It's been a day since me, Goh, and Eevee had discovered the mysteries of what the Ivysaur and the Bulbasaur group were trying to do yesterday when they were headed for the unfinished building in Vermillion City.

That day was the first day to mark as our first mission as research assistants. Of course me and Goh didn't expect those jerks from Team Toad to appear to try and ruin the evolution process that those poor Pokemon were trying to do.

Thankfully, I was able to get rid of them and allow the Ivysaur group and the Bulbasaur group to evolve into the Venusaur and next Ivysaur group which made the flowers in Vermillion City soon bloom quicker than anyone else would've expected them to.

And… well… here I am, writing down on what me, Goh, and Eevee had been through yesterday so that I could remember what I learn that day.

One morning…

It was another morning as the children were getting ready to start the day as they were all in the bathroom, getting ready to brush their teeth and to get ready for breakfast.

Goh was brushing his teeth when Hikari suddenly came up to show him something… something that was going to both surprise and bewilder him at the same time.

"Goh! Check it out!" Hikari called out as Goh turned to see his Pallet Town friend… brushing her teeth while shaking his head and body at the same time?

"Here's my new discovery!"

"Discovery?"

As Goh watched, to see Hikari shaking her head and body all over while brushing his teeth! And Eevee joined in with the shaking, causing Hikari and Eevee to compete one and another.

The two continued to shake together before shortly, the results ended in a tie as both Hikari and Eevee groaned from the dizziness they had from shaking together.

Goh narrowed his eyes to give her the "I told you so look" before he continued to brush his teeth before finishing as he took his leave.

Once they were done they went downstairs to get breakfast.

While Goh was focusing on the news on his Rotom Phone.

"Ugh…"

Hikari and Eevee both groaned as they staggering into the dining area with Eevee resting on her shoulder.

"Morning Goh…. Ugh… I'm still so wobbly…" Hikari groaned before she managed to sit down.

While Hikari and Eevee were recovering, Goh's eyes widened seeing something on the news from his smartphone before he suddenly got up and left the dining area, forgetting about the breakfast.

"We've gotta to go now!" Goh called out as he raced out much, to Hikari's surprise.

"G-Goh,? Where are you going?" Hikari called out as she watched him leave to head back to the dorm to change. And soon, Goh was all dressed as he grabbed Hikari's arm and dragged her with him to head to the research room!

"Whoa! G-Goh!? H-Hold on…!" Eevee said.

"Slow down, Goh! I haven't even had a bite of breakfast!"

Ignoring Hikari and Eevee, Goh went over to the Professor's research room, before greeting the Professor, who took notice of there sudden arrival.

"Professor Cerise!"

"Good Morning, all of you!" greeted the Professor before Goh showed him the news that he had seen on his smartphone."

"Look!" This data! It's about a Pokemon Phenomenon Pokemon growing to giant size!" Goh explained as he shows the news of a Professor explaining the phenomenon and showing the data for all the people to see. Upon hearing the news, Hikari was awed about it while Eevee was bewildered about it.

"Whoa! That sounds totally awesome!" Hikari exclaimed while the Professor laughed a little.

Everybody, calm down. You can witness that phenomenon in the Galar region." Prof. Cerise explained, catching the children's attention of hearing the a region they've never heard before.

"The Galar region?" Eevee and Goh both spoke together before Hikari pleaded with the Professor to allow them to see what's in the new region.

"Please Professor? I want to go check it out!"

"Me too!"

With Hikari and Goh being excited to head to a new region for a new adventure, the Professor chuckle at the excitement the children were showing.

"I suppose… This is a good opportunity… to go and see those giant-sized pokemon for yourself! That experience will stay with you forever!" Prof. Cerise spoke, realizing the benefits the children will gain from traveling to the Galar region.

"Alright!" Hikari and Goh cried out together as they pumped there fists in the air while Eevee joined them with her paw pumped up in the air as she joined in on the children's enthusiasm.

Soon, thanks to the Professor buying some plane tickets for the children, they were able to soon get on the plane that was headed to the the Galar Region, where they relaxed on the ride while awaiting to arrive at their destination.

Hikari and Eevee were both taking a nap while Goho. The other hand was watching out the window to see if there was any land coming up. And as time passed by, Goh blinked, before smiling to see what seemed to be a big region down below.

"There it is!" The Galar Region!" Goh pointed out, catching Hikari's attention as she tries to see from the plane window as well.

"Where!?" Hikari exclaimed as she and Eevee looked before Goh did the same as the children watched to see their destination getting closer and closer.

