Here we go guys, next chapter so let's have fun with Luffy and Issei here. Things are about to get fun and remember Issei is having three dates with Raynare, she wants to make sure he has a sacred gear but I will explain this more once we get there. Hope you all enjoy.

The ´´leader´´ of the pervert trio was happy to see Luffy, to know another person that doesn't see you as a creepy was kind of nice for a while.

Luffy just smile and saw Issei again with those two losers friends of him. He didn't know why Issei hanged out with those guys, but who can he blame on the type of friends you choose.

''Hey there Luffy, are you doing something right now?" Asked Issei.

''Oh no, I finished my shores so I am good now.'' Said Luffy.

As he walked to talk with Issei Matsuda and Motohama stay in front of him.

''What?'' Asked Luffy confused

''Go away! We are not letting anyone else see Issei hot girlfriend.'' Said Matsuda.

''Yes, if there is someone that wish to see her naked is us.'' Said Motohama.

Luffy just rolls his eyes at this. He didn't get why those guys were so weird, he just passed them with no problem.

''Get out of my way.'' Said Luffy passing the two with no trouble.

''Hey!'' Said the two perverts.

''So is everything good with you?" Asked Luffy.

''Yes, everything is great. I even got a girlfriend! Look.'' Said Issei.

The boy show Luffy the picture of the girl that he went out yesterday and it went great, they even kissed and Issei just kept dreaming the whole night about the ´´third base´´. He was going to her again today.

''Isn't she hot?" Asked Issei.

''What is her name?" Asked Luffy.

''Is Amano Yuuma.'' Said Issei.

The pirate saw the picture and felt something was off. He couldn't tell, but he didn't see Amano as a good person.

'Uh I don't know Issei? I think she is bad news.'' Said Luffy.

''What are you talking about?" Asked Issei.

''What if she is trying to steal your meat? Or the things you like? What if she is not a good person?" Asked Luffy worried.

''Hey man, she is the first girl that talks to me in ages. A bit odd that she asked me out randomly but hey I took that line and went for it. Not all of us can have your luxury to hang out with one of the hottest girls in school with no problem.'' Said Issei a bit jealous.

''Rias, what she is my friend? What is wrong with that?'' Asked Luffy.

The brown-haired boy raised an eyebrow at that. He thought their talk yesterday was luffy being cool and not sharing anything. But Issei started to think that Luffy didn't really care for sex.

''Come on Luffy! You are telling me that you still haven't picked a little thing of her?'' Asked him.

''No, I don't know what are you talking about.'' Said Luffy

''So you don't know what am I saying?" Asked Issei.

''No.'' Said Luffy being honest.

Issei then started to think that Luffy might help him get some hot shots of Rias. He might trick him, but it's just one time.

''Is he asexual? Maybe I can get a shot from this, and I can get closer to this Rias girl. This opportunity is goal.'' Thought Issei.

The Straw Hat pirate just saw the brown-haired kid stupid dreamy face and wonder if he was having the same thing as Aika.

''Are you ok?" Asked Luffy

''Yes, just thinking of some stuff.'' Said Issei.

''Oh ok.'' Said Luffy.

''By the way what is the deal with this scar on your eye?" Asked Issei seeing luffy mini scar.

''Oh I had a knife and I was little and…'' Said Luffy ready to talk about his prove of bravery for Shanks, but Issei interpreted that as him not being careful with the knife as a kid.

''I see, I totally understand you Luffy.'' Said Issei.

''Really?! Wow!'' Said Luffy thinking that Issei also knew bravery and courage.

''Are you this interactive?' Asked Issei

''Sorry, I get that sometimes. My friends tell me that I exaggerate.'' Said Luffy

''Well at least this is something I know about you.''' Said Issei with a smile.

Luffy laugh at that and thought Issei was a cool enough guy.

''Hey Issei do you want to be friends?" Asked Luffy much to the brown-haired teen shock.

