The MS Agito Zero arrived at the location in the Debris Belt, this sight would soon become a battlefield between the Girty Lue and the Minerva. Neither ship was here yet, but the Girty Lue was close to arriving. Which would mean that he would have to lay low until they did get there so he could make a surprise ambush against them. From memory, the Girty Lue would ambush the Minerva here due to the inexperience of the Minerva and her captain.

The Debris belt was home to all sorts of things, destroyed ships, parts of lost or abandoned satellites, or destroyed Colonies like Junius Seven which was located at a very different point and much further out from the rubbish. It was the perfect place for an ambush. Send out a decoy, lure the enemy in, with all the debris floating about as long as you stay hidden and still you can remain undetected.

Not to mention if you deploy some of your Mobile Suits you can distract the enemy from you and draw their attention away from your true location. Then when the time is right you strike hard and fast, either being able to cripple or kill the enemy. It was a valid strategy, but also did rely on the incompetence of the Minerva and its crew and her Captain as well. Since he did know far more than he should of, Anthony did have the theory that Talia Gladys only had her position as that ship's captain due to her connection with Durandal.

Maybe that last part was his dislike for those characters showing in his internal thoughts, but here he was waiting in ambush to ambush the ambushers. It was a bit odd that the Zero System was prompting him to intervene early and save the other pilots onboard the Minerva. Which both leaned on Anthony's sense of morality and irked him that he would be helping ZAFT. But the way MS Agito Zero put it was that he was upholding the standards of morality that he himself abided by.

It was true and even if the First Bloody Valentine had wounded that sense of morality with all Anthony had done during it. He was not going to let himself fall so low just yet. He had already killed before and at times a battle can be about saving lives as well. He was not happy with what he was seeing, but if he wouldn't he be staying true to who he was? It was a pain that he could be constantly told by the Zero System why it was a good idea to do so as well. Perhaps his time fighting ZAFT for so long had gotten the better of him?

But if Anthony admitted that, then he would have to admit that Rau was right, people will just hate one another in an endless cycle. And to admit that Rau, the madman who was so hellbent on the death of all of humanity was right, is a little bit too much for Anthony to do and the MS Agito Zero's Zero System knew this. So, against his own better judgement, he would act on the plan laid out before him.

In any case he had to make sure he acted at the right time and just for now looked like another piece of debris floating around. It would not be hard since the Girty Lue would be looking to the Minerva and the Minerva would be looking for the Girty Lue. So all Anthony had to do was to hold tight as it were right now and wait for the correct time, to act which would soon be upon them as the false Archangel was now arriving and MS Agito Zero informed him as much.

Though it was faint, he could feel the presence of Mu La Flaga onboard that ship. Or rather the persona Neo Roanoke, who no doubt felt that sense of him. The Newtype like powers that both had detecting the other even as far off as this, which Anthony was able to calmly push aside, he had been in close contact or rather a fist fight with Rau Le Creuset. So to calmly push aside a mind and thoughts of Neo Roanoke was nothing like dealing with a mad man like Rau who was so full of hatred he wanted to destroy the world.

He could not say how Neo was taking it though, but then again that was none of his business. Only that they followed the plan that was set up and he could intervene to assist ZAFT against him. The Irony of it that he almost spent an entire year or rather nine months assisting a Legged ship like the Archangel against ZAFT, now he'd be helping ZAFT chase after and combat a ship that was clearly inspired by the design of the Archangel. In fact, he would be helping ZAFT take back the Mobile Suits that had been stolen from them. Yes, to Anthony, this was bad comedy.

He could have sent out a coded signal, but there was a chance that Phantom Pain and the Girty Lue. But with being able to already sense Mu La Flaga or rather Neo, at this point he would not act and make things more complex than they already were. But the Zero System had other ideas and prompted to him move forward. Sighing deeply, Anthony now sent out a message on the ZAFT frequency simply saying morse code "Dah, Dit Dah Dit, Dit Dah, Dit Dah Dah Dit."

But when it was done he said "It's not like they are going to take heed of it anyway and you and I both know that, how pointless to send it out when you've shown that they won't listen. Well then again, you've shown that they go ahead, but maybe at least someone on that ship will listen and maybe point it out to those who chose to go ahead later on."

