Diego walks up to Vanya and stands by her side, facing a map pinned to the wall of the dimly lit hotel room. After looking at the map for a few seconds in silence, Diego speaks up, voice barely above a whisper.

"I checked the south-east part of town. This area," he circles an area mapped out in red with this finger.

Vanya nods and uncaps her highlighter, leaving a checkmark over the aforementioned area. The police radio on the table squawks and a muffled voice reports a theft on 5th. Diego nods towards the radio.

"Here anything when I was out?"

Vanya shakes her head.

Allison behind them shifts to her other side on the bed.

"You should get some rest." Vanya nods her head towards the other, vacant bed.

Diego scrubs a hand over his face and sits down heavily on the unoccupied bed.

"Yeah. Wake me up in an hour or if you hear anything."

"Of course."

The springs creak as Diego scoots up to the headboard and lies down on his back, staring at the ceiling. Allison rolls over to her other side and Vanya sits down in the motel desk chair by the map. Diego closes his eyes in an attempt to get some rest. Everything from the ache in his legs to his itching eyes and pounding head tells him that his body is tired. But his mind resists and sleep evades him.

What happened to his brother? Where is Klaus? Will they ever find him? So far, their search has turned up nothing. Not even a clue to where Klaus's captors might have been or gone. They have been searching the city, one section at a time, taking turns, sleeping in shifts, and scanning the police radio for any potential activity. Five suspects the Commission, but he has not been clear on where the Commission is even located. Klaus could have been taken out of the city, worse, the state by now! He could be across the country, and they have no leads, no direction of where to go. They might never find him again. They might find him too late.

Diego's thoughts are interrupted by the clash of thunder outside and the whoosh of Five into the room. Diego sits up and blinks at his shortest brother, hair dripping wet from the storm that started minutes earlier. Five blinks again and walks out of the bathroom, towel in hand. He rubs it through his hair and grabs a donut off the table. Allison wakes and sits up, bags under her eyes, looking as if she has never slept in her life. Five turns to Vanya.

"I checked all the abandoned warehouses, businesses, and homes from Diego's list. Nothing."

Vanya turns back to the map and starts to check off all the blue circles. Allison gets up and stumbles over to the kitchenette and makes herself a cup of tea. Vanya and Five start gesturing at the map, whispering together. A loud knock sounds at the door and Vanya steps over to answer it. Luther's large frame walks in, barely clearing the ceiling. He is drenched and the water dripping of his overcoat soon creates a small pond by his feet. Allison walks over, a cup in each hand, and hands one off to Luther just as she downs the last of her drink and tosses the cup into the trash. Shrugging on her jacket, Allison looks over at Five and Vanya and writes on her notepad: "Should I cover the area by the hospital?"

Vanya nods as Five claps his hands together to speak, attracting everyone's attention.

"So, here's what ground we haven't covered yet. We have that shopping mall over on..."

The police radio interrupts.

"We got a call for a domestic dispute at the Barbeux Motel out on Henerson. Guest heard screaming a few rooms down."

"10-4"

The siblings as one stared at the radio and then up at each other.
