Izuku slowly begins coming to consciousness as his vision focuses, he sees the tall muscular figure of a man with blonde hair dressed in a white shirt with dark green pants and black shoes, standing over him. Still slightly hazy Izuku asks, '' Are you All...'' before he's able to finish he violently coughs up pieces of the sludge villain.
The man responds with a heroic voice and smile, '' Yes, I am All Might! Glad to see you're all right.'' Izuku hearing the stands up a bit starstruck and says, '' you're... Japan's most popular hero! Would it be alright if I got a picture?''
All Might replies with his signature heroic smile, '' Certainly young man anything for a fan.'' Izuku then fumbles taking out his phone, All Might poses heroically with his fists on his hips Izuku smiles and holds up a peace sign and takes the photo. He looks over it for a second before pausing and asking worriedly, '' Hey what happened to that villain you defeated him, right?'' All Might reaches into his pockets with a reassuring smile, '' No need to worry, I've apprehended the villain.'' He then pulls out two soda bottles that hold violently sloshing liquid.
All might then puts the bottles back in his pockets before squatting down, '' I'll be taking my leave now.'' Izuku comes out of his starstruck state while saying somewhat pleadingly, '' Wait, there's something I need to ask you!''
All Might glances back at Izuku, '' Sorry justice never stops!'' He then created a strong gust of wind as he leaps dozens of feet into the air.
In the air he notices that there's more weight than normal. He looks to see what's causing this only to find, the boy he had saved clinging onto his leg for dear life. All Might staring at the boys says sharply, '' What the hell!'' He thinks extremely agitated, I don't have any time for this. He then begins looking for a place to land.

Bakugou walks through a spacious alleyway his two lackeys behind him. As they walk one of them asked quizzically, '' I thought you would have torn into Midoriya for trying out for UA, why did you let him off easy?''
Bakugou continues walking while paying little attention to the question, '' You two have been following me around for how long now, and you still don't even know something basic about me.'' He glances back at them while emanating a strong presence, '' I don't get mad at those who won't amount to anything.''
Bakugou looks down, only to notice he's shoes untied he bends down to fix it. The two boys walked past him they say nervously, '' We're goanna head to the arcade.'' The two then walk out of the alleyway. Bakugou stands up and is about to continue walking, when he notices two soda bottles about to fall on his head. He steps back while reflexively using his quirk to blast the two bottles away from him. The bottles now destroyed begins to release a moving fluid that grows rapidly, the hungry eyes of the sludge villain stare at Bakugou. The villain says with a deep gurgly voice, '' You'll make a much stronger skin suit!''

Izuku and All Might both stand on a rooftop all Might with mild anger in his voice says, '' What you did was extremely dangerous. I would reprimand you further, but I need to get going.''
Izuku stands a few feet from him, he aske pleadingly, '' Please there's something I need to ask you.'' All Might with clenched teeth replies sharply, '' no, I've already wasted enough time here!'' As he's about to leap off the building he suddenly feels excruciating pain, that stops him in his tracks blood begins to leak out of the side of his mouth. Izuku does not notice this since he is too focused on what he's trying to say, seeing All Might hadn't left he begins to speak with a desperate and resigned tone, '' I was born without a quirk and I know my chances of being a hero are zero, but I have to know... what would someone as powerful as you do If you were in my situation!''
Despite being in extreme pain All Might still manages to hear Izuku's pleading question. Although he had been focusing on something else entirely, his attention is now shifted to the question that now occupies his mind. It does so to such a degree that he fails to notice, the steam that had emanated off his body and the now much more feeble state he is in. Izuku who was expecting some sort of reply, is surprised to see the once giant of a man in such an emaciated state.
The clothes that had barely been able to fit his muscular form now sags loosely on his almost skeletal figure, Izuku's mouth hangs slightly open, '' Huh.'' All Might having his attention diverted once again says surprised, '' I thought there'd be a stronger reaction.'' Izuku's mouth still hangs open with surprise, '' I mean, I'm assuming this has something to do with your quirk.'' All Might sits down while sighs tiredly.
He lifts up his shirt showing a massive scar on the side of his torso, Izuku look of surprise turned into a look of shock and worry, '' Pretty ugly isn't it I got this in a fight five years back. Respiratory system took a big hit and I lost my entire stomach, the surgeries drained me so much that I can only use my quirk for about three hours. Rest of the damn time I'm stuck like this.''
All Might shakes his head recalling Izuku's question. He thinks deeply before continuing, '' You asked me earlier what I would do if I were in your shoes. I... honestly don't know.'' He then slowly stands up walking to the exit of the rooftop, just before he leaves he says, '' I'm trusting that you won't tell anyone what I've said here today.''
Izuku with a melancholic expression thinks, of course he would know how to answer that how would anybody. In the distance he sees a large plume of smoke, villain attack I'll go check it out it should help me clear my mind off today.