As soon as they arrived to where the airport was. From there, they took the train that would lead them to Wyndon, a famous city where many official Pokemon matches took place at a stadium that was a bit far from where the children were. But they weren't aware of that as they were more into discovering the phenomenon that makes pokemon grow extraordinarily big.

As they arrived at the station, Goh took out his Rotom phone to see where would be the best place to head to there next destination, which would be in the wild area. As Hikari and Eevee watched to see what the next step was.

"Let's see where we go next."

"Tell us! Where do we go from here?" Hikari asked, feeling enthusiastic about meeting Pokemon that she hasn't seen before, as this was a new region she and Eevee where in right now.

"We transferred for the train to the Wild area… To take of off, it should be right over there!" Goh spoke, turning to where the next ticket booth would be at, causing Hikari to head for the opposite!

"Got it…"

"Didn't I just say it would be that way!?" Goh stopped Hikari from going the wrong way, much to Hikari's chagrin as Eevee watched sheepishly smile before the three friends headed to where the ticket booth was, only to hear bad news.

As they looked to order tickets…

"Wha…?! More than three hours until the next train…!?" Hikari said in disbelief. Eevee was in shock as she thought sadly of having to wait a few more hours for the train to arrive. After hearing the news Goh was feeling the most disappointed out of the three of them.

"No way…" Goh groaned, before Hikari decided to raise her friends spirits up.

"We'll! What are we going to do? Why didn't we make the best of it and go find some food?" Hikari suggested, with Eevee cry in agreement.

"I'm in!" Goh spoke, before hearing a grumbling coming from Eevee who looked embarrassed.

"Eevee…?!" Hikari exclaimed in a gasp, causing Eevee to give a sheepish smile to her human friends.

"Sorry… I haven't eaten anything at all today…" Eevee apologized.

Both Hikari and Goh chuckled at now realizing on how true it was. Goh took out his phone to see where the nearest food place or restaurant was for them to eat.

"Let's see… where can we eat nearby…"

As Goh was searching for a good place to eat, Hikari had other ideas: using her nose to search for the pleasant scent of food.

"Give me a sec! I smell something yummy…" Hikari spoke before she walked off, with Eevee mimicking her human partner. As the two left like that, Goh snickered to himself.

"His senses perk up when there's a lot of food on the line…" Goh spoke up before he followed after Hikari and Eevee.

Soon, by the time they had left the station, the children soon found themselves in front of what seemed to be a store that sold delicious food even treats for people and pokemon to enjoy.

As soon as Hikari saw the food that was behind the glass, she quickly got excited upon seeing a food that she never seen before.

"Wow…Wow…! What are these teeny tiny things what a great smell…!?" Hikari exclaimed, causing Goh to explain with a knowing look on his face.

"These are called scones… they're known to be quite famous in Galar when it goes to snacks and when people want to enjoy their time eating?"

"Mister! I want those great smelling scones!" Hikari ordered.

With the money they had with them, the kids and Eevee began to enjoy eating the scones as Hikari and Eevee were enjoying them the most, thanks to how they tasted.

"So yummy!"

"Eeva!"

The two continued to devour the scones as Goh watched the two before Hikari turned to the Evolutionary Pokemon with a warning.

"Now, Eevee… don't try too many of these at once- - MMPH!?" Hikari stated before she began to choke! The same went for Eevee as the two began to choke on taking too many bites on taking too many bites onto the scones! Seeing the two in a bit of trouble, Goh offered them a cup of water for them to have.

"Here!" Goh offered, causing Hikari to take it before she gulped on it, with the same going for Eevee as she drink her cup of water. Goh raised his brow in amusement.

"Hahaha! You two of you act exactly the same!" Goh laughed, causing Hikari to sheepishly smile.

"Well, when something tastes that yummy… Good thing there's a whole lot more where that came from, so we won't go hungry!" Hikari assured as she took out a whole bag of scones leftover, to assure that there would be plenty for them to eat on the trip to the Wild Area.

But as the group were continuing to enjoy the delicious taste from Galar's specialty snacks, they felt something tapping as they turned to see where the noise came from.

"What was that?" Hikari asked as Eevee titled her head curiously before running over to where the trash can was, before picking out a small rock, that seemed to be the culprit of the noise that he and his friends had just heard.

"A small rock?" Eevee questioned, confused as to how it got there in the first place.

"It came out of nowhere…" Goh added, as he was confused as well, with same going for Hikari.

