Pedro Alonso Buby Huayanay Zamudio - Well, thank you. Portraying Ozpin as the 'Smart one' is a bit of necessity considering the canon of RWBY, and the part about interesting year is just ripped off from original RWBY, since fanfiction is based on fiction. And the trouble to come? Oh, you know, befriending pokemon doesn't always happen by giving them a candy or simple question followed by positive response. Besides, you - And others - will see that in this one.

So let's see it, shall we?

Narrator pow:

"Hey, Yang! Do you think I ever get the pokemon on my own?" Ruby asked, as she and Yang spent their free time in Beacon's gardens located behind the school.

"Who knows? Maybe there will be one when you try hard enough." The bigger sister smiled, patting her on the shoulder. "But to be honest, I have no idea."

"Could you all stop with this nonsense? These colourful Grimm went too much into your head!" Weiss scoffed, interrupting the two for seemingly no reason.

"What? You want us to torment you with it back in our dorm?" Yang asked in return, making Weiss scoff angrly. "And don't you go at me with this Grimm stuff, they are diffrent."

"Are they now?"

"Weiss, I thought we talked about this..." Ruby sighed with irritation, also being fed up with it.

"Whatever, I guess you just want to have it your way." Weiss said with superior look before walking away from the two with a quick stride.

"She's gonna regret it eventually." Yang said as she picked one of her pokeballs. "Also, you can have my Zigzagoon if you-!"

"Really?!" Ruby interrupted her, almost pushing her into the ground with the pure excitement.

"Yeah! Of course. He seems to be worthy of protecting my little sister and seems social enough for you to stick around with. What could you ask more for?" Yang responded before handing her the pokeball.

"Oh thank you! Thank you Sis! I'll make sure he'll be happy with me!"

"Now, now, don't jump that highly or else you'll hurt yourself..."

Blake pow:

"Alright, it seems like I treated Yang too harshly" I said to myself as I observed Yang handing the pokeball to Ruby. "Now, given that the nominal team leader isn't afront of them, I'll contact Yang and reveal myself to her sooner or later. I kind of own her for a thing or two plus being right."

Narrator pow:

"Ziggy! What did you find?" Ruby asked with joyous tone as she followed her pokemon in a straight line, which given that even her semblance couldn't keep up with him in zigzag patterns barely allowed her to keep up with him.

"Woorf! Woorf!" Small pokemon barked, jumping in between the bushes before stopping on the other side and sniffing something on the ground.

"What did you..." Ruby was about to ask, but stopped herself as she peeked above the thicket and saw a thin trail of blood. "Eww! What happened here?!" She exclaimed, accidently realising that it still was an early afternoon and she hadn't been touched upon her new pet by anyone.

"Grrr... Bark!" Zigzagoon also exclaimed, pointing his nose towards the terrain outside of the forest where the trail went.

"Right! We have to help whoever it is! But we can't go alone and without warning..." Ruby concluded, looking around for help before she saw Yang and Blake coming her way.

"We heard everything, I'll tell Headmaster what happened while you and Blake go already and see what you can do." Yang said, quickly deciding the course of action.

"Really? Thank you girls!"

"Sure thing. But now we need to go since blood still is fresh." Blake added, going forward as she didn't wanted to wait for Ruby and Yang to do their talk.

"Then I, uhhh... Eee, see you later!" Ruby stuttered, giving her sister a deep hug before launching after Blake with Zigzagoon by her side.

"See you later!" Yang added before picking her scroll and fining the list of contacts, including weapon lockers. "But I think you forgot one small thing in the terrain full of Grimm..."

"Oh look, my locker!" Ruby exclaimed as she, Blake and the latter's Pidove found the opened locker with the Crescent Rose lying inside of it.

"I told you he knows how to do it." Blake smiled as her team leader rushed forward and grabbed the weapon while she and Pidove looked around as they realised they were at the edge of the forest. "Anyways, can you remind me if I presented my team to you?" She asked, using the while for a sake of buying some time.

"Of course! They are all do awesome, and cute, and amazingggg!"