The Mobile Suits aboard the Minerva were just launching now, Lunamaria Hawke in her own Red MS Zaku Warrior, Shin Asuka the MS Gundam Impulse and two more pilots, Shawn and Dale in other MS Zaku Warriors. It was at this critical junction that Meyrin Hawke who served as the communications controller for the Mobile Suits now reported "Captain, we have just received morse code over our own channels saying T, R, A, P."

Captain Talia Gladys listen to that for a moment before coming to the obvious conclusion "That must be Bogey One attempting to throw us off. There are no ZAFT units out in the debris field, and we cannot let ourselves be fooled by any anonymous messages we receive like this."

Logically she had a point, there was no other ZAFT units out there other than the Minerva. But there was also a certain logic to the message that they had just gotten as well. The Debris Belt was the perfect place for a trap for an ambush. But right now the Minerva did not have much of a choice. They needed to capture Bogey One and contain the situation and recapture their stolen Mobile Suits or else there could be a prelude to war. Given the chaos that had ensued they were yet to receive any reports about the Joule team going to investigate a rogue Mobile Suit and Junius Seven.

Chairman Durandal though did voice his opinion stating "While that is utterly correct Captain. I do find it a bit strange for them to be able to send it across our own channels to us like this. If Bogey One were to send a threat it might be less direct and more complex. Then again, the fact they have used morse code might be them trying to hide their voice. But either way I am slightly uneasy with going into the Debris Belt since there is a chance it may be a trap. Especially since we have guests, the ORB Chief representative aboard."

In response to this Captain Talia Gladys listened for a few moments before taking that in and formulating a response that was appropriate given the situation at hand. Yes they did have the Chief Representative from ORB aboard their ship, but they couldn't just let Bogey One go either, not after all the damage it had done at Armory One. So with that in mind she replied "I understand Chairman. But we cannot let Bogey One simply escape us like this, the situation demands that we chase and catch Bogey One, in order to prevent it from doing what it has done to us again in the future."

She was right, while it was risky, if they played it safe they would not be able to catch Bogey One. Which meant not only would they fail their mission, but an unknown group would have three of their latest Mobile Suits. Which was not something that ZAFT or the PLANTS could just let go. So after a short silence Chairman Durandal gave a nod saying "Very well, while I do believe it is not ideal, we must proceed on ahead. After all if we don't contain this situation it may be the stepping stones to yet another war and none of us want to be responsible for letting that happen."

He looked then to Chief Representative Cagalli Yula Athha and her bodyguard Alex Dino and said sadly "I am afraid we must continue on regardless of this. I do personally apologise for the danger we are exposing you two. But I trust that you understand the seriousness and necessity of it given the current circumstances."

Cagalli for her part gave a slow nod, she understood it all right or at least she would show that she did. All of this was a little bit much for her, but she was unable to voice it instead saying "Yes I understand Chairman, it is hard but this is getting worse and worse."

Of course there is much more she wanted to say but did not, instead opting to say those few words now as Chairman Durandal gave her a polite nod saying "Thank you for being so understanding, when this is all done I'll make sure that we can make it up to you and ORB. After all, we are putting you in danger and had I not had that meeting in Armory One then we would not be here."

That was true, but that was also Cagalli's doing just as much as it was Durandal's. But any more words that they had to say were cut off by Meyrin now who said "Are Mobile Suits are currently coming under attack, there are three heat sources from yellow sixty-two beta, no four. It's them, it's Chaos, Gaia and Abyss! Wait that fourth one, I don't know it, but its moving in now."

Captain Talia looked to Meyrin then back to the space ahead of them, this did anger her now as she called out commanding the ship "Find Bogey One, find that ship now!" She had leaned forward as she yelled that, it would appear that they had just walked into an ambush and it was her fault.

One of the other Bridge crew now reported almost right away saying "Heat Source at Blue Eighteen Mark Nine Charlie" turning around to look at Captain Talia he said "It's Bogey One mam, distance 500!" then confirming some other details he reported "along with two Mobile Suits!"

There was audible fear in his voice when he said this and Talia said something regarding where the enemy was and he continued on to say "Detecting targeting laser!"

Chairman Durandal now said somewhat more concerned "It would appear that message we were sent was entirely accurate. It was a trap, they must have been a third party who saw what was going on and sought to warn us of it. But that does mean there is someone else out there, but are they friend or foe or perhaps just a neutral observer?"