''What! You are asking me to be your friend? Why?" Asked Issei in shock. Nobody ever asked to be his friend in years.

''Yes, I think you are cool guy, and you have a good heart, unlike those two over there.'' Said Luffy pointing at the other perverts.

''Hey!'' Scream the other two.

''Come on man, you don't want say that. They are my only friends; without them I have nobody.'' Said Issei.

''I don't need them, we can start hanging out and talk. I think you are a cool and funny, this is enough for me to be your friend.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

''What? You really think I am fun and cool?'' Asked Issei in disbelief.

''Yes, I can sense that.'' Said Luffy giving a light punch on Issei shoulder, but it was too much for the pervert.

''Ouch! Dodnt hit me so hard.' Said Issei rubbing his shoulder.

''Uh I didn't even put any kind of strength?'' Thought Luffy confused.

''Well thanks Luffy, in that case I considered you a friend also.'' Said Issei.

''Great we can hang out sometimes soon.'' Said Luffy.

''We can hang out in the weekend, I am taking my girlfriend out today.'' Said Issei.

While they were having a nice chat and new friendship being formed, someone appeared to overhear everything.

''Oh look likes someone is making new friendships. This is the spirits that most students of Kuoh have.'' Said a newcomer.

He was almost the same heigh as Issei, had blonde hair and look that say ´´I am popular´´.

''Urhg. What are you doing here?" Asked Issei acting hostile towards the new guy.

''Yes, go away.'' Said Matsuda.

''Get lost prince charming! We already have bad luck already, we don't want to see you here.'' Said Motohama.

''Sorry, but I am here to call Luffy at the request of Rias-sama.'' Said the new guy.

''Who are you? And how do you know my name?'' Asked Luffy.

''Apologies, we haven't been introduced yet. I am Yuuto Kiba, I am a member of the Occult Research Club.'' Said Kiba.

''Uh? Kiba?'' Asked Luffy confused.

''He is mister popular. All the ladies go all over him.'' Said Issei annoyed.

''Yes, nobody gets chocolate on valentines day except for him.'' Said Matsuda pissed.

''Every girl pretty much kneels to him and he never takes the chance.'' Said Motohama also pissed.

''Hey stop bad mouthing Kiba! If he is Rias friend the he is my friend!'' Said Luffy to the perverts.

The blonde just chuckle of that. When saying that Luffy is full of surprised that is one of them, defending someone that they just meet.

''Thank you for defending my honor Luffy.'' Said Kiba with a smile.

''Don't worry, Issei is cool but those two suck.'' Said Luffy.

''Is he defending Issei and mocking us!'' Scream the two perverts.

''Well in that case I hope we can become good friends in the future Issei. Do you need anything?'' Asked Kiba.

''Where can I get some nice shots of your president?'' Aked Issei.

''I can't allow you to have pictures of the president. It would be impolite.'' Said Kiba.

''Does Akeno also count? I mean isn't she in the club too.'' Said Luffy with a point but he didn't understood the talk.

The perverts were shocked to heard that Luffy talked to Akeno Himejima, another beauty of the school.

''What!'' Scream the perverts.

''He has been for only a day and has talked with both Rias senpai and Akeno-Senpai! How someone do that?'' Asked Motohama.

''Well it shows when you have a bit of education you can speak with any girl you want.'' Said Kiba.

''Screw you prince charming.'' Said Matsuda.

''hey apologize to Kiba!'' Said Luffy.

''Yeah and what is going to make me?" Asked Matsuda with a smirk.

As they were talking soon a new group arrived, all with kimono and wearing wounded swords.

''oh no the kendo girls!'' Scream Issei.

''There they are!'' Scream one girl so pised that they didn't see Kiba.

''You assholes aren't escaping this time.'' Said another one.

''Yes, we are here to settle the score.'' Scream another one.

''Get the virgins!' Scream another rone.

