Hello everyone! Now I know its Spooky month so I decided to gift you with not one, but two new chapters! I know crazy right? That's it from me on with the story!
Chapter 13 The Hangout
(Eliza's POV)
Once Eliza gets home, she takes her test tubs and flask upstairs to her room. Putting them on her table to be washed later. Eliza then grabs her logbook and puts in her results for today. Then she grabs her clothes and heads to the shower. After 30 minutes she's out and changed she brushes her hair but leaves it damp going downstairs to get a light snack because it's still early.
Eliza goes back up to her room to work on her blueprints for her prototype making a mental note to give them to Zed so his dad can make it. Once she's satisfied with the result of the design and the instructions are clear she puts her blueprints in a folder and puts them in her backpack for tomorrow. Looking at the time she's been at it for a few hours. She goes downstairs, just before she reaches the kitchen the doorbell rings. She goes to door looking to see Wyatt waving. She opens the door and quickly gets him inside.
"Hey Eliza." Wyatt says giving her a hug. "Hey Wyatt." Eliza hugs him back then releases him. "How did it go with the mayor?" Wyatt asks. "It was a success. The cleanup is happening this Saturday and food and drinks will be provided for those who volunteer." Eliza says going into the kitchen, Wyatt follows.
"That's great." Wyatt says. Eliza nods and pulls out spaghetti and breadsticks with marinara sauce. "Did you eat Wyatt?" Eliza asks. "No, it was still too early when I left." Wyatt says. "Okay, well take a seat it will take some time to heat this up." Eliza says. Wyatt takes a seat at the kitchen table.
"Can we finish playing 20 questions?" Wyatt asks. "Sure." Eliza says as she takes out two big plates.
11) What other hobbies to you have?
"I like to invent new things." Eliza says.
"I can craft some cool stuff and I can sow." Wyatt says.
12) How is it being a Beta?
"It comes with responsibility for the pack, which is a given, but I don't have all the same responsibility as Willa." Wyatt says. "Like what?" Eliza asks. "Perimeter checks, helping the werepups learn how to fight and protect themselves." Wyatt says. "So that's some of the things you do?" Eliza asks. "Pretty much." Wyatt says.
13) If you could be a supernatural being what would you be?
"Probably a Witch because vampires don't eat food." Eliza says.
"Cool I would be me, since I don't know what else is out there." Wyatt says.
14) What are your dreams for the future?
"I don't know honestly, not many places I can go." Wyatt says.
"I'm sorry Wyatt." Eliza says. "Don't be." Wyatt says with a smile. "Well, I want to change the system more so than it is now." Eliza says. "How are you going to do that?" Wyatt asks. "I can't tell you yet." Eliza says with a sneaky smile.
15) Could you survive an apocalypse if it happened?
"Yeah, we have old bunkers and basements here so I would use the one with the most resources." Eliza says.
"I think I could last a long time." Wyatt says with a smirk Eliza rolls her eyes.
16) Who is the most skilled in the pack?
"We're all skilled in everything we have to be to protect the pack." Wyatt says. "Even the werepups?" Eliza asks. "Well, not yet they will be though." Wyatt says.
17) What other foods are there?
"Too many to name all at once, but there's roast beef, turkey and red beans and rice just to name a few." Eliza says
"Huh, well I will do my best to try everything that I can." Wyatt says.
18) Have you had ice cream?
"I haven't, is that a food?" Wyatt asks.
"More of a dessert. Well, start with the basics sometime." Eliza says.
19) What's your music genre?
"I don't really have one I listen to just about everything." Eliza says.
"I don't have one either just learning about, plus some genres are too loud for my ears." Wyatt says.
20) What's your Hogwarts house?
"My what?" Wyatt asks. "I go back and forth between a Slytherin and A Ravenclaw." Eliza says. "I have no idea what that is." Wyatt says. "What haven't you seen Harry Potter?" Eliza asks. "Nope." Wyatt says. "Well, we can fix that just not tonight I promised Zoey I'd finish the Twilight saga." Eliza says. "How many movies are left?" Wyatt asks. "Two." Eliza says. "Well, I'll watch them with you." Wyatt says. "Are you sure?" Eliza asks. "Yeah, anytime I get to spend with you is great." Wyatt says. Eliza blushes.
The microwave dings and Eliza puts both plates on a tray and takes them up to her room. Wyatt follows. Eliza sets the tray down on her table and grabs Breaking Dawn PT. 1 and puts it in her DVD player. Once its playing she grabs the tray and sets it in the middle of her bed and goes to her refrigerator to grab soda one lime and one grape.
