"My name is Isane. I don't know if what I saw was real or not. I can't even tell the difference between reality and illusion in this situation."
"I work as a nurse at the local hospital, but I was recently been placed on the night shift. I don't like working at the hospital during the night shift because of how creepy the hospital was when it got dark."
Working at a hospital at dark is not easy because it gives such an ominous feeling to it. Still, Isane had no choice. She worked through the night shift and tried to get through it.
"I tried my best to be brave, but it wasn't easy. That was when something really weird happened. I was walking down the hall and was about to pass the morgue. When I was about to reach it, I saw a man dressed in all black with a black hat and cape coming out of there."
As Isane walked down the halls, she saw someone walk out of the morgue, but she had no idea who it was.
"Excuse me, but what are you doing here? Visiting hours have long been over." Isane questioned.
"I'm sorry. I just wanted to say goodbye to someone." The man claimed.
"There was something not quite right about this man. I couldn't see his eyes because his hat kept them covered. Still, nothing about him told me he was dangerous. Just as I was about to ask him who he was and explained that he couldn't be here, he turned around and just walked away. I couldn't bring myself to say a word to him."
Isane didn't feel like she was in danger by facing this man. Even so, she couldn't ask him anymore questions. Especially when he just turned around and walked away from her.
"I have no idea who that man was or what he was doing here. Hesitantly, I went down to the morgue to see if anything was out of place, but nothing was. There was no sign of that man after that, so I just continued on with my work and nothing really happened that night. However, I had a weird dream when I was able to go home and get some sleep. I was wearing a red dress that I normally wouldn't wear and I was dancing with the man."
Isane tried to figure out what that man was doing there, but she didn't find anything. When she finally went home and went to sleep, she began to dream of herself with that man. The two of them were dancing away with such elegance. It almost felt like Isane was drawn to him.
"I don't know why, but I rather enjoyed the dream. I don't think I could do that in real life. Either way, I continued on with work. However, that man came around every time I worked in the night shift. I still don't know who he was or what he wanted, but he just kept coming to see me. Then, something weird happened. When I finally had the courage to ask who he was, he just vanished. By that, I mean he literally disappeared into thin air and I saw it happen."
Continuing on with her work, Isane continued seeing the strange man in black. It continued happening when ever she worked the night shift. She found herself a little drawn to him, but she has no clue as to who he was. He became even more mysterious when he literally disappeared right before her.
"I asked my coworkers if they knew anything about who this guy was, but none of them really did. They all said that there was never a man like that around here. Despite that, I kept seeing him in my dreams and in my real life."
None of Isane's coworkers knew anything about this man. It was like he wasn't real at all. Despite that, Isane continued seeing him.
"I didn't know what to do. That man kept showing up. When he was in my dreams, I felt happy and drawn to him. I felt drawn to him when I saw him at the hospital, but I was the only one who saw him. It felt like I was going insane because no one knows anything about him. They all were certainly thinking I was loosing it. I decided to try and put an end to this and checked myself into the hospital."
Not being able to take what was happening to her anymore, Isane had herself checked in the hospital. Hopefully, she would be able to put an end to whatever was happening to her.
"Even though I checked myself in, he kept showing himself. I couldn't tell anymore if I was dreaming or if this was actually happening to me. I decided enough was enough. Still not knowing if I was dreaming or not, I confronted the man."
Isane has had enough of this man. She wants to know what is happening to her and decided to confront him. As he showed himself next to her bed, she worked up the courage to speak to him.
"Please, tell me who you are and what you want!" Isane demanded.
"You." The man said and actually handed her a red rose. He held out his hand as he wanted her to take it.
"He claimed he wanted me, and I thought that meant he wanted to be with me. I was almost tempted to take his hand and go with him. However, something stopped me as I finally saw under his hat and saw glowing red eyes under there. That red rose he gave me even turned black. I got to scared that I fell out of my bed."
Isane came close to taking his hand because of how she felt drawn to him, but she saw what was under his hat. His eyes were an ominous red, and the red rose turned black like night. Isane backed away from him and ended up falling out of the bed.
"When I got back up, he was gone. To this day, I don't know if he was real or if he was just a figment of my imagination. I don't know what he could have been. Either way, I don't know what would have happened to me if I had taken his hand. It constantly torments me and I don't know what to do about it. I'm also scared that the next time he comes back, I won't be able to resist him."