In the spacious alleyway from before buildings can be seen set ablaze as a crowd gathers.
In the middle of all this chaos the sludge villain can be seen, he's viscous body attempting to surround Bakugou. He manages to avoid this by using his left hand to create strong explosions that hold the villain at bay. Bakugou clenches his teeth irritation clearly present on his face.
The villain stares at Bakugou with a frustrated expression he yells out, '' Give up already damn it!'' Death Arms charges in with two other heroes behind him. He yells while striking at the villain, '' How dare you take a child hostage!''
The impact of Death Armed strong attack merely gets absorbed by the villain's liquid body. The sludge villain smiles while swiping at Death Arms and the other two heroes, they're forced to jump back as a result. The hero Backdraft attempts to mitigate the fires, caused by Bakugou's explosions. While Kamui Woods rescues those in the burning buildings.
Death Arms thinks frustrated, the kids able to hold him off but his quirks causing a lot of damage. Not to mention none of us have enough power to take this guy down.
The crowd's attention shifts from the battle as they hear extremely loud footsteps, some of them say with hope in their voice, '' That new hero Mount Lady should be able to stop him.'' Mount Lady, in her gigantic form tries to enter the battle. However the battleground lacks enough space for her to be effective. She ends up becoming another onlooker.
Izuku on the opposite side of the alleyway looks at how the situation is progressing. He sees the heroes fighting the same sludge villain that had attacked him before. He thinks confused, I thought All Might beat that guy earlier why is he here? He then begins to recall what happened while he was in the air, When I grabbed onto All Might, I must have knocked the bottles out. At closer inspection of the villain Izuku realizes he has someone hostage. This is my fault I need to help them. Izuku begin to running towards the sludge villain a flame of determination present in his heart.
As he gets closer, he sees the scope of what he's going up against, the villains, unnerving smile and crazed eyes along with the fire in destruction that surrounds him. The flame of determination quickly dims, Izuku staggers back while beginning to hyperventilate, I could have... gotten myself killed.
Bakugou still partially restrained by the sludge villain size in relief, it took longer than expected to gather up enough sweat, but this should do it. He then shoves his free right hand into the villain's liquid body and activates his quirk. The resulting explosion is massive. The blast alone knocks both the heroes and villain back quite a distance, while the resulting heat and flames leaves the nearby buildings with large black splotches.
Bakugou himself is sent rocketing towards the group of gathered people, he expertly uses his explosions to slow his momentum before coming to a skidding stop. The crowd looks at Bakugou impressed, he turns around to see how the heroes will handle the situation, they should be able to handle this bottom feeder now that I'm not in the way. He watches on but the heroes are unable to injure nor capture the villain. Bakugou size with extreme disappointment. They can't even handle that bottom feeder. His face turns expressionless he begins running towards the ongoing battle. Death Arms sees this and yells out, ''Kid, what the hell are you doing?''
Bakugou gives no response Instead, he uses his quirk to launch himself over Death Arms. With his quirk he then begins circling the villain at multiple angles, while simultaneously blasting chunks of the villain's body off. It's not long until Bakugou becomes a blur of explosions. Although his face is expressionless his thoughts are ferocious, improvise special move All-encompassing Decimation.
The villain cries out in fear as he is blasted all over the alleyway, '' No, no please stop it!'' Bakugou stands where a villain once stood, smoke emanating from his hands.
The crowd begins cheering after seeing Bakugou's actions, '' That kid stop the villain singlehandedly! It was a cool flashy move to.''

After the incident calmed down the heroes and police were able to collect the scattered pieces of the villain. Death Arms both scolds and praises Bakugou, '' you were impressive out there, but leave stuff like that to the professionals. We gonna let you off with a warning, but don't do stuff like that again!'' Bakugou seems to not really care and after the brief questioning from the police he begins to walk home.

Late in the afternoon, Izuku still on his way home sees news coverage of Bakugou and he's actions on his phone. Just then Izuku here's a familiar sounding voice, '' Hey kid I've got something I need to talk to you about.''
Izuku stops seeing All Might in his emaciated form round the corner, Japan's number one hero now stands in front of him, he asked curiously, '' What did you wanna talk about?'' All Might exhales deeply before continuing, '' I was there during the second sludge villain attack, through all the chaos I managed to see you and what you were about to do.'' Izuku looks down with a dry smile, '' that was pretty stupid, wasn't it?'' All Might chuckled slightly while also giving a comforting smile, '' Yeah it was, but your questions and your actions today have allowed me to reflect on my past. Earlier today you asked me a question that I still do not have an answer to, Although I may have a solution for your problem.''
Izuku lifts his head up while asking confuse, '' What solution? What do you mean?'' All Might gives his signature smile, '' I was once like you, wanting to act but not having the power to do so. Until my mentor took a chance upon me. A chance I wish to take upon you. I want you to become my disciple, I want to help you become a hero''
Izuku's lips begin to slightly quiver and he's eyes begin to water, although he wipes away at them, '' you... really think you can help me become a hero?'' All Might merely smiles and nods with certainty.
