A test of willpower and skill. Junior never really had that, in his school life or his time in the Ridonculous Race. But now, an opportunity has risen. In a battle against Blacklite District, he has to test his resolve if he wants to help prevent something bad from happening.

11 Months Ago… March 21, 2012

We see Junior running in the suburbs, desperate and frightened from the Acceleration, as the Sun slows down to its normal speed in the sky. Many car crashes were seen, with a lot of the drivers weakened and unconscious. He was already on his phone, attempting to call someone.

"Dad… come on come on come on…" Junior says as he hopes for his dad to pick up.

Suddenly, the call hung up, and wasn't answered. This causes Junior to stop in his tracks.

"Shit… shit, SHIT!" Junior yells, frustrated by what happened.

Junior continues running down the sidewalk until he reaches his home. He rushes in and he finds his mother on the phone. A tall, middle aged woman of average build with long blond hair that falls up to her shoulder and black eyes. She wore a gray suit over a white button up shirt and gray-tan jeans. She was on the phone with someone.

"Yes, I know. Glad to know you're ok, Dwayne." His mom says, talking to his husband.

"Glad you are too, Josephine." Dwayne says.

The mom, now known as Josephine, looked at the door and sees her son, tired and frightened by the event.

"Oh, thank God, you're alright!" Junior yells.

Junior immediately jumps at his mother, who accepts the embrace.

"Was that Dad you were talking to?" Junior asked.

"Of course, dear. Luckily whatever happened didn't get him." Josephine says.

"This is such a fucking relief!" Junior yells. "Man, what even happened?!"

The two release each other, and Josephine walks to the door, seeing the chaos that had unfolded.

"Don't go into the kitchen, Junior. A bunch of glasses dropped in the chaos." Josephine says.

"Wait, where are you going?" Junior asked.

"I'm going to inspect the damage… personally." Josephine says.

Josephine grabs her car keys and bolts for the garage, leaving Junior in the living room.

"You seem awfully calm about this!" Junior yelled.

Junior stood up and walked towards the couch. He then immediately pulls out his phone and begins browsing forums on the event that had just ensued.

Present Day…

We see Junior still in battle with the Stand Blacklite District, and he's just knocked back into a brick wall from one of Blacklite District's shockwave punches. He began to bleed in some parts of his body.

"Gah! Man, I've only been hit twice, but this thing's shockwaves pack a punch!" Junior groaned.

As Junior recovers from the blow, Blacklite District began walking up to him.

"Looks like I better push even further." Junior says. "Come on!"

"Those who obstruct my master's path to absolute freedom shall be punished." Blacklite District says.

"It's talking way too repetitively. It's pretty annoying." Junior says. "All the more reason to kick his ass. Quartz Baron!"

Blacklite District leaps at Junior, who summons the Quartz Baron to attack. His Stand grabs the enemy's arms and clasp them together, encasing both in crystals.

"I've got you! It will take a lot of shockwaves of yours to get out of that!" Junior yelled. "Now, I'm gonna end this now!"

"Ora!" The Quartz Baron did a powerful knee strike at the enemy.

"Now, time for the finish!" Junior yelled.

"Oraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraora!" The Quartz Baron unleashes an incredibly fast flurry of punches. "Ora!"

Blacklite District was knocked back incredibly hard. And before it could crash into anything, it gets frozen into a large crystal. Junior takes a step back and takes a breather.

"Whoo! That was problematic. Judging by the nature of the shockwaves, it would take a while for it to break free." Junior says. "I better get to Josuke or Chris before that happens."

Suddenly, a loud crashing sound was heard behind him, which put Junior back on high alert. He turns quickly and sees that a cop car had crashed into the alley. The cop inside it was unconscious, but still alive. And someone walks out of the passenger row, Martin Madrid.

"Huh, I didn't expect someone like you to be targeted by my Blacklite District, let alone be conscious long enough for me to return." Martin says. "So, you managed to incapacitate my Stand ability. It seems like your Stand's ability is crystals, am I right kid?"

"Huh?! You… you escaped?!" Junior exclaimed.

"Yeah. I consider myself the escape houdini in Toronto. Thanks to my Stand, I can be free from the law." Martin says. "What do you believe true freedom is?"

"Ugh… I don't know. And don't ask questions here! You sent your Stand after me!" Junior yelled.

"Man, rude." Martin says. "Well, if you act that way, it will only add to the reasons I want to hurt you. You threatened my freedom, so now I'm gonna give you a taste of my anger."

"That isn't justified. You are a criminal, you don't deserve the freedom you crave." Junior states as he does a pose. "I won't let someone like you who threatens anyone just walk around freely! Come at me!"

"Alright then. Blacklite District!" Martin yelled.

The small blue figure appears from under Martin's hat and flies towards Blacklite District, still encased in the crystal. The figure flies through the crystal like it's nothing, which surprises Junior.

"All this time, the Stand was acting on it's own, like an autopilot of some sorts. But now that I've arrived, I can fully control Blacklite District to my heart's content!" Martin yelled.

Tha figure floats down and stood directly on top of the Stand's helmet. And suddenly, a boom was heard.

"Ah shit!" Junior yelled.

Another boom echoed, then another, when suddenly, Blacklite District breaks out of the crystal in a large shockwave, and now looked more composed and calm than before.

"Ugh, this can't get more annoying. Quartz Baron!" Junior yelled.

Junior summons the Quartz Baron and tries to strike the enemy Stand with a punch. Suddenly, Blacklite District quickly parries the on coming attack and punishes it with a shockwave induced strike to the chest.

"Gkaaah!" Junior yelped as he coughed up a bit of blood.

Blacklite District goes for another punch, but Junior manages to grow a large crystal wall between them in defence. The punch lands, and the shockwave pushes both Junior and the wall skidding backwards.

"It's gotten more precise in it's attacks. It's not attacking like a wild animal anymore." Junior states. "It's getting more complicated by the second.

Blacklite District leaps above the crystal wall, ready for another attack. Junior summons the Quartz Baron again and it manages to grab the forearm before it hits.

"Haaaa!" Junior yells.

"Ora!" The Quartz Baron manages to spin around and punishes the failed attack with an elbow to the face.

Suddenly, Martin was seen sustaining a bruise on his face. Junior notices this, and begins to think.

'The only injury he had sustained was… that blow I did with my elbow? What happened to the other blows I dealt?' Junior thought. 'He said that the Stand was on autopilot before he arrived. It's only now that whatever damage I can deal to the Stand can hurt him. A bit of a trade off, it seems. More control over the Stand for being more susceptible to attacks.'

Junior jumps back, and clutches his chest Blacklite District returns to Martin, who was just recovering from a broken nose.

"Gah! Man! I should really be careful when controlling it. I've forgotten that damage dealt to my Stand is dealt to me when I control it." Martin groans. "You'll pay for this! You know how long this could heal?!"

"So, the fight seems even now, you like that?" Junior asked. "Let's see who will cone out victorious in this fight. Once I end you, you'll return to the police department, and you'll not want to send that Stand of yours after me."

"Hmm, you're braver than you look." Martin says. "I may have taken you for granted. Bring able to head toe to toe against me takes some nerve. Now, come on!"

Stand Name: Blacklite District

Stand User: Martin Madrid

A long range humanoid Stand in two parts that activates when the user gets arrested. The big figure chases after the one who most contributed to the arrest in autopilot and utilises shockwaves to incapacitate while the small figure breaks the user out of custody and leads him to the big figure. Once the two combine, the user can control the big one, but damage to the Stand can now be dealt to him.
