Arthur's childhood, I decided to divide it into several parts. In such chapters, I will jump a bit in time, e.g. by a month, half a year or a whole year. Have a nice reading and confirm that I do not have the rights to the Dragon Age series. I only have rights to my own story, so please don't copy it.

Chapter 5

Childhood part I

"The period of childhood is the most important stage in a child's life because it is then that his character is formed."

- Father of Genitivi Arthurian Chronicle.

Highever in the year of our 905 Age of the Dragon.

In the morning the sun's rays burst into the room, awakening five-year-old Arthur through the glass panes. The boy's appearance changed, you can see his white hair and clear silver eyes, which were extremely rare in humans, elves, dwarves were more common, but uqunarii were found. The child's room, in the shape of a square, also looked tidy. The walls were made of stone on which hung tapestries depicting some legend. The master's bed stood against the wall opposite the door to the chamber, while in front of the bed there was a trunk, where all the boy's belongings, e.g. toys, were found. On the sides there were bedside tables, a wardrobe with clothes stood on the right side of the entrance to the chamber, and on the left there was a bookcase with books. The window was to the left of the door, and under the window was a small wooden table with a round top, which stood on one leg with three legs inserted into it. Between the table there were chairs upholstered with a soft material, a seat and a support, they stood on four legs, and the backrest was armrests, and it reached up to the middle of the back. On the right side, in the niche, there was a fireplace, which heated the room. The boy got up, sat down, rubbed his eyes with both hands, then pulled off the covers, sliding his legs to the floor. He got up, stretched, then reached for a water cup, grasped it in both hands, and took a few sips. He directed after these activities to his table on which the book he had recently started to read was lying. He sat down, took the book and began to read, which was unusual for someone his age, but he was a nobleman so he had to acquire basic knowledge such as reading and writing faster. Which, moreover, for most of the common people was not available in those days, except for wealthy merchants or some knights. The book he read was a legend about the peoples of Alamaria, which he often read with his foster father. He was reading a story about a chief called Myghal Tarrdragon, also known as Braveheart. According to the story, he was an Arvaro warrior who defeated Calehnad the Great, who wanted to subjugate the Arvars of the Frostback Mountains.

In the year 542 of the Age of Saints, Calenhad, known as the Silver Knight, sat on the throne of Ferelden, uniting the people of Alamaria under his banner. In 546 he moved, with his army of Arvars he managed to subjugate them for a period, but not for long. It begins with the legend of a great warrior who led his people to freedom. In 449, Myghal lived in a village called Dracohille, he had his own land and a fiancée named Esyld. The woman was considered a local beauty and everyone envied such a beloved man. Myghal was a member of the usually peaceful felerdens, and was not interested in what their officials were doing. He knew objections could end for them, he didn't like it, but there was nothing he could do. The shoes were usually bloody suppressed and not only the participants suffered, but also those close to them. Everything was fine until the fateful day, when the Ferelden knight tried to take Esild by force. Seeing this, Myghal inadvertently killed the knight by trying to stop him by throwing him to the ground, and bad luck wanted him to hit his head against a stone. As a result, both lovers had to flee, however, during the escape, the Fereldan soldiers captured Esild and carried her to the face of the ban. The Lord killed the woman in public by cutting her throat, which he wanted to provoke Myghal to fight, but he did not know, but that he ignited a huge fire …

While the boy was reading, Éowyn entered the room and noticed that he was already awake. The sight of the reader so fiercely that he did not notice someone entering his room irritated the manor a little. She walked up to him quietly and then held out her hand. Young Arthur read curiously that he hadn't noticed his nanny come in, who suddenly took the book in her hand.

- It's time to get dressed, young master. - Éowyn announced calmly but firmly.

- Hello sorry I didn't hear you come in. - the boy scolded sincerely.

Nanny looked at him, then she sighed, closing her eyes, tilting her head down and shaking it, and she said quietly - Arthur, I'm not mad at you, I just want you to pay more attention to what's going on around you.

- I know Nan, but this legend got me hooked. - the boy explained excitedly.

- Then let's check this amazing story. - Éowyn said with a smile.

She looked at the book and read the title and the first few sentences. The woman, seeing that the hero of the story was called Tarrdragon, got a little scared. She closed the book and put it on the bookshelf, then turned to Arthur. She walked up to him and then said - Young master, enough reading for now, time to get dressed, eat breakfast, and go to study at Master Aldous.

The boy started to fuss while taking off his nightgown - Do I really have to?