"Yes, yes, thanks for enthusiasm." Blake added, taking Pidove into the pokeball. "But now we need to find the trail back, they don't just disappear when fresh." She added, seeing with the edge of her eye that Ruby wanted to pick her own one to help. "Don't, Zigzagoon will run after anything. We can't look for two things at once, you know?"

"Alright, alright. I'll keep him safe." Ruby rolled her eyes as she attached the pokeball back to her combat dress and looked down onto the ground before suddenly wincing. "I think I found something, come here." She added, while Blake walked up to her and saw a small pool of blood combined with a wide arrangement of dirty leaves and continuation of the trail deeper into the Emerald Forest.

"It propably stopped here to stop the bleeding with improvised bandage from leaves, but decided otherwise after lack of success and went away." Blake commented, looking past the two crossed and burned branches after the trail. "The forest seems to be more natural than civilization for the thing." She added as she took out her Shaymin, Azurill, Seedot and Buizel. "Given that the fire is apparently present here, you two will be needed to extinguish it when necessary... As for you two, forest seems to be your thing so enviromental advantage is just a better option." She said to the quartet before the group followed after Ruby into the forest, looking around for any sign of... Anything for that matter.

"Why do you even care about it?! There can be a murderer!" Weiss shouted, as she and Yang had a heavy argue back inside their dorm.

"Ruby and Blake have what it takes to deal with him on their own. Your lack of faith doesn't have to be mine nor anybody elses!" Yang responded, crossing her arms to calm herself away from punching her.

"Why am I supposed to trust people who don't care about me? When did you ever took my words as something else than 'Ice Queen is rude and wants things her way'?"

"And when did you wanted something else than to have things your way?!" Yang nearly snapped, clenching her fists as her eyes turned red. "Listen here, Ice Queen, because Ruby and Blake won't want me to repeat myself. We are a TEAM, not your assistants. We are TEAM, not unfriendly weirdos. And by Oum we are a TEAM, not human-like suprematists!" She shouted at her, trying to keep down her instincs by simply talking more. "You might be a heiress, have a famous family and all loads off money, that's fine! But the shitty attitude of yours? It is NOT FINE!" She continued her speech just in time for Swablu and Geodude to come out from the pokeballs and took stances on her sides. "Get the hell out of here and find someone who can actually change your bratty approach to others, because one small thing to Faunus isn't your real problem." Yang ended the speech, sendind her a menacing face with furious eyes that almost looked like bloody stars. "Do, you, understand?"

"Hmm... These Grimm are still turning into ashes. The wounded thing was here not so long time ago." Blake said, using her combat knowledge to determine the fact from partially missing corpses of dead Grimm.

"They aren't chopped and wide spread either." Ruby added as the two looked at the one with visible burns who slowly decayed into thin air.

"They must been burned, badly."

"Yeah, and the blood isn't deep red anymore..." Ruby added, only partially fine with the everlasting blood trial.

"Then it's very close, let's hurry up." Blake concluded, running forward with the rest of the group following after her.

"Hmm, something smells off..." Ruby commented, as she and Shaymin rised their noses up and sniffed the air.

"Sha-shay!" Small pokemon said, looking with anxious face forward.

"It smells like... Like burned grass." Ruby added as realisation struck her and she saw a small fire in the distance slightly to her right. "There it is!" She exclaimed before using her semblance to cut the distance.

"Wait!" Blake shouted after her, but other than that she couldn't do much as the line of rose pellets was hit up front by a stream of fire, ending in Ruby's aura being quickly drained and overoptimistic girl slamming into the tree.

"That, that hurt..." Ruby said, Rolling her eyes while Azurill quickly jumped in to check if her clothes were on fire.

"Buizel! Water Gun!" Blake ordered as her otter pokemon unleashed a blast from it's mouth and made at least a hundered square meters of ground wet. "Seedot, prepare Astonish. Azurill and Buizel, use Water Gun when suspicious." She continued her safety measurement as her four pokemon formed a circle around her and Ruby, vigilantly observing the nearby area for any sign of movement. "Shaymin, use Magical Leaf. Maybe they can find it."

"Shay!" Small hedgehog pokemon nodded before summoning three shining leaves who then flew forward searching for the target.

