NAME: Living Statues
CLASSIFICATION: D
DESCRIPTION: Unable to describe due to variety of this Anomaly. But the majority seem to take the appearance of humans and Faunus.
LEVEL: Reality
INFORMATION: Unable to contain due to it being a Reality Class.
Anomaly 173 or Living Statues are a race of entities that are made of a combination of flesh, stone, and/or metal. The appearance along with the tone of their skin varies from one to another. Currently their skin tone seems to lean more towards green, silver, gold, copper, and marble. Their only purpose is to find a certain spot, normally in a heavily populated area and make certain poses and stay like that for hours on end. When no one is present, they have been known to simply vanish from their spot and all traces of them disappear.
As of the current date, their current population is less than 200. Either they reproduce with one another very slowly or that it rarely happens.
HISTORY: The first siting of this Anomaly was a few weeks after the original ARC CORP Containment Breaches occurred. The first one was a marble statue of the Founder of Mantle, George White. The statue was smaller than the original and it simply posed in the middle of the square. People were so amused by it that they took it as a form of street theater or art and threw currency of the time at its feet. Soon other statues of similar nature were found in Vale, Vacuo, Mistral and several other smaller towns and villages.
By the time the now reformed ARC CORP investigated, the Living Statues were already known to the public and were then designated Reality Class level.