- Education is important young ladies, and not everyone has access to it. - Éowyn calmly replied, handing the child a day-shirt.

- I understand that, nanny, only in Aldous's lessons I get so bored. - the boy said, trying to convince the woman.

- Master, Mr. Aldous is an excellent scholar and a good man, and it is up to your father that you receive a good upbringing and a great deal of knowledge. - Nanny announced calmly but firmly.

- Eh, I understand nanny. - Arthur said, claiming to be.

- Now that we have it over, we'll finish dressing. - Éowyn announced with a smile.

Nanny pulled out dark hosiery, then handed them to her master. Then she crouched down and pulled out a pair of leather high solid Fereldne boots with which she walked over to Arthur and helped him put them on. They both approached the mirror, and the boy gasped and stared at his reflection. He was wearing a white doublet with embroidered golden leaves on the sleeves and with white Couslands laurels on the blue shield on his left chest, black leather trousers and high solid black leather boots. something. Eowyn tried to calm the boy by saying - Master, please stop throwing yourself like that, you're messing up the new doublet Mrs. Eleanor ordered

- This doublet of sprinkling presses me and constrains my movements. - Arthur complained strenuously.

- We can't help it, the lady insisted you wear it. - said nanny trying to calm the kid.

Arthur resigned, continued to throw himself walking around the room. Eowyn said, trying to convince him like Fergus and Marion - Besides, you look very nice and he will get what befits a teyrn son.

- I doubt Nan. - he replied with a wry eyes.

- I'm serious, Master. - convinced the woman with a pleasant voice.

- Sorry nanny - the boy apologized sadly, and the courtly thought that she had succeeded, but suddenly added - I know you mean well, but it doesn't suit me.

Arthur moved away from Éowyn, unfastened the first two buttons at the neck quickly, then took off the doublet. The woman tried to stop him, but it was too late. The boy tossed the doublet to the ground and ran to the closet where he pulled out his traditional day tunic, then tried to remove his black summer coat from the hook attached to the wardrobe door. "The Maker can be terribly onerous at times, but it's good that despite his young age, he already has his own opinion." she thought smiling. Arthur got dressed and went to the kitchen together to prepare his food.

They reached the kitchen then a woman, immediately started to prepare breakfast and went to the stove to put water for tea. When she was done, she put everything on a silver tray, then headed for the dining room for breakfast. They entered the room where the rest of the Cousland family were waiting for them. Arthur bowed and took his place, feeling his mother's gaze upon him. Seeing this, Marion was smiling all the time seeing her younger brother sweating a little. The Cousland daughter grew up to be a beautiful girl, her curvaceous shapes were already visible, her hair became blacker and thicker and she had them tied up in two raw buns. Fergus, the eldest of the siblings, also noticed his mother's eyesight, but did not care too much. they kick their own father's dark brown hair with a little floppy fringe. Bryce was just watching the situation, calmly eating his meal. The man made a little bit of age and his hair was slowly becoming grayer and grayer and it was the same with Eleonora, but she was still a pretty woman. Teyrna watched her son and was clearly disappointed that her son did not wear a double who for him Éowyn noticed this and already knew that the question from the woman was about to come - Eowyn why Arthur doesn't have the doublet fitted that I ordered for him.

- Lady me… - she broke off as she saw the boy staring at her, raising his left hand to signal her silence.

- Mother, it's not Nan's fault, but I didn't want to wear a doublet because I don't like the costume too much. - Arthur said seriously, but he was a little panicked inside as he knew the maternal sermon was about to take place

- Can you explain to me why you don't like this garment? - Bryce asked, restraining his wife, who was already getting ready to give a monologue about the appropriate nobleman dress.

- Doublets restrict my movements too much and stick under my armpits. - the boy answered with a little fear, looking at his mother.

- I'm sorry, boy, but a nobleman has to represent himself with dignity. - said Eleanor passionately and then, with her eyes closed, she added - With a dignified appearance, you not only represent yourself, but also the house you come from.

- Mother, from what Master Aldous told me, arwars wear elegant zupans and qunari wear beautiful caftans, both are said to be very comfortable. - Arthur explained fiercely.

- You're a ferelden and you should dress like that. - the queen announced firmly.

- Mother, after all, the Fereldens and the Avars are the people of Alamaria, so their attire is just as worthy. - the boy said with a twinkle in his eye as he knew he had won this argument skirmish.

- Ha, ha, ha our son is extremely eloquent, wise for his age, isn't she dearest? - laughing Teyrn asking his spouse a question.

