Kazumi and her friends are now getting ready to some history assignments. They had a good Columbus Day holiday yesterday as a matter of fact. They are about to have a good day at school of course. They will remember what to do with the history assignments by the way. They will try to work hard without making a mistake. Let's hope that Kazumi and her friends will be having a good day at school.
"Have a great day at school, Kazumi." said her mom.
"I sure will, mom." said Kazumi. "See you later."
Her mom left her school and went to work.
"Hi, girls." said Kazumi.
"Hi, Kazumi." said one of her friends. "I hope that we have a good Columbus Day yesterday."
"I hope so too, girls." said Kazumi. "In fact, we have no school yesterday."
"We better get to class now." said one of her friends.
"Okay, girls." said Kazumi. "We don't want to be late for class."
Kazumi and her friends went to class and took their seats.
"Here we are, girls." said Kazumi. "Just in time for class."
"Here comes our teacher." said one of her friends.
"Good morning, class." said the teacher. "Did you have a good Columbus Day yesterday?"
"We sure did, ma'am." said one of her students.
"That is good." said the teacher. "I have the history assignments with me."
She gave the history assignments to her students, and they start working on it.
"Start working on your assignments, students." said the teacher.
Later, Kazumi and her friends turned in their history assignments to their teacher.
"Did you finish the assignments, girls?" The teacher asked.
"We sure did, ma'am." said Kazumi.
"That is great, girls." said the teacher. "I will grade them soon."
"Thanks, ma'am." said Kazumi.
"Anytime, girls." said the teacher. "Go back to your seat."
Kazumi and her friends went back to their seats.
"That was a good assignment, girls." said Kazumi.
"I'm glad that we worked hard on our assignments." said one of her friends.
Kazumi and her friends are now resting for a bit. See what happens in the next chapter of this long story.
