Quick side note Kikyo in this story is Kagome's sister, by 5 years.

Chapter 6:

Serena and Luna then made their way back to the Ino-household. They had decided that so long as their little spy wouldn't interfere they'd let her be. She had seen the whole thing watching from the roof of one of the houses.

Shortly before they reached the mansion they transformed back to their original selves. Inside there was a surprise waiting for them.

Just as Serena entered the huge Mansion she realized that something had happened. The air was tense. Servants and Guards alike were not where they were supposed to be.

A Guard spotted her and marched toward her. She tensed even more. Did they find out? Was this it for her? But she had thought she had changed her story so that it would not lead their thoughts toward who she really was.

But when the guard stood in front of her he didn't seem to want to attack her. Instead, he asked her to come along. She did but got ready to flee or attack should it be needed.

She was led back to the living room where she had been just earlier that day.

Upon letting her inside the guard left and immediately she was spotted by everyone in the room. Surprisingly the room was filled with all her Senshi. They all scrambled towards her.

The next moment she found herself in a big group hug. Luna had escaped to safety somewhere. She couldn't make out what was being said seeing as they were all crying, scolding, yelling, and fighting over who got to be closest to her.

Out of the corner of her eyes, she spotted her mother's blue hair from somewhere in the room. Rei was the one who first got back her senses and made the rest give her some air to breathe.

She gave Rei a thankful glance. She spotted Kagome and Inuyasha watching from the couch. They were whispering amongst themselves. And then she spotted Luna sitting by the windows. Her thoughts were still on alert and thinking back to her plan in an attempt to calm herself. Rei's words kicked her out of her thoughts.

"Geez, stop acting like she is gonna disappear. You all can see her so stop acting like that. Quite frankly she is more than capable to take care of herself. She was for most of her life." Rei spoke without a hint of doubt. It caused all eyes and ears to be directed at Rei. Serena stared at Rei in astonishment. Never in a million years had she expected that. It drove tears into her eyes, ones she blinked away before anyone could see.

With a proud smile, Rei turned to Serena. "Really she has become so strong since the first day she came to me for the first day. When she would barely be able to control a glimpse of her power. And now her powers aren't even only outbursts to protect or save others. These powers are special and I, as a fellow reincarnation, know just how much they can change your life. The reason my mother died and my father abandoned me was exactly for that reason. That I had powers. But our Serena she possesses powers that any person would have extreme problems handling. Yet look how far she has come."

Now Serena couldn't hold back a few tears that slipped from her eyes. And before anyone had a chance to react to this statement of her's Serena tackled Rei into a death hug. Whispering in her ear not realizing Inuyasha heard every word. "Thank you so much. But you didn't have to tell them about your family. You know they would never judge either one of us."

Before Rei had a chance to reply Inuyasha interjected: "So you too are like a servant of that Cosmos person then?"

"Inuyasha!?" Kagome hissed and smacked him across the head while Rei glared at him but stood up straighter and pushed Serena behind her gently facing the Half-Demon.

"For your Information Hanyou. I am no one's servant. I act for my future queen out of respect for all the times she put her life on the line when she could have been just as well a bystander and could've let her Senshi take care of everything. We would all have died already if she had. So if you are going to keep disrespecting my future Queen we are going to have a problem." She said determinedly. While conjuring a burning scroll into her hand.

Now, little Hotaru stepped forth as well a dark violet glowing ball of power in each of the palms of her hands. "She is exactly right. The Lunarians are the purest Lifeforms ever to have existed in this plane of existence. You all might as well have never existed the day the Earth Kingdom fell to the Dark Kingdom and attacked the Silver Alliance- because if not for our former Queen, humanity and demons alike would never have gotten this far. The only reason this future exists is because of our late Queen Selenity and her daughter our future Neo Queen Serenity, also known as Sailor Cosmos."

Serena's eyes widened at that statement. Not many people knew that her future title would be Neo Queen Serenity. Actually, most people on the planet earth had no idea she even possessed such a title. Did these two remember something? How was that possible Chaos had sealed their memories upon taking their star seeds?

She could still remember the moment she had found out so clearly and so painfully. She had then had to have their memories of her talking about Cosmos and Chaos removed by Luna so that nothing dangerous like them getting implanted with a seed of chaos would happen. Because if they knew who they were she knew they would do almost everything to gain back their powers in order to protect her.

Now when she thought about it Rei and Hotaru's memories had been the hardest to erase because they wouldn't forget. No matter how many times they erased their memories of her talking about it. So instead of erasing them, Luna changed their memories to about her talking about her powers in general. Which luckily had worked.

Inuyasha had gotten up and taken an defensive position. Alert and ready to strike. The rest of the girls including Kagome had remained still during the duration of this. But now Serena realized it was time to step in before things escalted even more.

However before she could the door to the room was slammed open and Ino-taisho and Inu-kimi strode into the room. Their eyes showed apprehensivness. Behind them Sesshomaru also entered the room. Serena stepped infront of all her friends.

Their eyes locked on her. She hadn't noticed that she had started to emit an amount of her powers nor that her clenched fists were now glowing in silver light. And her eyes now only held silvery-white glowing for all to see. She fell into a defensive position ready to strike should it be necessary.

The Ino-family stared at the blonde in slight wonder. Her powers being the purest form of light they had ever encountered. No priestess would hold a candle to that purity and they all questioned if she really was only a reincarnation of healer of the Lunarians.

Then however Luna was suddenly in human form in front of her. She had a confident stance and blocked the blondes line of vision on the Yokai's.

"Serena. Reign your Magic. Now." Luna hissed harshly.

Serena flinched and then relaxed stopping the flow of power and her glowing as she stood up brighter, her eyes however kept glowing silvery. Her eyes now focused only on Luna's. But they held a dark glare none of them had anticipated to ever see in her eyes. Luna glared right back and everyone could feel the tension between the two.

Then the glow in Serena's eyes began flickering and disappeared leaving her blue eyes with specks of silver. Luna visibly relaxed and Serena sacked into herself before Luna helped her stand on her feet. That put everyone else back into motion. And before anyone knew Serena was seated on the couch with Rei,her mother and the rest of the Senshi around her. Luna was standing on front of Serena.

When they all calmed down all eyes fell on Luna who had remained in human form eyes never leaving Serena. A frown had etched itself on her face while Serena avoiding looking at her.

Without caring of the presence of the other people Luna kneeled infront of Serena taking both her hands into hers and looked sternly at Serena.

"You have got to get this under control. You can't expect to ever defeat him if this is how you behave in a serious situation. Remember your training and stop loosing your focus over little things. You had no reason to use this much power or to let her even surface."

With each word Serena seemed to shrink into herself. Which made Rei, Ikuko as well as most people present shoot glares at Luna.

Yet Luna continued on merciless. "You will not beat him like this. Do you honestly want the same thing to happen again? Believe me you won't get this lucky a second time." Serena looked startled and near tears at Luna.

"No... please anything but that. Luna I... I can't... not again..." Serena whispered out.

This shocked all, excluding Shingo and Ikuko, of the people present. Serena had been afraid of many things in the time that each of them had gotten to know her. This was entirely different. Serena seemed to be shaken to the bone and the terror was written all over her face.

No matter how terrified Serena had ever gotten she never ever had this haunted look in her eyes, like she had seen something truly traumatizing transpire. Something that caused to break her.

Okayyyyyy so it got way more dramatic than it needed to be.

I just wanted to clarify that for the sake of this story while she is untransformed Serena may be able to control her powers to a certain degree she isn't able to fully control certain outbursts.

That will however be further explained in future chapters.