- My husband, in fact. - She confirmed in a dry voice, looking at her son.

At the end of the conference, they all finished their breakfast in silence, then thanked them for their meal and went to their daily activities. Arthur and his older siblings

Arthur and his older siblings went to lessons with Master Aldous in the castle library. They left the dining room and turned to the right, past two armor and plate gear set as ornaments, a flag with the Cousland coat of arms hanging between them, and past the stairs to the upper floor, where, of course, their Lordship quarters were. They walked past two more gear, stood in front of the right-hand door, took a deep breath together, then Fergus opened the door and entered the library first. The three siblings split up and took their places, waiting for the teachers to start their lessons. Arthur walked into the classroom, through the open door on the left, where his teacher was already waiting. His older siblings, on the other hand, walked along the library until they reached the fireplace, where they split up. Fergus went to the right and Marion to the left of the waiting teachers. Arthur could, like his older siblings, learn now, because he could read and write at the age of five.

Aldous greeted first with a smile !? Hello boy, ready for today's lesson because I am. Aldous looked like a typical fellow with a brown beard with gray marks, blue eyes, and short hair well arranged. Dressed in a purple and blue toga and brown leather boots. Arthur was getting ready for a long history lecture, for he knew that if his teacher was in a good mood he would always talk a lot. The lesson began. Arthur listened carefully to Aldous's lecture on the origins of Tevinter and the first lesser kingdoms. people. The teacher told him about the unification of Tevinter, which was divided into two parts, and this event took place in 1207 BCE. and made by Darinus later called great. The boy listened carefully. but he was tormented by questions so he decided to ask them - Master Aldous, what was before the Tevinter uprising?

- The chronicles are not entirely clear, but there are many legends about it. - the teacher said calmly.

- When I read the stories of the first humans, the book said that the three races of elven dwarves and humans lived side by side from the beginning. - Arthur said, his voice curious and waiting for an answer.

- Yes, there is such a legend, but these are the legends of the arwar, who are quite an isolated society, so you can't quite believe them. - Aldous replied, clearly pleased with the diligence of his apprentice.

- Why is nothing known about those times? - the boy asked with obvious curiosity in his voice and eyes.

- Many wise books have been burned down as a result of wars, reformations, and religious revolts. - the teachers replied stroking his long chin.

- I see. - the student said, clearly disappointed in the answer.

Aldous continued his lecture talking about the reforms Darine had made to improve the lives of his citizens as well as to prevent the collapse of the kingdom. He spoke to the first Magisters of a future empire. He also told how Darinus married Queen Rathana of Carinus, thereby ultimately unifying the Tevinter peoples and becoming the first Archon. Arthur listened while taking notes.

While Fergus was taking geography lessons from his teacher, Seosamh of Brillhin, who is one of the best cartographers in the north of Ferelden. He looked dignified in his green and brown toga, and he wore black leather ankle boots. He had brown eyes and long hair with a braid that was small enough, his face was smooth with no adhesions, but he had a nose that looked like a hawk's beak. Seosamh told Bryc's eldest son about the Free Marches where they lie, their coastlines, their city-states. He also talked about the art culture of the individual polis and the defense pact against enemies such as Orles, Antiva, Rivania, Nevarra, Tevinter and the Qunaria peoples.

And Marion had art lessons, and her teacher was Master Kitto Wyslley, one of Ferelden's best painters and sculptors. Dressed in a blue tunic, a black hat with a peacock feather, red pantaloons, and black oxskin boots. His face was perfect with a twisted Tevinter-style mustache, i.e. a pointed mustache and a small chin in the shape of a single vertical strip under the mouth. His hair was cropped short and neatly arranged on the sides of his head, and the painter's eyes were green. He explained to the young lady the importance of art in these times that artists often see more than the powerful of this world. Marion listened carefully to the lecture of Master Kitto who spoke passionately about art, its history and meaning.

Arthur had lessons in Ferelden, Fergus in management, and Marion in embroidery.

As the lessons were about to begin, Marion took her younger brother's hand and pulled him along. Arthur didn't argue because he felt tired after Aldous's lectures, so he ran with his sister toward the main hall. Their two teachers were after them, trying to stop a couple of fugitives, while Fergus watched with amusement. The bakalers who chased after their students were Abelard from the Shattered Coast and Kerr Bach, a resident of Highever. Abelard was a Ferelden teacher, wearing a black toga with red details and black shoes. The man was graceful but austere, he wore a well-groomed thick light brown beard with a mustache and sideburns, his hair was thick a chestnut, and his eyes were brown. Kerra Bach, on the other hand, was a manor house that took care of the schedule of her pupils and taught kindergartens in which she was very strict. Dressed in a gray dress with white facets at the wrists, neck and cleavage carefully buttoned so as not to provoke anyone. Nanogach wore gray low-heeled shoes. Despite her mature age, she was quite pretty, she had long, loose blonde hair and seductive green eyes, as well as flowing curves in some places.