"You're sure that keeping the distance will give it our trust?" Ruby asked, standing up from the ground and dusting off her dress.

"We set off here to find what bleeds. And given that your aura is depleated you can't risk getting in range." Blake responded, holding her by the arm before her bow twiched thanks to her cat ears sensing something else. "That thing is scared, Ruby. Maybe of Grimm, maybe of us, maybe it treats everything as danger."

"Makes sense that Grimm is attracted by negative emotions..." Ruby nodded, turning around and aiming her Crescent Rose towards a lone Beowolf who happen to be looking around for it's prey. Needless to say that Ruby closed her left eye to take better aim with the right one.

"Not so fast please." Blake instructed her, to which Ruby only sighed and took the finger off the trigger, being rewarded with a sight of a fire stream incinerating the Grimm in a instant. "We aren't the only ones fighting them." She added before seeing a random pokeball roll under her legs.

"What do we do now?" Ruby asked as Blake passed her the pokeball found on the ground, herself taking out a small bit of bandages mixed with leaves that she just happen to bring with herself.

"I'll go first, you stay at the back with the rest." Faunus girl responded while taking out her Gambol Shroud in a gun position and looking around for a short while. "The thing seems to be resting now. I'll approach it with limited trust while you stay at the back and watch out for Grimm." She added before moving the thicket in front to the sides and moving forward.

"Let's go watch her then." Ruby concluded as she and four pokemon left with her moved close enough to see throu the bush and witnessed a bit worrying scene. A creature Blake was approaching looked like athletically build fox with golden and red fur, the latter even sticking out it's ears despite the signs if being ripped off. The strange thing about that creature not only was the fact that it sat in crouch under the tree like a human but also tried to tame the bleeding from it's right side by placing leaves into it and keeping them together with an arm-long stick. "Now then, who are you, poor friend?" Ruby asked as she took out her scroll and placed it's screen in front of her eyes.

"Whoa, so strong and resilient..." Ruby thought as she looked around the place while Blake attended closer to the pokemon and offered him her aid. "Wait, what was I supposed to do again?" She asked herself before turning around and seeing three leafes falling down in front of variously sliced Ursa. "Thanks Shaymin, he almost got us."

"Shay, shay!" Pokemon responded, keeping his tone down for a sake of his trainer being able to do her job.

"See? We fight these things too. And ememy of my enemy is mine friend." Blake said, using the ocassion of the group revealing itself to reason with the wounded pokemon. "Everyone, you can come out now." She added as her squad came out, both Ruby's group as the other who were currently keeped in pokeballs.

"Now then, want to join us?" Ruby asked, to which Braixen only smiled and gave her a pokeball. "... Oh, I get it now." Underaged student added, throwing the ball onto it's nose before it bounced off from it and catched the pokemon.

"He seems..." Blake said as the ball wiggled for the first time. "... To be accepting." She ended as tej pokeball twitched two more times before the dozem of small stars erupted sideways from it's grey lining that separated it's red and white parts.

"Yay! You joined me!" Ruby squeaked as she and Zigzagoon made a triumphant jump from excitement. "Now let's get back to Beacon and give you some rest, you did a lot today..."

"What does Yang even see in those things? Is it another thing after Ruby's immaturity and Blake's shady behavior to accept for a sake of being tolerated in here?" Weiss thought, walking back and forth around the academy's backyard while trying to decide what to do next. "Maybe I shouldn't be so nice to all of them, I am a heiress of Schnee Dust Company for Oum's sake! How does it come that they can make demands..." She paused the vengeful prelude as she saw Cardin being yelled upon by what seemed to be a floating blue ball with a rectangular tail under itself. And given how the prior began to run away with painful face expression the scream was big. In fact, hearable even by her as wind's whistling. "... To... Me?" She asked herself, only partially aware of what she was doing as she took out her scroll and aimed it at the creature.

"Such a cute yet boastful creature..." Weiss thought as she looked at the thing flying away from terrorized leader of Team CLDR and flew towards her with rather unhappy face. "I will make it my friend and make Yang back down from boasting about these poke-something for good!"