Talia would normally say something to that, but given they were being attacked she opted to ignore it and instead gave orders to the bridge crew. "Fire Anti Beam Depth charges, thirty to starboard, fire Tristian's now!"

Yes it would appear they were about to get jumped and badly and it was Captain Talia's fault that they had walked right into this ambush. Not to mention more bad news came in as one of the Bridge crew informed them all that Mobile Suits were inbound for their position.

The MS Agito Zero had moved faster than MS Chaos and had gotten to the MS Warrior Zaku before the MS Chaos had taken it out using the EQFU-5X Mobile Weapon Pod. The MS Agito moved in and took the shot from said weapons of the MS Chaos at point blank and then, swatted them aside. Anthony knew what he just did was a bit of show boating but the chatter from both sides was amusing him now as all Mobile Suits paused for a brief moment.

The chatter from the Extended's was more along the lines of them freaking out that there was a strange Mobile Suit here. Well no, it was not freaking out and more along the lines of getting pissed off that an unknown Mobile Suit just appeared out of no where. While the ZAFT lines were much the same but less irritated and more confused with what is going on. Taking advantage of this lull Anthony broke it by opening communications forcibly on the ZAFT pilots saying "Regroup I'll cover you."

He did not care to listen to their response now as he move and intercepted the MS Gaia, having the MS Agito Zero catch it, stopping its push towards the MS Zaku Warriors. Then throwing the stolen Mobile Suit into some the debris, despite the MS Gaia's best attempts to push past him, showing that he could overpower its thrusters in the process. While the MS Abyss appeared and fired its cannons at Anthony and the MS Agito Zero.

Anthony was well aware that he could tank that, but he wasn't going to show that just yet. In fact he wasn't even going to use Trans-Am forget about the NTD-Mode. Instead casually moving the MS Agito Zero to the side avoiding the incoming fire as if he was just side stepping it and then returning fire with his own Head Vulcans. Pushing the MS Abyss and then dancing away from an attack from the MS Chaos now before drawing his two beam sabers and showing he was ready to get dangerous.

He did this now with the MS Agito Zero's superior speed and the Zero System knowing exactly where the Mobile Weapon Pod of the MS Chaos was and catching up to it and cutting it in half. Then turning to the three stolen Mobile Suits he broadcast to all over an open channel taunting the Extended "Come now is that the best you've got. But you're third-rate pilots in some second-rate Mobile Suits. But against someone like me, you're going to have to do a lot better if you want to scratch my paint job."

Anthony understood the Pilots of the MS Gaia and MS Abyss would not be able to keep their cool at that. He could have used all of their block words on them, but he chose at this point not to. No instead he settled for the two more unstable ones to go after him now. Which they did, unleashing all that they had one him, but they were outclassed, Anthony had faced the Boosted men and not died, who were superior performance but shorter duration. That and he had the Zero System and the MS Agito Zero which was by far the superior Mobile Suit of this entire era and Anthony knew it.

To add insult to injury, Anthony put away the beam sabers and folded his arms like Master Asia had done. The MS Agito Zero stood still at his command now until the enemy fire, in which case he simply dodged to either side. Both his ability to sense the attacks and the Zero System made it clear to Anthony when and where each shot was being fired and what the three stolen Mobile Suits were doing while he engaged them and dodged all their attacks.

This time, he did not dance around the battlefield like he normally would. No, he was being insulting, so he was using the bare minimum movements to avoid the attacks. This could be seen as saving energy, but it could be also seen as showing off, which he most certainly was. Truth be told he had no intention of defeating these Mobile Suits and giving them back to ZAFT, he was just making them use up energy and also hit the limit on how long they can pilot for.

While they did last longer than the Boosted Men, they did not perform as well as them. But even they had their limit, so it was just a matter of getting the ZAFT pilots away from them, so they weren't captured. Why did he not want to be captured, because Durandal was not a man to be trusted and since Anthony had watched SEED Destiny, he knew the true character of Chairman Gilbert Durandal and he was not about to do that man any serious favours any time soon

Lunamarria Hawke had never seen anything like this, a single Mobile Suit had come out of nowhere and was now engaging the three stolen Mobile Suits. No it was not engaging, it was toying with them as if it was cat playing with three mice, well two mice as she saw the MS Chaos had not engaged. But each time it tried to get by, the Head Vulcans of the unknown Mobile Suit would open up and shot at it, in between dodging the attacks of the MS Gaia and MS Abyss.