"So, what is happening?" Wyatt asks. "Bella and Edward are getting married, and Jacob is so upset, but she made it clear who she chose. The kid needs to get over it." Eliza says. "I get why he's upset though." Wyatt says taking the can of lime soda. "Yeah, it is pretty messed up, he knew about it though she wasn't going to change her mind." Eliza says. "I don't know what her problem is, how could she give up food?!" Wyatt exclaims. "Bella is still human." Eliza points out. "But's she's going to be giving it up soon, I couldn't do it." Wyatt says. "Me either." Eliza says.
About halfway through the movie Eliza goes downstairs to clean up their dishes. When she comes back Wyatt is rolling his eyes and shaking his head.
"What happened?" Eliza asks as she sits back on the bed. "Imprinting doesn't happen how they describe it." Wyatt says. "What do you mean?" Eliza asks. "So, when wolves are born, they imprint on their parents. We can imprint on humans but it's not a common thing, though marking that's something totally different. Which I'm not talking about right now." Wyatt looks away and Eliza swears she saw him blushing.
They continue to watch, and Wyatt is disgusted by Jacob imprinting on the baby. Eliza feels the same way soon its over and Eliza gets up to take the disc out and swap it for part two. While the credits roll, she cleans her test tubes and flask. Once the movie gets to the midpoint Eliza pauses it so Wyatt can use the bathroom. When he returns, they resume. Wyatt huffs at how little action the werewolf's get and gets upset when two of them die.
"How, why are the wolfs getting this kind of treatment?" Wyatt growls. "Wyatt, hey it's just a movie." Eliza says rubbing his shoulder. He calms down almost instantly at her touch.
When the movie ends Eliza does a repeat, but doesn't put another movie in.
"It was all a part of a stupid vision?" Wyatt asks. "Yup." Eliza says as she put the disc in its case. "Well as least no one actually died." Wyatt says. "You forgot about Irena." Eliza says. "No, I didn't I just didn't care. This why you don't go to a vampire coven with assumptions and not facts." Wyatt says. "I get it, but then this movie wouldn't have existed without it." Eliza says. "It would have been better off." Wyatt says.
Eliza laughs and grabs her tablet and sits down on her bed.
"What are you doing?" Wyatt asks. "Not going to lie, I want to know what Hogwarts house you fit into." Eliza says and pulls up the site then hands it to Wyatt. "So, I just answer questions?" Wyatt asks. "Yeah, and it tells you which house you belong in." Eliza says.
It doesn't take long for Wyatt to complete the quiz.
"Just so you know I have no idea what any of that meant. But I'm a Hufflepuff. Whatever that means." Wyatt says then hands Eliza her tablet back. "That makes you compatible with a Ravenclaw and Slytherin." Eliza says. "Great, still have no idea what any of it meant." Wyatt says. "Don't worry it'll make some sense when we watch the movies, unless you want to read all the books first." Eliza says. "I have nothing, but time outside of pack duties." Wyatt says. "This is an odd question, but to you have another tablet?" Eliza asks. "Yeah, we have two one for all of us and the other is mine, why?" Wyatt asks. "Just so I don't have to wait until the end of the day to talk to you." Eliza says and holds up her tablet showing him the app she would like him to use. "I've seen that app I just need your number and we can chat." Wyatt says. Eliza gets up putting her tablet on her nightstand and writes down her number on a small piece of paper.
"Here, you can message me throughout the day." Eliza says handing him the paper. "I will, I should get going, don't want your mom getting upset." Wyatt says. "Well at least let me walk you to the door." Eliza says. They leave her room and head downstairs stopping at the front door.
"I'll message you when I get back to the den." Wyatt says. "Okay, get home safe." Eliza says. Wyatt pulls her into a hug and kisses her forehead and cheek before leaving. Eliza closes the door and heads back up to her room falling back on her bed with a content sigh. It doesn't take long for Wyatt to message her.

Glad you made it back safe. It seems like something she would do, she has so much energy.
I won't keep you since you have class tomorrow, I also discovered the Kindle so I can start reading those Harry Potter stories.
I can't wait for you to read them!
Wow seven books? I have some reading to do have a goodnight.
Yes, there are seven, but just start with Philosopher's Stone. You have a goodnight too, don't stay up too late, don't want Willa having another reason to hate me.
I promise that I won't and don't worry about Willa, I can handle her.

Did he just say that I'm beautiful? Eliza wonders for a second blush forming on her cheeks before she shakes the thought away.
"I need to go to sleep." Eliza says plugging in her tablet and turning off her light.
