Frederica: May I tell you both something?
Subaru: Yeah sure-
After a slight pause, Frederica spoke,
Frederica: I believe that master Roswaal was not killed during the witch cult attack, and I think I know where he is. _
Subaru's eyes widen, was he mishearing her? If Roswaal was alive he could convince him to help him with his goal of defeating the witch cult! After he told him what the Witch cult did, he would definitely want to help him!
Subaru: Really!? Tell me where he is, please!
Frederica: Calm down, I only said I might know where he is, sadly with how things are I can't ever understand what Master Roswaal is thinking. However, considering how strong Master Roswaal is I don't believe he would be killed by anything in the witch cult, I think it's more likely he went to the Sanctuary or one of his many mansions.
Subaru: Ugh, what is it and rich people having multiple Mansions, are you saying we will have to check all of his mansions and whatever this Sanctuary place is!?
Frederica: Yes, however, you could ask someone who knows what Master Roswaal thinks the best. And to my knowledge, the only two people who know Master Roswaal best are Ram and Lady Beatrice.
Beatrice: Hmph, I haven't had a full conversation with him in forever, I suppose, but if anyone could know what he's thinking it would be me, in fact.
Subaru: Great, alright Beako, tell me where Ros-chi is!
Beatrice: He should be in Sanctuary, I suppose.
Subaru: Great, everyone pack your bags we're going to the Sanctuary-
Beatrice: Absolutely not, I suppose!
Subaru: Beako, what do you mean? We have a chance to meet Ros-chi, we might even be able to convince him to help us on our mission to defeat the witch cult, you said it yourself he is super strong with him on our side we would be unstoppable!
Beatrice: Yes I did say that, however, you are forgetting what betty said after that, he's crazy, I suppose! He is already obsessed with completing a goal he would help us, In fact!
Subaru: Even if he says no we still need to try, Beatrice, we can't just keep hoping that all the Sin Archbishop we fight are going to be weaker than us, we need more allies strong ones and this is the best chance!
Beatrice: The answer is still no, with me and your authority we can beat the bishops, I suppose, even if we needed to make allies there are plenty of other people who are skilled in magic and fighting, I suppose.
Subaru thought for a moment before speaking again, Beatrice had some good points and he was struggling to come up with reasons for them to go to the Sanctuary.
Subaru: I still don't understand my authority, he is incredibly skilled in magic right? He could help me with dealing with my authority.
Beatrice: Even if you don't know how to use it I can still defeat the Bishops, I suppose, besides I assume you already did everything you needed to do to prevent the authority from making you go insane, I suppose.
Subaru: Ye- wait, what? I needed to do something before I got my authority!?
Beatrice's eyes widen in shock,
Beatrice: Wait you didn't- Then what was the point of even killing Petelgeuse, I suppose! If you don't do anything you'll go insane and act exactly like him, in fact!
Subaru fell to the ground was he hearing things correctly, would he go insane, or even worse would he start murdering people as that maniac did!?
Both Lyra and Beatrice extended their hand but Subaru still sat with both a shocked and worried look on his face,
Lyra: Hey pal, cheer up, uh hey... isn't this only more a reason to go to the sanctuary this Roswaal guy is skilled in magic right so he could help with whatever problem you have.
Subaru looked at Lyra before pushing her hand away and grabbing Beatrice. Lyra looked a little hurt by this but she started to smile again soon after.
Subaru: She is right if anyone could help me why not Roswaal he is the "Court mage" right so he could help.
Beatrice closed her eyes in deep thought then she sighed before speaking again.
Beatrice: Fine we can go to the sanctuary and see Roswaal, I suppose.
Subaru got raised his hands while screaming "Victory!" in joy, Beatrice just sighed at this, Frederica chuckled, and Lyra joined him in his screaming. After Subaru stopped screaming he told Lyra to prepare luggage for the trip, she nodded and left.
Subaru: Well then Frederica I can't thank you enough for telling us this, that being said do you plan on coming with us to the sanctuary?
Frederica: No, sorry I must stay I have to take care of this mansion even if they are plenty of others to do it.
Subaru: Alright, if it's your choice to stay here then ill respect it.
After their chat, Lyra came back into the room and told them the preparation was finished so Subaru and Beatrice followed her outside, when they arrived outside there was a carriage.
Subaru: Woah, where did you guys get this?
Lyra: We stole it, obviously!
She said with a friendly smile on her face,
Subaru: At least say it like you regret doing it, whatever who did you steal it from?
Lyra: From some random merchant, he managed to run away animals were protecting him that's why it was almost like he was talking to them.
Subaru: The witch cult never ceases to be an absolute evil.
Lyra: Haha, anyway before we go is there anything I should tell the other cultists to do while you, me, and Beatrice are gone?
Subaru: Hmm, wait why just you bring some cultists with us
Lyra pouted before speaking again,
Lyra: Aw fine ill make sure to bring some other cultists, anything else?
Subaru: Tell the ones that are staying to guard Frederica and the mansion.
Lyra nodded her head and walked back to the mansion Subaru and Beatrice entered the carriage and after a little while, Lyra came back to the carriage with a couple of cultists behind her. Lyra seat at the front to drive the carriage while the cultists that followed walked Lyra stayed outside the carriage to guard it. Once the mansion was almost out of view Frederica rushed outside and shouted "Beware of Gar-" that was all Subaru could hear.
The carriage slowly made its way to the Sanctuary, Subaru and Beatrice laughed and talked to each other while they made their way to the sanctuary.
Subaru: Hey Beatrice, before we arrive at the Sanctuary can you tell me things about it? I mean I still don't get what this is.
Beatrice: The Sanctuary was created a long time ago, I suppose, by mother, it was meant to keep something inside it, in fact.
Subaru: Mother, wait the same person who told you to stay at that Library? Is she still alive perhaps we can see her!
Beatrice: Mother is no longer alive, I suppose, we can't see her.
She said with a frown on her face, seeing this Subaru changed the topic as soon as possible.
Subaru: So you said Roswaal had some kind of goal he's obsessed with can you tell me what it is?
Beatrice: He wants to see mother again because he loves her, I suppose.
Subaru: Oh well- wait Roswaal is in love with your mother, ROSWAALS INTO MILFS!?
Beatrice: What is a milf, I wonder?
Before Subaru could explain the carriage came to a sudden stop,
Subaru: Huh, Lyra what's the hold-up?
Lyra: Uh well we are almost there but- actually it's better if you come out and see.
Both Subaru and Beatrice were confused by this but they decided to listen and exited the carriage. Once they exited the carriage they saw all the cultists staring at a young and relatively short boy with short, combed-back gold hair and deep and sharp green colored eyes.
?: Who th' hell are all of ya and wha' are you doin' here!
The boy was loud and commanding like a guard or someone of the same status.
Subaru: My name is Subaru Natsuki, now that I told you who I am mind telling me who you are?
?: The nam's Garfiel Tinsel, and ya better leav' or I will have to force' you.
The boy spoke with a serious look on his face, even an idiot could understand what he was trying to say, if they didn't leave they would have to fight him.