The fact that it put away those beam sabers and back into its forearms and then folded its arms was insulting both ZAFT and those who had stolen the Mobile Suits. He'd called them what, second rate Mobile Suits and then was not even bothering to fight them seriously and what's more is that the stolen Mobile Suits which were made by ZAFT weren't winning like at all. This new Mobile Suit and its pilot were able to handily pin three of the latest Mobile Suits that ZAFT had to offer.

Not to mention the fact that the Mobile Suit itself was utterly bizarre, it had a cap for one, a red cape along with putting out some green crystals from under that cape. It's torso and arms were black while its legs were white and it had a very strange V-fin. But she also took note that it was moving very fast, its reaction time and speed were both too fast for a regular Mobile Suit. In fact now she got a message from Shawn, who had been saved by that strange suit asking "What are we supposed to do? Are we just going to stay here and do nothing?"

But the mysterious pilot answered for them stating "I would advise that you head back to your ship, whatever it is called and support it against the ship and Mobile Suits that are attacking it. Your enemy seems very competent, they lured you into this debris belt, let you divide your own forces and then attacked you while you were far apart. I myself am just stalling for time with these ones."

Now Lunamaria was going to say something back, but Shinn did first saying "Listen, we don't take orders from you! Yeah we're grateful that you're aiding us, but that doesn't mean you get to command us."

The pilot chuckled in response to that saying a highly amused voice "I said it was advice, feel free to let your ship get destroyed by your enemy. Though it does occur to me that if your ship is destroyed the only place to dock will be that enemy ship. But if your ship does survive, they are going to wonder why you did not come back ton assist them when you could."

There was a condescending tone to that pilot's voice that Lunamaria knew got on Shinn's nerves. She herself did not want to go because she wanted to see what more this Mobile Suit could do. Right now it used the MS Abyss as a springboard to avoid an attack from the MS Gaia and again with its Head Vulcans, shot at the MS Chaos pushing it away. But if Lunamaria knew Shinn he was not done and he did say that "Oh yeah if that's the case where is your ship, where are you from, who are you!"

"I'm afraid I can't answer that, I'm currently engaged in a sortie with what, three second-rate Mobile Suits. Oh wait I can." That strange Mobile Suit just came to a stop now and it seemed like it was the time of reckoning for it. The MS Gaia seeing it's chance closed in and rammed it's beam saber into the chest of the rogue Mobile Suit causing Lunamaria to gasp. But then she saw it, no smoke, no explosion, no nothing.

That Mobile Suit just took a hit from a beam saber head on and just stood there as if it was nothing at all! But that was not the most amazing part, the arm of said Mobile Suit moved now and Lunamaria thought it was going to use it's beam saber to cut the MS Gaia in half. Instead she saw it grab the offending arm of the MS Gaia and just crush the arm right off the Mobile Suit as if it was made of what, paper?

Whoever they were, they had a very powerful Mobile Suit which begged the question just who made it and why they made it. Not only that but who was on the inside and why was he helping them out right now? She quickly saw on her feed that the Minerva was under attack and raising Shinn she got a visual on his face when she said "The Minerva is under attack, I don't know who this pilot is or what is the deal with his Mobile Suit. But if he's keeping the enemy occupied, we should head back and provide support the Minerva."

She saw Shinn's face screw up in frustration and he wanted to argue, but clearly, he was getting the same readings as she was. The Minerva was under attack and if they could help there, they should. Of course, Lunamaria herself was not so confident in just turning her back on an unknown Mobile Suit so she suggested now "Take Dale and Shawn back to defend the Minerva, I'll cover you in case this is some sort of trap."

Shinn did not like the sound of that, but he did not have a counter to that, he knew that Lunamaria could handle herself if things did turn south. But he did also have a counter offer stating "Let Dale and Shawn return and help out the Minerva, the two of us should stay here just in case, that Mobile Suit it is far too convenient for it to just be here when all this went down."

Now, Lunamaria knew that Shinn was right in that regard, but there was something that Shinn did not take into account. If their enemy had the ability to make a suit that completely tanked a Beam Saber to the chest, they would have led with that. But she knew it was better to compromise with Shinn than to argue with him, so instead she came up with her own counteroffer saying, "I'd agree with you, but your suit is faster than ours, go on ahead, we'll pull back slowly behind you."

