After getting Fantomate, Claude and Marguerite to settle down, Little Vampire and the others went to play.
Ellie was surprised to see that the rest of Little Vampire's family was alright with her and Michel being at their house then remembered what Pandora and the Captain had told her back in the old library an hour earlier.
Michel on the other hand was a bit upset that Ellie was now friends with Little Vampire but wondered if they actually were or if his best friend just claimed to be friends with Ellie since he wanted more human friends.
Either way, Little Vampire was happy about being able to play with both Michel and Ellie as he led them down to where the Captain's ship was as he wanted them to play on it now that it had a new figure head again.
The new figure head was similar to Sleeping Belle but was different as her name was Brair Rain and she's a two tailed mermaid figure head who actually respected Pandora unlike Sleeping Belle had no respect for her.
"A pirate ship?" Ellie said in awe, Brair Rain smiled at the young girl. "Hello there, ready to play?" Brair Rain asked Ellie, she looked at Little Vampire then Brair Rain before smiling at her. "Yes!" Ellie replied very sweetly.
Ellie smiled as she walked up the gang plank in order to get onto the ship as she couldn't wait to play on it, but she felt like there was something else magical about the Captain's ship as Little Vampire spoke suddenly.
"My mom and I were brought onto the ship by the Captain and with the ships magic, we were changed into vampires." Little Vampire told Ellie; she paused for a moment as she looked at Little Vampire intently then.
"How does that work?" Ellie asked him cautiously; Pandora heard the conversation. "Only those with a broken heart can join us like this after the magic has changed them." Pandora explained as Ellie then backed away.
Ellie suddenly became worried that the ships magic would change her as she'd had her heart broken before and no matter how hard Ellie tried to be happy, she was unable to mend her own heart, so she hid her heart.
"What's wrong?" Little Vampire asked in concern, Ellie didn't want to play on the ship anymore but before she could say why 'BOOM!' the three heard the ships cannon being fired by Claude who had hit Ophtalmo again.
Meanwhile Michel and Marguerite were at the top of ship swinging from the ropes while pretending to be monkeys. "Stop it!" Fantomate ordered the four, none of them listened to the little red dog as he yelled at them.
"Are they always like this?" Ellie asked in bemusement, Pandora sighed as her son went to join them. "Unfortunately, they are always like this." Pandora replied as the Captain got the six to settle after scolding the boys.
Pandora and the Captain wanted to let the children to play, but only if they didn't do something that would get Michel and Ellie hurt only none of them had any ideas for a safe game that all seven of could play together.
That's when Little Vampire got an idea that could calm everyone down. "Could you sing for us Ellie?" Little Vampire asked kindly, the young girl looked at him and the others only to see that they wanted her to sing too.
"Do you have an acoustic guitar?" Ellie asked him, Little Vampire flew away then quickly came back with a black acoustic guitar then handed it to Ellie so she could tune it, before playing a haunting song as she sang it.

At the end of the sing, Ellie opened her eyes to see that everyone was staring at her in shock. "What?" Ellie asked breaking the silence, Pandora and Little Vampire were the first ones to snap back out of their trances.
"That was hauntingly beautiful." Pandora responded to Ellie; the boys nodded in agreement. "I knew you could sing but I didn't know you sing like that." Michel said rubbing his arms to make the goosebumps to leave.
"You were amazing Ellie!" Little Vampire praised her, hearing that made Ellie blush beet red. "I-it was nothing." Ellie replied shyly, she didn't know why their praise made her feel warm on the inside, but it did feel good.
The Captain felt the pain and sorrow in Ellie's voice as she sang and realized that her heart was broken which is why she hadn't wanted to play on his ship knowing that it would have changed her like his wife and son.
"I believe that it's time for Ellie and Michel to head home." The Captain said as he looked at his watch, both Little Vampire and Michel groaned in annoyance at that, but they listened to the Captain of the dead anyways.
Little Vampire and Fantomate left to take Michel back while Pandora took Ellie back to the library. "I can take you home if you'd like." Pandora told Ellie; the young girl shook her head. "Here is fine." Ellie said politely.
Pandora nodded in concern then went home, after checking to make sure that the adult vampire was gone, Ellie grabbed her stuff then went upstairs to where the old owner's apartment was as the library is her home.
No one at school knew that Ellie lived in the town's old library after she ran away from home since her former family pretty much abandoned her one-by-one starting with her mother and ending with her father at last.
The fact that Ellie had been abandoned was what caused her heart to break, and no one has been able to help heal it, what Ellie didn't know was that pretty soon, she'd end up with a whole new family to help heal her.
Pandora got back home after meeting up with Little Vampire and Fantomate as they flew back together as a family meeting would need to be held in the auditorium with the whole family in attendance for Ellie's sake.
"Mommy, what's wrong?" Little Vampire asked her, Pandora looked at her family. "We need to talk about Ellie." Pandora responded, everyone wondered what was wrong, but they would soon learn some shocking news.