The girls soon started to charge towards the four. They were really angry to not have noticed Kiba among them.

''AAAAAAH!' Scream the pervert trio.

''What that…'' Said Kiba in shock, so this is like for the pervert group?

''Let's get out of here.'' Said Luffy

''How?" Asked issei in shock.

''I will save you two.'' Said Luffy grabbing Issei and Kiba by their collars.

''But I don't wanna be saved alongside this guy!'' Said Issei pointing at Kiba.

''Shut up Issei.'' Said Luffy as he takes them out of the situation, leaving two unlucky perverts to suffer.

A little later

Thank the heavens that Kuoh Academy was big, it was so big that made the group escape the wrath of the Kendo club.

Luffy was taking some air while Kiba was laughing, and Issei was taking deep breaths over the whole thing.

''Well I guess we escaped the wrath of the Kendo club. I got to admit this was fun.'' Said Kiba smiling.

''I need your speed, it would save a lot of trouble.'' Said Issei taking deep breaths, he was wondering if this guy was superhuman to have this speed.

''Don't worry, you can train with me. I don't mind saving you, but you need to fight your own fights so you can save those you love.'' Said Luffy.

''Cool and all, but what about Matsuda and Motohama? You left them there.'' Asked Issei.

''Who?" Asked Luffy confused.

At the Kendo Girls side

The two perverts were pretty much brutally beaten. It would take some time to heal their wounds but it was ok.

''Well looks like they wont be coming near us anytime soon.'' Said Katase.

''The two virgins are here, where is the other one?'' Asked Aika.

''He must be hiding.'' Said one of the kendo girls.

''Let's find him.'' Said another one

''What about after lunch, we still have class ladies.'' Said Murayama.

''Yes, if we want to make this school a save places for all the girls we need to monitor people who can be a pervert or not. Right now, lets go easy on Monkey D. Luffy, I think he is not a pervert but we need to make sure.'' Said Katase.

As the Kendo club nod their heads, Aika just had a inner thought about Luffy.

''Stupid girls, they don't see the monster that is in this school. Well sucks for them, more for me.'' Thoguht her with a smirk.

At Luffy side

Luffy, Kiba and Issei were walking towards outside of the school.

''Hey don't think we are pals just because Luffy saved our ass.'' Said Issei to Kiba.

''Don't worry, although I hope we can have a better relationship in the future.'' Said Kiba with a smile.

'Well I hope it's a far future.'' Said Issei.

''You don't want to hang out with us?'' Asked Luffy.

''Not today, I need to see some clothes for a future date. With a hot girl.'' Said Issei with a smirk.

''Well Issei have fun.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

''Yes, I hope you and your girlfriend have a wonderful time.'' Said Kiba.

''Whatever, you gets letter all the time you must be loaded with dates.'' Said Kiba.

''You know I am actually a bit shy.'' Said kiba

''Urhg, more reasons for the girls to like you!'' Said Issei walking out.

The pervert left Luffy with Kiba, the pirate still wondering why Issei was acting all harshy towards Kiba.

''Why is he angry at you?" Asked Luffy.

''I am called the most handsome guy in the school. I tittle which I don't like, I don't mind having female company, but I put my application first and social life second.'' Said Kiba.

''Oh so you get a lot of girls talking to you?" Asked Luffy.

''I get some talk with girls from time to time, but my work with Rias…is something serious.'' Said Kiba with a smile.

Luffy just smile at that. This guy reminded him of Sanji with his cool style and the way with the girls, but unlike Sanji he doesn't dream dance every time he sees a new girl.

''I like you Kiba, you are pretty cool guy.'' Said Luffy.

''Thank you, I hope we can get to know each other better in the future.'' Said Kiba.

''That would be great, is there a place where we can talk?" Askd Luffy.

''We can talk on the cafeteria.'' Said Kiba

''Oh do we still have food?'' Asked him.

''Yes, we still have.'' Said Kiba.

