Realm Beyond Time.

Yukio was rather confused at what he was looking at, yet there was a strange feeling inside of him that made him feel like he was coming back home after years of being away. Although he thought that this was merely Dream's own feelings mixing up with his, there was still a bit of doubt in his mind.

"This is a realm that is unknown to every faction, and that was only ever known by the original God of Heaven, as well as the original Lucifer" - Kai'Sa explained as she and Yukio made their way across a bright and alive forest - "Yet a long time ago, the Dragon God known as Great Red left the place through a dimensional rift, and most of the dragons soon followed, hoping to find new places to conquer and call home" -

"I always suspected that it was my ancestor's fault that the rest of the dragons left the Realm. It feels nice to have confirmation on that" -

"Dream? What are you talking about?" -

"Oh, did she never tell you? The Dream Dragon is a descendant of Great Red's essence, as Great Red's known as the Dragon of Dreams. Everything she can do, is something she got from Great Red himself" -

"Kai'Sa! Yukio!" - the pair stopped as they heard Asia's voice calling out to them from behind, and the blonde girl came running at them - "Sorry, I couldn't find Issei San" -

"Well, that's a shame, I was hoping to bring Ddraig back here, I bet he would love to return here. If you can get a hold of him later, let me know" -

"Y-Yes! Then I will be…" -

"Going? Why? Come on, walk with us" -

"Huh? But why?" -

"Yeah, why are you bringing Asia along with this? She's not a Dragonmancer like we are" - Yukio said, as he alongside Asia were rather confused.

"Not yet at least. From the moment I saw you, I knew that there was something special with you. You have a strange connection with dragons, one that is rather similar to a Dragonmancer" -

"What are you planning exactly, Kai'Sa? Is Lagoon making you do this? Recruiting others to her cause?" - Dream's voice spoke from Yukio.

"I haven't seen Lagoon in years. In fact, I haven't seen any of the Ancient Dragons, but there's a small trace of the energy of one of them inside Asia, and I think dear old Dream has felt it before" -

"Dream… What is she talking about?" - Yukio questioned the dragon that gave him powers.

"I suppose I should tell the truth, shouldn't I? How fun. When I met Asia, I kept quiet about something I sensed within her, the power of one of the Ancient Dragons I knew long ago, the Eternal Dragon, one of the most dangerous ones in the entire Realm, if not the most" -

"The Eternal Dragon…? But how could I be…" -

"The Twilight Healing gave me a clue to that'' - Kai'Sa interrupted Asia, who was shocked upon hearing that the girl knew about her Sacred Gear - "The Eternal Dragon held dominion over both Life and Death, and its flames were said to be capable of healing wounds just as they could create them. The Twilight Healing is but a weakened version of said flames, ones that can only cure and cannot do harm" -

"That explains it. But if that's the case, shouldn't it be better to keep her away from the Realm? You know what the last wielder of the power of the Eternal Dragon did as well as I do, don't you Kai'Sa?" -

"Lagoon told me about Brand when I first started my training, I'm well aware of what he once did. What happened to him was horrible, but it happened because he wasn't trained, he lacked ability to properly use his powers" - she said as she approached Asia - "I believe that with the right training and the proper mentality, Asia could become the next Dragonmancer for the power of the Eternal Dragon, even if it departed from the mortal realm long ago" -

"You're playing with fire right now Kai'Sa, if things go wrong and Asia goes berserk, we might be dealing with a catastrophe that could destroy the world" - Yukio said in an angry tone of voice.

"Good to know that Dream taught you all about the Eternal Dragon. Would've been a shame if you didn't knew" -

As the pair talked, Asia slowly started to walk away, not understanding what was going on, only to be stopped by a huge wall of water appearing right behind her.

"Eek!" -

"Where do you think you're going, Asia? There's still a long way to the lair of the Eternal Dragon" - Kai'Sa said.

"But I don't know anything about this! I just came because you told me to go looking for Yukio and Issei, but this… Telling me that I am a Dragonmancer, I just…" -

"WHO DARES TO WALK ONCE MORE IN THIS SACRED LAND!?" - a huge roar followed the deep voice that made all of them shiver, with Dream herself recognizing that voice.

"That roar… Only one creature could emit such a powerful cry… Is that you, Volibear?" -

From deep inside the forest, huge steps shook the ground as the creature slowly started to walk towards them, throwing down trees without effort. It didn't take long for the being to arrive at the location of the group. It was a giant bear, thrice the size of them, standing tall and fearless in front of the group.

"Hey Volibear, long time" - Kai'Sa said in a friendly tone, yet the bear didn't seemed amused at all at her greeting - "What have you been doing?" -

"Ah… It's only you, Kai'Sa. I see you returned from the mission that Lagoon gave you, although she's not exactly in conditions to see you" -

"Is she still slumbering?" - she asked, and Volibear nodded - "I thought that given enough time in the Spring she might heal back but…" -

"Lagoon will be fine, she's been through worse than this in the past. However, without Ophis and Great Red, the power of the Springs of Youth have diminished, it will take longer for her to return to her prime" -

"What are you talking about? What happened?" - Yukio asked.

"And who might you be..? I sense… The stench of a Devil coming from you…" -

"Settle down Volibear. Yukio here might be a reincarnated Devil, but he's also one of us. He's Dream's Dragonmancer" - Kai'Sa explained to the giant beast, as it calmed down.

"Is that so? I haven't heard from Dream since her conflict with Truth, and after so many years, she decides to finally come back.. Still, that doesn't explain her" -

Asia started to tremble as all the looks turned towards her, the fear was slowly taking over her, until…

"So here you were, Asia… And it seems that you're not alone" -

"Might I ask, what are you doing here Yukio?" -

Rias and Sona, alongside their Peerages, stood behind Asia, and the girl quickly ran towards the Gremory heir.

"This doesn't concern you Gremory, neither you Sitri" -

"Oh, the moment you decided to involve members from our Peerages, you involved us" - Sona said, yet before she could say more, thunder struck Volibear as it roared once again.

"BE WARNED, DEVIL TRESPASSERS! THIS IS THE LAND OF THE ANCIENT DRAGONS, AND YOUR KIND ISN'T WELCOME HERE!" -