But just as they were questioning I on where the rock came from, another rock came flying and landed on the ground, catching everyone's attention once again.

Turning to where it came from, the children looked to see a brown bunny-like pokemon snickering to where they were, causing both Hikari and Goh to be amazed as they never seen this pokemon before.

"A Pokemon! Quick, where's my camera!?"

"Grab it!"

They were distracted until three fox like pokemon approached Hikari's bag, sneaking over to steal it. Eevee noticed it first, as she watched in shock to see them run away with it!

"Stop thieves!"

Eevee's cry caught the children's attention as they watched three pokemon escape with Hikari's bag, with the first pokemon following them!

"Hey that's my backpack!" Hikari exclaimed in shock, with Goh noticing the scene as well.

"That's one's getting away, too! Are they all friends!?" Goh questioned as they watched the first pokemon and the fox pokemon trio escape with Hikari's bag.

Hikari, Eevee and Goh dashed after the fox trio and the mysterious pokemon friend.

They ran over the area for a while until they found them sitting down from all that running. Hikari noticed Goh first, before calling out to him.

"Goh!"

"Shhh! Be quite!"

Goh shushed Hikari before gesturing his friends to come over to spy on what the mysterious Pokemon and the other three pokemon were doing. As they had spotted them…

"Ah! There it is!" Hikari growled, still annoyed at the group for stealing her backpack from them, only for Eevee and Goh to calm her down.

"Cool it Hikari!"

"Yeah, chill out! Let's see what they do first…!"

That was able to calm Hikari down for a bit before he and his two friends watched the scene as the mysterious Pokemon continued to pilfer Hikari's bag, as it seemed to be looking for something specific.

While it was doing that, Goh took out his Rotom phone to scans the fox trio, allowing Rotom to scan them before explaining of what they were.

"Nickit, the fox Pokemon. A Dark Type. Nickit likes to steal food that other Pokemon have found. It uses it's fluffy tail to erase any footprints left behind."

"So those three are Nickits?" Eevee asked since she never Pokemon like them before.

"But what about that one?" Hikari pointed out the bunny Pokemon.

"Hold on…Let me see…"

As Goh tries to scan the one pilfering into Hikari's bag, Rotom scanned it like it did with the Nickit trio, only to come up empty as it showed no data for the mysterious Pokemon.

"No data exists for that Pokemon."

"So it means…! It must be…!"

"A new Pokemon species— Mmph!" Both Hikari and Goh were surprised by this as they almost expressed their big surprise upon what might be a new Pokemon that's even rare in the Galar Region, only for them to cover their mouths at realizing what they were trying to do. Eevee just shrugged at her friend's excitement.

"Awsome!"

"A new species…! A new species…!"

Yet the two didn't seemed to notice maybe care as they were more interested on what they seemed to have discovered, Eevee was looking back at the scene where the mysterious Pokemon took out a bag of scones that Hikari had saved earlier for the trip to the Wild Area!

Upon seeing the bag on scones, the fox trio Pokemon all chattered happily, as they seemed to have been wanting to eat the special snacks the children ate earlier.

With the scones out, the mysterious Pokemon shared some, by placing one scone for each of them to have, causing the three to cheer together before they began to quickly snack onto their scones.

"It looks like this one is their leader…" Goh pointed out.

Just as the leader was about to eat the scone it had saved for itself, it looked back to see the Nickit trio staring at him cutely, as if they were begging to have more scones, much to it's disbelief and surprise.

But upon seeing the looks the Nickit trio had together, the leader only gave a sigh of defeat before it offered its scone for the trio to have, allowing them to enjoy his snack.

The children witnessed this, with Goh making the first comment of it.

"It seems like a good friend…" Goh commented, with Hikari being touched by the act of kindness at first.

"It's doing the right thing… sharing with his friends is what it's all about…" Hikari sniffled before she realized what they were all eating together.

"Those scones belong to me!" Hikari snapped, causing the Nickit trio and the mysterious Pokemon to perk up and turn to where the children were, causing them and Eevee to flinch upon being spotted by the thieves.

"Oh no! It sees us!" Goh gasped causing Hikari to come out from the hiding spot and run over to the four thieves.

"Hey! That backpack is mine!" Hikari snapped, only for the mysterious Pokemon to kick the backpack into the air to prevent Hikari from grabbing it!

"Hey give that back…! Aw come on!" Hikari complained as she watched the Pokemon kick it away from him to prevent her from grabbing it before it called to its Nickit friends to run away, which they did so.