The chase did not last long as the siblings ran quickly through the great hall, descended the steps leading to the stool, past the castle guards, and then reached the pony standing by the gate. Arthur realized his sister had planned it, but he didn't mind. Marion helped her brother get on the horse, then she got on the horse herself, and she only heard the teachers calling - Marion, Arthur come back.

They passed the weapon of the Cousland Castle gate and started for a little drive.

They headed east, galloping for an hour but not too far from the castle. Driving through the green fields, admiring the views. Arthur was delighted to take this moment of freedom from the court with every breath. When trotting like this, the siblings noticed the peasants weaving a female puppet with crops. Observing this, the boy asked - Sister, what do you think they are doing?

- They worship the goddess of the earth - she continued - asking her for a bountiful and healthy harvest.

- Malory's mother said there was only one god, and that was the Maker. - Arthur said curiously.

- He's right in part, the Maker made a goddess to look after the crops and also wanted to feel what it really meant to love. - Marion translated with a soft voice.

- So why doesn't the Law teach this? - the boy asked curiously.

- The Order has its own doctrine and policy. - the girl replied shortly.

- It's hard to understand. - Arthur announced Massaging his temples.

- I agree, brother. - Marion said with a sigh.

They drove on, passing a few more farms, and then reached a meadow near the Strażniczych Mountains. The meadow was beautiful, lush, overgrown with grass, elven roots growing in sub-trees, bloody lotuses blooming by the stream, right next to the Sprzecionowców, everywhere else you can see the elven king's root. The place was now overgrown with flowers such as forget-me-nots, daisies, pansies etc… but there was also a clover growing there. I was sailing a small stream it was a perfect place to relax, so two siblings got off their horse and tied the reins to the door. After doing this, they walked over to the overflow where Arthur lay down on the grass, taking one ear of tall grass in his mouth, while Marion started weaving a garland of flowers. The boy wondered why his sister would do something like this - Sister, why are you braiding these flowers together?

- You mean this garland? - Marion asked with a smile. Arthur nodded, waiting for an answer.

- I'm making this wreath for my mother as an apology for missing class. - the girl replied smiling to herself.

- I feel that flowers are not enough, little sister. - the boy said thoughtfully.

- Maybe, but at least it would ease the mother's rage. - Marion announced with a chuckle.

- I don't know, he can really scold us. - Arthur speculated looking at the sky after a moment closing his eyes.

The conversation died down Arthur closed his eyes and decided to take a nap while his sister was making a wreath, then lay down next to her brother. They lay there for an hour, Arthur woke first, sat up, rubbed his eyes, then watched his sister asleep and silently laughed. He got to his feet, stretched, then walked over to the horse to check that he was okay. He walked over, stroked the horse after that, went to the stream and sat looking into the distance, keeping an eye on his sister for some time. The boy laughed seeing saliva running down the right corner of the girl's mouth and chin. Marion, annoyed by her brother's smile, asked - Why are you laughing so much?

- Sorry, you just look cute while you sleep. - Arthur replied still smiling.

- And is it so funny? - girl asked raising her left eyebrow.

- Yes, because you look like a little mabari. - the boy announced laughing out loud.

- Oh, you little prankster. - the nervous girl started walking towards her younger brother to teach him a lesson.

As she was walking Arthur rose quickly to his feet to flee from his sister's anger. The chase lasted a long time until the boy heard Marion scream, he immediately ran towards her. head. He noticed that it was a spiral viper, which was fortunately poisonous, but its venom was slowly released. Arthur didn't know it, though, reached out and grabbed the snake's head, then wrapped it in a piece of his cloak. Then he took care of Marion, plucked a leaf from a nearby elven root, put it to the wound, cut off a piece of his tunic, and wrapped it around his ankle. They then moved towards the horse, when they arrived the boy helped his sister to mount the horse, and he himself used the boulder he had given next to the tree to which they had tied the horse.

Once in the saddle, he said with determination - Run like the Bella wind, show us what it means to laugh. Hja.

