I take a deep breath as I look out at everyone. We are hosting this year. The unitards just finished and we are up now. I slowly make my way to the group as we swap places with the unitards.
The curtain is down and we are ready. I look at Rachel who gives me a wink. I smile and look over at Heidi. She gives a nod and the curtain raises up.
This is our moment to win. We have this in the bag o know it. That is until the music plays in a different from the way we have practiced. We all share worried looks as the curtain is all the way up.