Once it's friends escaped, the Pokemon kicked the backpack into the air, before it hung onto the lamp post, much to Hikari and Eevee's surprise.

While Hikari gasped at her backpack being high enough so that she couldn't reach it, the Pokemon dove down to her foot aimed at Hikari, looking like it was aiming to kick her in the face.

"Uh oh, Not good!" Hikari gasped before Eevee dashed forward to take the hit for her best friend, before the Pokemon used double kick onto the Evolution Pokemon, causing Eevee to skid back causing a lot of damage since it was super effective against Eevee since she is a normal type, when that pokemon used a fighting type attack called Double Kick. Hikari looked concerned for her partner.

"Eevee…!" Hikari gasped before the two turned to see the Pokemon taunting them by smacking its butt at them while giving them a raspberry. That was enough to motivate the two to get up and give it a battle that that the mischievous Pokemon will never forget.

Mysterious Pokemon VS Hikari: Eevee

"Oh really…!? We'll see about that! Okay, Eevee! Let's do this! Use Swift!" Hikari shouted out as Eevee did so, attempting to land a normal type attack onto the mysterious Pokemon, only for it to use Quick Attack to evade Eevee and run!

As it ran, Goh blinked, as he recognized the muddy prints that it made on the ground while using the move.

"I've seen that before…" Goh pointed out, the Pokemon dashed and ran up to the brick wall before it flipped back to make a big hit onto the evolution Pokemon. But Hikari wasn't going to let her partner take the hit easily as she called Eevee to evade the Quick Attack!

"Dodge it, Eevee!" Hikari cried out as Eevee did so, causing the attack to miss! And as the Evolution Pokemon skidded back, Hikari was planning her next move by having Eevee use the move she taught her.

"Eevee! Thunderbolt, let's go!"

Eevee shot up in the air, before unleashing the Electric type attack onto the mysterious Pokemon. But like Eevee, the mysterious Pokemon dodged the move with Quick Attack and was about to make another speed attack, until…

SMACK!

It didn't see a trash bin up ahead, causing it to be hit and knocked back as it groaned from the self damage it had taken before it tried to get up to escape the next attack, as Hikari was ready to wrap up the battle up.

"Now, Eevee! Use Shadow Ball!"

Eevee wasted no time shooting the ghost ball onto the mysterious Pokemon, causing it to screech in pain upon being caught as the blast knocked it back, before it knocked the mysterious Pokemon out in defeat.

Winner: Hikari

"We did it, Eevee!" Hikari cheered as Eevee ran up to her, before the two high-fived each other for the win. But while the two were cheering, they didn't see the mysterious Pokemon glaring at them, as it seemed to be bitter for losing the battle just now.

While it sat down in defeat, it watched as Eevee got Hikari's bag down to her, who caught it as it fell into her hands.

"Thanks!" Hikari thanked her partner before she watched to see the Pokemon glaring at her, before it turned away with a huff.

"It's still mad." Hikari commented as she sighed at this recent development, why she understood why it was acting like this.

"Let's head back to the scone shop." Goh, spoke as they headed back to the scone shop.

An hour later they made it back to the scone shop when Goh seen the owner of the shop in the alleyway who had cornered the Nickit Trio!

But before the owner could grab onto one of the three, the leader ran up and got in the way, causing the owner to grab onto his ears instead!

"Ah, so it's you again! It's time you gave up on your trickery!" The owner snapped, before he could do anything Goh rushed up to him to stop him, too!

"Mister! Wait a minute!" Goh cried out before he bowed down to apologize to the shop owner.

"I'm so sorry! See, the truth is, your holding my Pokemon!" Goh, lied catching both the shop keeper and Hikari by surprise as the owner asked in a surprised tone.

"You mean this? This is yours? The shop owner asked.

"I'll make sure that it never does like this again! So please, could you overlook this even just this one time? I'm very sorry" Goh assured, causing the shop owner to be puzzled a little.

Later…

The shop owner invited the children and Eevee to have some lunch with the scones while allowing the mysterious pokemon and the Nickit trio to come along as the trio were ecstatic to have some free food without having to steal!

Once the Pokemon were finished eating, the scone shop owner turned towards Goh with raised eyebrows, as he seemed to know that this boy was lying to him.

"Incredible… Why would you go and tell a fib like that?" The owner asked, causing Goh to flinch before Hikari asked whether he knew that it was a lie all along.

"You knew, sir?" questioned Hikari, with Goh with the same question in mind.