''Oh good! Let's go!' Scream Luffy running.

''Wait for me!'' Said Kiba running alongside Luffy.

At the Student Council

Sona got a lot of complains about the things that Luffy did. It was going to take the whole day to fix all that mess and she was having none of that. Tsubaki saw her president burry her face in the desk, pretty much wanting to shout profanity at every opportunity.

''At least he cleaned the dojo. That's good.'' Said Tsubaki.

''Yes, but from what I heard it was because Aika Kiryu was there to help him out.'' Said Sona pissed.

''I can have tomorrow someone like Tsubaki or Ruruko to watch him.

''Good that's a good option.'' Said Sona.

The devil was just trying to not over stress but having a person with no idea where he came or what was he doing here was enough to stress Sona. Now put that and all the damaged he caused you pretty much asked her to scream.

''Does Rias hate me? Is he a punishment?'' Asked Sona.

''No, I think he just don't get the situation. He means well, he just didn't thought things through.'' Said Tsubaki.

''Well then lets clean this mess before the school day is over. Tomorrow I will punish that Straw Hat idiot, I don't want to see his face today again.'' Said Sona.

''Good, I will call the others.'' Said Tsubaki.

''Perfect and Tsubaki.'' Said Sona.

''Yes president?" Asked her

''Give some aspirin. I am in desperate need of that.'' Said Sona with a headched.

''Yes.'' Said her leaving.

The president of the Student Council just try to massage her forehead and not think of what Luffy might cause if she gives him more shores to do. Things weren't so easy in Kuoh, but this Monkey D. Luffy was giving a pure blood devil a hell of day.

Hey guys, so here we have a nice chapter. Luffy meet Kiba and they are going to have a good friendship. Also I wanted to have Luffy and Issei have some moments before the big turnout, soon we are going to be adapting the episodes and we are going to get some new ideas thrown. By the way is Kiba bisexual? Because I read somewhere that he thinks Issei is cute, I don't know I already know who is going to ended up with.

Also, here is something I am doing. After the first season is done, I am doing adaption of those OVA and Specials, they are going to be a joy to make. I mean they are 2 or 3 minute stupid, but One Piece has a lot of stupidity and they are going to be a joy to make.

This series has really been a joy for me. I don't know why, but I love writing this one.

By the way I think you guys want an idea who do I plan to have for Luffy. So here it is, these are just the first 10. Yes, the first 10 girls that are going to fall in love with Luffy. I have more but I don't want to bombarded you guys with spoilers.

Luffy´s Harem list (The first 10): Rias Gremory(main girl), Akeno Himejima, Toujou Koneko, Shidou Irina, Ravel Phenex, Rossweisse, Lily (OC of mine), Aika Kiryu, Elmeheilde, Le Fay Pendragon.

Remember these are the girls for Luffy. I don't want to give him all the girls from High School DxD, also there are some One Piece girls in the future, you can guess who. One thing for sure, Nami and Robin are not in his harem. Luffy thinks of them as family and they treat him as a younger brother. Besides there is like a gazillion Luffy and Nami fanfics and some of Luffy and Robin, I wanted to make some difference.

By the way you might ask why Irina is here considering she is Issei childhood friend. I already have a plan, besides life is not like you meet a girl once you were kids and she loved you back. I decided to change things a bit. Also, I think Irina is my favorite, I don't know because we have someone that is not a devil makes thing a little interesting.

Also here is Issei harem. I want to give more girls, but these are the ones I got in my mind so far, I hope to put more in the future. He will have a harem but not as big as the pirate king.

If you are wondering why Xenovia isn't in either list, well let's just say at first, she is undecided on who to fully follow.

The only thing I am going to state is one thing that many of you wonder: Are the rest of the Straw Hat coming? Yes, but its going to take a while. Don't worry. My guess is after some 10 to 15 chapters, if not then I am need them to stay out for a moment.