Lunamaria did point just then that the MS Impulse was superior to the MS Zaku Warrior and Shinn knew it. He could get back to the Minerva before any of them. So if someone was to go ahead, it was only natural that it would be him and Lunamaria played to it stating "Dale, Shawn and I will pull back slowly that way you can get back to our ship while we ensure this isn't a trap."

These words did get through to Shinn, since they weren't turning their backs on the enemy and running away. No, they were just pulling back to protect the Minerva and while he raced ahead to do that. She with Dale and Shawn would be pulling off a fighting withdrawal as it were. Time was of the essence and Shinn relented saying "Fine, but I don't trust that suit or its pilot!"

Sting Oakley, by far the most stable of the Extended was really frustrated. Not because he was pinned by this unknown enemy Mobile Suit that seemed to just appear out of nowhere. Not because that this enemy Mobile Suit was able to take him, Stella and Auel on all by itself. Even the fact that it was clearly toying with his two comrades was not why Sting was frustrated, no what had him so frustrated was the fact that this unknown Mobile Suit and its pilot knew how to press their buttons.

The Mobile Suits Gaia, Chaos and Abyss were meant to be state of the art Mobile Suits that last one they didn't know about even more so. But here was an enemy whose Mobile Suit not only outclassed them but seemed to be some sort of monster out of the depths of space. It was untouchable unless it wished to be and when it let them hit his Mobile Suit, there was no damage at all, in fact Sting would not be surprised if every hit made that damn Suit stronger.

This thing was in the Debris Belt, he unlike Stella and Auel felt that this Mobile Suit was here to ambush them. No he knew it had to be here and given the fact that he was pinned by it, despite not being actually engaged in combat. Yes his attempts to move the MS Chaos to chase after the ZAFT pilots was for nought, because he got shot at by those damn Head Vulcans. Not to mention they weren't regular ones as they tore apart the debris like it was paper.

Now it took only Sting a few moments when they first engaged to understand that they were outclassed, both the Mobile Suit and as their skills as pilots. Not only that, but this Mobile Suit and its pilot knew their Mobile Suits specs and them as pilots, which Sting was aware had to be a very short list of potential people. He was not fighting them, he was stalling them and he didn't seem to be using much energy himself or in fear that his Mobile Suit would run out of power.

It clicked out of nowhere to Sting, the pilot wasn't just toying with them or stalling for time. He had a plan and if he knew of them, then it meant he knew their time limit. Not the suits but the Extended themselves, which is why he kept provoking Stella and Auel into recklessly attacking him. If he knows how to rile them up, he knows that despite their enhanced time limit compared to the other project, they are still working on limited time, so he must be banking on that.

Not to mention that he had broken one arm off the MS Chaos and Stella was fighting him with a single arm. It was pointless, he was simply running them down. Seeing it as pointless he opened up communications with Stella and Auel stating "Auel, Stella stop, where not getting away with him backwards. Anymore and our suits will be too badly damaged to deal with anything else. Pull back now we can't take him head on and he's proven whatever his Mobile Suit is, it can just tank whatever we can give."

"What did you get tired of being frustrated" The pilot of the unknown Mobile Suit was in their channels now and revealed it stating that and reminding Sting that it was in their comms. Said pilot now said in an almost conversational tone "Just go and ruin my fun why don't you. I'm somewhat unsure that the one in the Black Mobile Suit is unaware her suit is missing an arm."

Ignoring the fact that the pilot was listening to them, Sting went back to addressing Stella and Auel stating "We have to pull back now. If we don't we won't be able to get out of here and we'll be trapped between him and ZAFT. We need to get out now!"

That damned voice chuckled now taunting them by reminding them "How nice, that's a great idea. Except for the fact that you are under the wrong impression that I am just going to let you go fly away. I would ask if you were under the influence, but I think we both know the answer to that."

The pilot of the unknown Mobile Suit now went on to state "Well anyway I am simply done messing around with you, it is time for you children to learn why you shouldn't mess with the grownups."

It was too fast, a simple flash of red, Sting thanks to what had been done to him could swear he saw at least three Mobile Suits now in that moment. But it ended as soon as it began they found their weapons almost totally disarmed and that rogue Mobile Suit standing with its arms folded in front of them. It's voice now sounded far more deadly and serious than before and there was an ominous glow to the Mobile Suit now as its pilot commanded them "Flee to Neo and let him know, I come for him!"