"Hahaha…! How could I not know? Your lies have gotten more of a reaction from the Scorbunny than I've ever seen." The shop owner spoke, turning to the fire type, causing Hikari and Goh to be confused.

"Scorbunny?" Goh questioned, with Hikari having the same confused expression on her face.

"That's what it is called?" Hikari asked, causing her to use her Rotom Phone to show details about the rabbit Pokemon. "Scorbunny, the rabbit Pokemon. A Fire Type. Once Scorbunny is ready to battle, the pads above its nose and under its feet gave off intense heat. The soles on its feet are also said to bring good luck."

"Huh… Oh wow… But… it's supposed to be white, but that one is brown…" Goh pointed out, Hikari realized she forgot to ask Scorbunny why he is brown?

The answer came thanks to the shop owner, who smiled.

"It purposely cover themselves with mud." The owner asked, causing confusion to spread across the boy's face.

"Uh… but why do they do that?" asked Goh, allowing the owner to explain once more.

"The truth is, those Nickit have been living in this town for as long as anyone can remember. They try to fend for themselves… but they have to work hard just to get by." The shop owner explained, as he recalled the Nickit trio's history together.

"Then… all of the sudden, this one came along. It was covered in mud by then… Maybe it was destiny that caused it to become friends with the Nickit."

The shop owner recalled of the times when the Scorbunny would steal food from his shop and from customers whenever the time came for them to steal for the hungry Nickit.

"At some point, it managed to become the leader to them…" The shop owner concluded, causing Hikari and Goh to be awed at the story before they turned towards the Scorbunny.

"A leader…! Hikari said in awe, while the shop owner sighed.

"As a result, the Nickit stopped being hungry as they once had been… The thing is… I know that they're trying to live a peaceful life in this town, but their antics are a financial burden on the rest of us." The shop owner explained, causing Eevee to frown.

"Continuous thievery… While they may be having a good life, many people might lose business because of their continuous acts of thievery…" Hikari thought as Goh stared at Scorbunny.

He then got up and walked up to it, causing him to be cautious of Goh and get in front of their friends.

"Could it be… that you've given up? Have you figured that is the only way you can keep on going…?" Goh asked, leaving the wild pokemon puzzled as to what he was trying to say. Goh rubbed crumbs off the Fire Type, causing some dried mud to come off, making it flustered about it.

The Scorbunny turned towards him, before making a small smile on his face.

"You can't just give up… It's a big world out there…! Anywhere you want to go, you can just go and you can make all sorts of friends! You see… all you and have to do is try everything…!" Goh explained brightly.

Hikari chuckled, before putting an arm around Goh.

"Goh's telling you the truth! Now he may act really smart, but he only just figured it out just now." Hikari explained, much to Goh's embarrassment as he protested to his friend's words.

"I've always figured it out this way!" Goh protested, causing Hikari to raise an eyebrow.

"Yeah? You sure?" questioned Hikari, causing Goh to argue back.

"Sure I'm sure!" Goh reassured loudly, before he turned back to the Rabbit Pokemon.

"Yeah, and another thing…! People say the soles of your feet can bring you good luck! So if something doesn't work out just right, then you smack that thing away with one kick!" Goh reassured brightly.

That seemed to have caused a spark in the first Scorbunny's eyes, yet it caused Hikari to yelp and protest to Goh's words!

"Hey! Don't go saying that! What if you're the next one that gets kicked!?" Hikari reminded, causing Goh to realize what Hikari was saying as he covered his butt, only to get Scorbunny annoyed.

In response, the first one kicked Hikari's butt instead, irritating Eevee for a sudden kick as she glared at the fire type for doing such a thing.

"Hey! What was that for!"

"That's for beating me!"

Eevee chased after Scorbunny, which soon turned into a little game of chase as they both ran around Goh and Hikari.

Goh checked his Rotom Phone and widened his eyes to see what time it was right now.

"Ah…! Hikari! It's almost time for the train to leave!" Goh reminded, catching the Pallet town girl by surprise before they got their bags ready to make their quick leave.

"Let's go!" Hikari cried out as the children began to run towards the station with Eevee by their side.

"Hey! Thanks, mister!"

"Thanks a lot!"

"See you later!"

As they were running off with Eevee by their side, Scorbunny watched them leave them leave before they turned to see their Nickit friends calling to them.

He turned, as the Nickit trio made cries of what they knew and what they had realized: Scorbunny wanted to go with them to learn more about the world they live in. He pondered for a bit while denying that he wanted to go at first. But as he walked past the three Fox Pokemon… they used their tails to lift their leader up!

