Chapter 4: Tardy to Class.
The next day, the Incredibles were seated in a classroom while Professor Xavier walked the mutants through strategies.
"So, the best way to overwhelm an enemy is to find a way to distract them before strategically attacking them." Professor Xavier said.
The students were writing in their notebooks before they watched as Professor Xavier brought the Incredibles up to the front.
"Now, for a power demonstration, we have the Incredibles here to demonstrate their abilities." Professor Xavier said.
"Ladies first." Mr. Incredible said, ushering his wife.
"Aww…" she said before she walked to near a target and stretched to punch it before she swung from a bar on the ceiling by stretching and flipped with her powers before landing in a pose. The class clapped before Mr. Incredible walked up to the target. He slammed his fists on the ground lightly, shooting a spike of concrete up at the target. Aunt Incredible demonstrated several of her powers before Everywoman demonstrated her suit's capabilities. Violet shot down targets with force field blasts.
However, due to his leg, Dash was unable to demonstrate his powers.
"I can help you." Rogue said before she removed one of her gloves and tapped Dash's head, causing them to feel a slight pull. Rogue then got up from her seat and ran at super speed around the room, smashing up the targets.
"Ta-da!" Dash said from his seat.
Finally, it was Voyd's turn. She walked up to the targets and fired energy blasts at them before she demonstrated her portals by warping around the room.
"Very impressive, Incredibles." Professor Xavier said as the students applauded.
"I have a question for Voyd." Kitty said.
"What is it?" Voyd asked.
"Can you open portals to other locations?" Kitty asked.
"Sure." Voyd said before she demonstrated by opening a portal to an alleyway, where the X-Men saw someone familiar to them. The person looked and waved.
"There he is. Hey, you're late for class again!" Storm said. The person ran towards the portal.
"Who is that?" Eric asked.
"Another one of our students. He's quite wacky, but he can be depended on." Kitty said before the person vanished in a flash of blue light.
"He can teleport too. His name's D-" Kitty didn't get to finish before the person, who was wearing a black and red suit with white eyes appeared.
"DEADPOOOOOOOOOOOOL! YEAH!" the person said.
"What in the world?" Elastigirl asked.
"Hey, Incredibles! Don't tell me that the readers weren't expecting me to show up here! I know I may not have been in the show, but hey, why can't I show up here?! Not to mention, I'm about to take over anyway." Deadpool said before he teleported away.