He moved as the hooves popped out, keeping his sister in front of him. They passed the farms they had passed before, passed the village where the Mother Earth rituals began, until they reached the suburb. Arthur wasn't going to play with the guards, but rushed through the gate at a gallop. He kept driving until he reached the steps of the stool where he shouted - Take her to the barber immediately and notify our parents. Now!

- My lord's order. - said the shocked soldier.

The whole situation was watched by Roland, he watched with admiration as Arthur was sitting proudly and he knew already that the boy had a talent for riding.

The Cousland Teyrns were sitting in their chamber waiting for their children to come from the ride. hand tucked under the right elbow. Teyrn, on the other hand, was sitting at the table sipping tea. Suddenly, a panting guard runs through the door to their room saying - Your lordship, the young lady and the young lady are back.

- That's fine, but why are you so out of breath? - Bryce asked.

- Forgive me, but it looks like Miss Marion is hurt in the leg, she just took her to the barber. - the soldier replied, regaining his breath in his lungs.

Like arrows, Bryce and Eleanor ran out of the room, heading for the medic's castle in the southern part of the castle. In front of the door they saw Arthur standing with Sir Roland, Terna came in and her husband decided to find out what exactly happened. The stepson told about the events that took place, how they spent time in the eastern meadow from the village of Terrmount resting, playing tag and Marion was bitten by a snake. and a quick return. Bryce could not believe the latter, but was convinced by the affirmation of Roland, who had seen the children return.

And a barber named Ionhar invited the three inside. Ionhar was a member of the elderly with gray hair that hung down to his neck and brown eyes and a snub nose. When everyone entered, they saw Teyrna sitting by Marion's bed, looking tired. The barber will stand in front of them and spoke up - Miss Marion's life is no longer in danger. - go on - thanks to the quick intervention of your youngest son who used the leaves of the elven root.

- Is it true? - asked Eleanor in surprise.

- So apparently our son is a hero. - Bryce replied with pride in his eyes.

- Not only did he bring a snake's head, thanks to which I was able to prepare the serum and heal your daughter. - Ionhar said admiringly.

They all looked at Arthur in admiration, only Roland smiled. After brief instructions from the barber, Marion's parents took her to her chambers. Eleanorap said - I'm staying with her tonight to make sure she's okay.

Bryce nodded and left, handed Arthur Eowyn his nanny, and he and Rolandem headed for his office. They reached the teyrna workshop then sat down in their seats. Roland poured them their mead, which was a Ferelden quadruple, each of them took a sip from their goblet, and they began to talk.

- Really today was a day full of surprises will you agree, my friend, with me? - Teyrn asked wearily.

- I agree my lord. - the knight commander confirmed with a heavy sigh.

- However, Arthur surprised us all, he is indeed his father's son. - said Bryce with a smile.

- You are right my lord. - Roland calmly agreed, then stated - I think it's time for the boy to get acquainted with the art of fighting.

- No, it's too early. - Teyrn announced firmly.

- Forgive my boldness, my lord, but you wanted him to begin training as soon as possible. - the commander of the knights said seriously.

- I know, but will he handle it? - Bryce asked, stroking his chin.

- The skin is already flowing, cutting off the heads of female snakes with a dagger, so with male weapons it will be deadly. - said Roland, laughing at the same time.

Tern thought for a moment, then gave the knight commander an answer - Okay then you have my consent you will start the day after tomorrow.

- Thank you my lord - he thanked Roland and the cinema with his head.

Later they discussed other matters pertaining to the security of Teyrniru and the Couslands Castle.

Two days later

Teyrn and Teyrna decided not to punish the children because this whole snake adventure was a lesson enough for them. Arthur got up earlier, as usual, sat at the table and read the book, when the future nanny put the book on the table and dressed in his traditional clothes. A pure cloak over a white shirt, black pants, black leather boots and a brown belt. Clothed he went with the nanny to the kitchen where she prepared him breakfast, then as usual they went to the dining room, where the boy had his breakfast. When he was about to leave the table, his stepfather raised his hand saying - Stay a moment, I wanted to inform you about something.

Everyone sat quietly waiting for information, but Eleanor knew what he wanted to say and asked a stern question - What is the same decision you want to share with us?

Bryce knew his wife didn't approve of it when he told her the day before, but he took a deep breath and started - In light of recent events and at the urging of Sir Roland, - he continued - I decided Arthur would start combat training today.

- Father that's not fair, I started when I was 7 years! - Fergus shouted, clearly upset by this fact.

- Take it easy, son. - said Eleanor calmly and added - Your father is about to explain why he made this decision.