They then began to ran off, which surprised him before they dashed while carrying him after the children and Eevee, heading to the station as well! The shop owner watched before he smiled, believing that things are going to get interesting with this Scorbunny.

Later, at Wyndon Station…

The children rushed into the train that would take them to the Wild Area!

"Hurry up!" Hikari called as she rushed onto the train first next to Eevee. Goh got on the train as well.

What they didn't know, was that the Nickit had followed them with Scorbunny with them!

When they arrived near the train, the trio threw their leader into the train, catching him by surprise.

Just as he was about to call for they're Nickit friends, the Nickit trio stopped him from coming out as they all demonstrated on what they could do, thanks to him being around and helping them search for food.

The first demonstrated by kicking a can, before the second Nickit knocked the can to the bin where the third Nickit was waiting. And with perfect timing, the third one used it's tail to knock the can into the trash bin!

As soon as they displaed their new skills to the fire type, then teased him with their tails wagging and they pulled each of their eye… the same kind of teasing he would do sometimes at other people…Pokemon… and even each other!

Upon seeing this, he began to tear up before he wiped his tears from his eyes. While doing so, it caused him to lose some of his mud thanks to his tears wiping away a little.

He grinned weakly, feeling appreciated by the gesture before the train doors closed. And with the whistle blowing, the train began to move out of the station, causing the Nickit trio to wave and cry goodbyes to their FireType friends.

While at the train, Scorbunny was getting the dried mud off his fur so that he can could move onto his next stage of his life, which would be to travel with the children on the adventures that he might have.

While he was doing that the children and Eevee where in another car, as they had contacted Cerise Laboratory to explain of what they had went through today to the Professor and his assistants.

"So you two met a trio of Nickit led by a Scorbunny?"Professor Cerise asked, with Goh affirming that it was true with a smile.

"Sure did! Scornbunny are amazing Pokemon!" Goh spoke, before the Professor remembered another detail of what the boys had given it to him.

"And this Scorbunny had covered itself with mud… so it would look more like a Nickit?" Prof. Cerise asked, before Goh remembered something when he tried to scan the Scorbunny.

"Hold on… That may be the reason why my Rotom Phone didn't recognize it in the first place…" Goh spoke, recalling of when the Rotom Phone couldn't show the data on the Scorbunny.

"You might have a point there… Hmm… This is a fancinating kind of story you've shared with us. Thanks!" Prof. Cerise said, expressing his thanks, before Hikari explained of what their next plan was.

"We're going to the Wild Area next to check out those huge Pokemon!" Hikari explained, catching the Professor's attention as she smiled at her young research fellows.

"Understood. Stay safe!" spoke the Professor, earning nods from the children and Eevee.

"We will!"

"I'll keep them safe!"

With that said, the call ended. As soon as it did, a growling noise came from Hikari's stomach, surprising Goh as Hikari groaned, feeling the hunger come back to her again.

"Ooh… I'm so hungry… We must've chased those guys all around town…" Hikari groaned, feeling weak from the hunger that she was feeling right now.

"Aren't there any scones leftover from when we left the scone shop?" Hikari asked as Eevee was going through her bag before she noticed to see no scones in her bag. There wasn't either a crumb or two!

"They ate them." Eevee sighed knowing who took them.

"They're gone… They've all got eaten up…" Hikari spoke with a sheepish smile. She recalled of when Scorbunny dug into her backpack, he shared the scones with the Nickit trio.

Upon seeing the sheepish expression on Hikari's face, Goh smiled before he took out his bag from his backpack… Which caught Hikari's eyes before she grinned.

"Scones!" When did you get them!?" Hikari exclaimed, as she began to drool a little at the sight of the bag's delicious smell right now.

"They were a gift from the shop owner. He was kind enough to give me these for free after helping him out with the shop the Nickit and Scorbunny from stealing again. I also just happened to buy lots of milk tea, too!" Goh said, as he showed a red thermos that was warm thanks to the milk tea, causing Hikari to grin at her friend.

"You are a genius!" Hikari exclaimed, causing Goh to be rather proud of himself. As they got ready for it's meal.

"Let's eat!"

"Yummy!"

"Way ahead of you!"

With that the children and Eevee began to enjoy the scones that the shop owner gave them, along with some warm milk tea to enjoy as they were headed for the Wild Area they would arrive in the next day, meaning they'd spend the night on the train.

But while they enjoyed their evening meal, they never knew was the Scorbunny was in another car, as he smiled, looking forward to see the humans and Eevee friends.
