Chapter 2: Power of Survival

Sorry for delaying this chapter, and sorry if this story is short.

In the Wayne Tower, Bendy locked himself in his bedroom after the last incident that suffered him a lot. He was scared and traumatized as he felt like he doesn't want to went outside, saying in his mind that he is not a monster, he then walked to the mirror and seeing a reflection of himself turning into an ink demon. He was shocked, scared, and nervous, wishing that the ink demon was no longer exist in himself He then sat on the floor, in the feeling in sadness.

Suddenly, he heard a knocking sound from a door to the hallway, he went to the door and stick his head to the door. Later, the knocking sound was stopped.

"Bendy, are you there? Are you alright?" Asked Emily.

Bendy turned to his back and doesn't say anything rather than felt sad and desperate because of the last incident. He later began to talk.

"Yes, I'm here, Emily. And I'm still not alright.."

"Okay then, I'm here if you ready to talk." She said and left him. Bendy agreed and sat on the floor.

Emily walked to the hall were Bruce, Selina, and Alfred were at. At the hall, she was discussing about Bendy situation with Bruce, Selina, and Alfred.

"Guys, I think we need to do something for Bendy's sake." She said.

"How did you know?" Asked Bruce.

"Well, I was knocked his room's door and asking if he was alright, he replied that he wasn't." She replied.

Bruce shocked and didn't say something, until Emily said "We must do something about that, please. Maybe we should take him for another side seeing to more quieter place."

He still didn't say something, thinking if that was good and bad idea, until he said "I think that's a good idea, I haven't had a plan yet, let's head to the lake." He replied.

They agreed, and went to in front of Bendy's room, and as they arrived, Emily knocked Bendy's room if he liked to side seeing to a lake in Gotham. "Hello, Bendy, do you want to go to Lake in Gotham? It's a quiet place with nobody around." Emily asked.

In Bendy's room, Bendy was unsure if he like to went to Lake. "I'm not sure, because I'm afraid those kids will mocked me again." He said.

"Don't worry, there's no people around in Lake, just water and trees." Replied Selina.

"Really?" Bendy asked as he opened the door. "Yes, really." She replied. "Alright, let's go." Said Bendy.

They later went to lake in Gotham which is not so far way from Wayne Tower with vehicles, Selina with her motorcycle, while Bruce, Bendy and Emily with Bruce's car. during the journey Bendy looks the city through the window and turned to Bruce, as he asked to him "Do you think it's safe if we go there, Bruce?"

"I hope so." He replied while he drove the car.

(At the Lake of Gotham)

While, Bruce, Selina, and Emily watched him, Bendy looks around the lake and saw a beautiful scenery of a lake, he was amazed and adored by it. As he looks around the lake and sees many butterflies flew across the lake, he was amazed and wished he could catches them.

He saw a broken net near lake, he walks towards it and takes the broken net so he could catch the butterflies. While he was looking around, he saw a medium butterfly flew in front of him, the began to catch one of it but failed, he was unhappy, until he saw another small butterfly flew in front of him. He tried to catches for second time, till he manages it. he felt happy and ran to his guardians while held a butterfly.

"Guys look, I found a butterfly." He said.

They walked to Bendy and saw Bendy who held a Butterfly on his arm. "Whoa, how did you get it?" Asked Emily.

"By this broken net." He answered.

"You actually can made something from broken things." Said Bruce. They walked back as Bendy freed the butterfly and continued looking for other butterflies around the lake.

While Bendy catching for another butterflies, Bruce and his friends were discuss about what happening in Gotham.

"So, what is happening in Gotham when I was missing for three days?" Asked Bruce.

"Well, there's a bank robbery near the street, but luckily the police officer manage to capture them." Replied Emily.

"*Sighed in relief* Thank god, the cops are getting more professional nowadays…" said Bruce. As Bendy catches another butterflies, he dropped a broken net and turned to them as he listening to the discussion, he was wondering what are they discussing about, until he took the broken net and continue to catches another butterflies around the lake.

(Outside the lake)

While he and and his mother were waiting for taxi, Aiden looks around him which until he turns around to a lake. He felt curious of it, so he walked to the lake "I wonder what's in there." He wondered

As he walked to between the trees, he saw Bendy who was happily catching butterflies while he was watched by his guardians. Aiden felt happy after seeing his friend felt happy. "Oh I'm so glad that Bendy felt better." He said.

He then walked back to his mother before a taxi had arrived in front of them.

(From the Distance)

Across the Lake, Edward was wondered about Bendy, so he took the binocular from the table and saw Bruce, Emily, and Selina discuss at each other, while Bendy ran around and tried to catches some butterflies around the lake in the feeling of happiness. "It's looks like that demon was happy." He said.

He put his binocular on the table and wondered "Now, I wonder how hard I will try to make a riddle about him? And use him to avenge Bruce?"

(Back in the Lake)

While Bruce was discussing with Emily and Selina, he looks around the lake, and suddenly stands up from the bench, as he looks around the lake in the feeling of suspicious. Emily and Selina felt confused and wondered.

"Bruce, what's wrong? Why are you acting weird?" Asked Emily.

He didn't say something as he looks around him thinking if he, Selina, Emily, and Bendy are being watched on lake. As he turned them, he began to reply "Oh, it's nothing." Replied Bruce.

As Bendy stopped catching another butterflies in exhaustion and put the net on the grass, he saw Bruce who acts really suspicious, Bendy felt nervous and asked "Is everything okay, Bruce?"

He didn't say anything as he turned to Bendy who felt nervous, he later answered "I guess I have something to do at home."

"Oh okay then, and maybe I could catch these butterflies next time." Said Bendy as he turned to some butterflies flew around the lake.

The four of them later took their motorcycle and car back to the Wayne Tower once again. During the journey, while he was driving, Bruce was and wondered in his mind, if he was being watched or he was just hallucinating, and wondered if someone had been watched them or he was still affected by the incident in the Joey Drew Studio.

As Emily saw Bendy and Bruce, she felt concerned and that there's something happened to them and hoping that they were alright.