- Roland noticed talent in your brother, but it takes rigorous training to fully develop it. - Bryce explained firmly.

- So it could be … - Nagre was interrupted by his younger brother.

- Your sword and your most faithful ally - Arthur said smiling.

- After all, it is you who can be the new teyrn of Highever in the future. - said Marion seriously.

- Besides, I doubt that I am the youngest of you and I am also not interested in ruling. - the boy announced calmly.

- It will be enough, for the time being I am still alive so the office of Highever Lord is occupied and I do not wish to have me killed. - Bryce said firmly, looking at his children who began to laugh.

When the laughter subsided, all of the Couslands left the dining rooms and went to their duties and activities. Teyrn only informed Arthur that at 2:00 p.m. he was to report to Roland, who would be responsible for his training, at the training site. Arthur's lectures proceeded quickly, but with enthusiasm, mostly history. Aldous talked about some really interesting events that contributed to the development of Tevinter. However, the boy was looking forward to his first lesson in sword fighting. When the lectures were over, he ran to his chamber to put on his training clothes, then quickly rush to the training ground. Éowyn, sensing Arthur's faster arrival, waited at his chamber. The boy came running and the nanny opened the door for him and greeted him - Hello young lord, I hope your morning goes well.

-Yes, but we'll talk later. Nan I need to get dressed quickly and rush to my first practice. - Arthur said enthusiastically.

- I understand, so we can't afford to be late. - Éowyn calmly announced.

The woman took from the wardrobe a white shirt sewn by the teyrna, tall, adorned leather boots, and leather gloves. Once Arthur was dressed, he thanked Eowyn for her help and quickly ran out of the room. He hurried as fast as he could until he reached the training ground, out of breath, where Sir Roland Buckingham waited with Sir Richard York, Sir Benen, Sir Edan Forester, Sir Cedric Black and Sir Tirom Mennell. The boy stood at attention and shouted at the knights - Arthur Cousland ready to train!

- Rest boy and take a deep breath because it will be useful to you. - the commander of the knights mysteriously stated.

- Order. - the boy overjoyed said then asked - So where do we start.

- From strength training - said Sir Cedric with a smile.

- Won't I learn to wield the sword right away? - Arthur asked hopefully.

- Not. - Roland replied, breaking the kid's hopes.

- First you need to gain strength, agility and balance. - explained Sir Benen calmly without any stupid smiles which was not like him.

- I see. - Arthur said clearly disappointed.

- Okay, no more pout, your strength training will be led by Sir Cedric and Sir Tir. - said Sir Roland mustanowly.

The boy nodded as he waited for the exercises.

- Okay, puppy, it's time to start. - Black said with a menacing smile, then added - On the ground and fifty push-ups.

The knight showed him what the correct pump looks like and told him to do the same with repetitions only. Arthur lay down on his stomach, placed his palms flat on the ground at shoulder height a little wider than his shoulder width, kept his body erect, and lifted his body up straightening his arms, keeping his torso up, avoiding bending as Sir Tira advised. When did the boy just do the first push-up heard - One. - when he tried to do the second he fell facedown on the ground hearing - Once again, the kid once again set himself in position and did the correct push-up, then fell again at the second. Roland then thought to himself "It was going to be a long day" because he knew Cedric and knew that when it comes to fitness exercises he turns into a monster. Arthur finished the push-ups and sat down then the tall knight jumped up quickly and said - It wasn't even a warm-up, now you are going to run around the square thirty times.

The boy knew that it was not worth arguing and he started to run. He felt tired and he was running slightly hunched then he heard - Stand up, panic, head high too.

- I'm so tired. - informed clearly out of breath.

- You are a Cousland, so you are to run as a member of this noble family, that is, with pride. - Black announced sternly.

The boy straightened up and tilted his head slightly upwards and continued to run, and surprised how might it be easier to run like this.

- Slow down your breath and take it deeply as you breathe slower you will tire. - said Sir Tira calmly.

Arthur began to take slower and deeper breaths, and he felt no longer so tired. After doing thirty laps, he had to rest for a while, and Cedric gave him a mubulka with water, then told him to do sit-ups, jumps from the squat, squats. So was the first day when he finished, he ate his supper in the kitchen, bathed and went to bed. The next day he felt such soreness that he could barely move, so the knights agreed that one day he was practicing with Cedric and the other with Tirom. Tira told him to do stretching exercises to improve his stretch and relieve pain caused by soreness. A few months later he had to overcome strange obstacle courses, actually two years had passed, but after that he thought "It was worth it".
