could only be Naruto's mother. She also thought how handsome Naruto would have been if he inherited his mothers pretty red hair
