Trinity and Chastity were surprised the next morning to find their older sister, Harmony, in an animated discussion with Beast and Betsy as well as two other adults dressed in lab coats. One of the two strangers was an adult male with dark hair and freckles. He spoke with a midwestern tone and had a casual demeanor. The other was a woman with tanned skin and sun-bleached hair. She had a stern but polite look on her face and was quietly participating in the conversation.
"Who is she with?" Chastity questioned looking up at the two adults.
"Maurice Lane and Monica Sairs…" Trinity replied after looking back through her memories quickly.
Dr. Maurice Lane was one of the Doctors Jamie was treated by on Muir Island. He was basically a genius, he had two PHD's in psychiatric fields as well as a Doctor of Medicine in both obstetrics and psychiatry. He was very accomplished for his age having graduated from high school at age 13. He was non-mutant, but had many friends in the mutant community and was an avid ally.
Dr. Monica Sairs was known better as Sunwave and was a cardio-pulmonary specialist. She was a mutant who was able to create thermal energy in her core and had even served as a human-generator once during an operation that saved Betsy's life.
She and Betsy had been close since and many mutants saw her as a special kind of hero.
When the younger girls approached, Harmony stopped her conversation short and pulled the older of her two sisters into a big hug.
"It's so great to see you both!" She told them as she let go of Trinity and pulled Chastity in quickly, "Monica, Maurice these are my little sisters Chastity and Trinity… Chas, Trin, these are my two new supervisors." She added introducing her sisters to the two physicians.
"I believe I've met Trinity before actually!" Dr. Lane stated shaking both the teens' hands.
"Yeah, I met you during one of Jamie's appointments!" Trinity responded nodding after a moment.
"So you're doing a residency at Muir Island then?" Chastity asked after a moment.
"Yeah, there is a serious lack of mutant friendly medicine in this country, it made me realize that I need to use my degree to help people like you both and your classmates and teachers!" Harmony told her sisters who both nodded in response.
"Having more non-mutants in our corner is going to continue to make a difference it's true!" Sunwave told the group before excusing herself and stepping away.
After several minutes of casual conversation Beast went to excuse himself from the conversation only to be followed by Trinity.
"Do you know how Harmony got ahold of Dr. Lane… I know she had to have talked to someone here…" Trinity stated walking toward the tube with her teacher.
"As a matter of fact, she contacted me while you were on your winter holiday break!" Dr. McCoy told her, holding the door to his lab/classroom open for her.
"Wow…" Trinity replied thinking back to their conversation in the car on the way to the tree farm.
"She was really touched by the situation with Mr. Madrox, she thought that having the opportunity to study under doctors, who actually treat Mutant patients would be very beneficial for her!" He told the teen who nodded and turned when the door opened to the lab. Jamie Madrox joined them after waving his entrance.
"Hey Babe!" Trinity addressed the other student with a hug and a kiss to the cheek.
"I heard Harmony is going to work with Sunwave and Dr. Lane, sounds cool…" he told her as they bid Beast goodbye and made their way back up to where her sisters waited.
"Apparently Dr. Lane wants her to see the work that he and the other surgeon there did on my eye…" Jamie added as they stepped back into the tube. Trinity looked over with wide eyes.
"You should absolutely tell them no if you aren't comfortable with that!" Trinity told him squeezing his hand.
"No Trin it's fine!" He told her with a chuckle, "She's a doctor and it's a learning experience for her, it's cool…" he added shaking his head.
"Are you sure?" She questioned softly. She didn't want him to feel like some kind of zoo animal or something.
"No no it's totally fine, it's a thing that happened to me and I'm not ashamed or something… I want to be able to help if something happens to anybody else!" He told her firmly.
It was actually very Jamie, that he was more worried about others than himself. He was always so concerned about his friends. She knew it came from his home life as a child of course, Jamie's dad was incredibly abusive toward him and his mom. Jamie took it upon himself to protect her as long as he could, now that she was no longer in his life that energy transferred to his friends and classmates.
"As long as you're cool with it… that's all that matters!" Trinity said after a moment. He nodded and pulled her into a tight hug. They walked to her sisters together before he removed his eye patch to show the eldest girl his injury and healing process.

Blake and Kurt had just arrived at Darius' residence after seeing Trinity and her sisters off on their jet ride to Muir Island.
When they walked through the front door they were surprised to see Pietro and his sisters seated in the living room chatting about their week.
"Have y'all seen Dari or Korey and Paige?" Blake asked as her boyfriend stood and hugged her.
"Darius is upstairs, Korey was in the kitchen last I saw him… Paige is out with Colton and Envy seeing a movie!" Lorna told them waving and smiling at Kurt, "how're you doing Nightcrawler?" she added to which the other smiled.
"I'm doing well Polaris, and yourself?" He asked in response.
"A little tired lately but nothing to complain about!" She told him with a chuckle.
Korey came walking in and proceeded to give Kurt a single pat on the back.
"Yo DC, there's a piece of fuzzy blue man candy waiting on you down here!" Korey called up through the ceiling getting a sharp smack to the chest from his roommates' partner.
Blake barked with laughter before she saw her brother coming down the hall with a smirk on his face.
"He hit me!" Korey told the team leader who chuckled before pulling the blue boy into a tight bear-hug.
"If you objectified me, I'd hit you too!" Darius told him with a chuckle, "regardless of how true what you said was…" he added to which Kurt rolled his eyes.
Darius shook his head before giving Kurt a peck on the nose and having a seat on the floor across from the couch. Kurt sighed before following him and Korey to the floor.
"So, what should we do… we've got a deck of cards right…" Darius asked to which Korey held up a deck of Mavericks.
"How about Mow?" Korey suggested making Kurt and Blake groan.
"I don't know what that is!" Darius said looking up to Lorna and her siblings who shook their heads.
"Some people call it communist Uno…" Blake started, "You aren't allowed to talk unless you pause the game, if the game is paused you aren't allowed to touch your cards, there are a few other rules we aren't allowed to tell you!" She told them getting a confused look from Wanda.
"How are we supposed to learn them then?" The girl twin questioned.
"You have to pick them up through observation!" Kurt told her.
"And if we break a rule?" Pietro asked in turn.
"You are given a card… the point is to have no cards left in your hand just like Uno!" Kurt answered to which the other boy nodded.
"What are the rules about laying down cards?" Darius asked as Korey began dealing out the hand.
"Same number or suit or one number up or down!" Korey told them all, "also when you win a hand you get to make up a rule, and you don't have to share it with anyone if you don't want to!" he finished explaining.
Darius chuckled a bit before shaking his head.
"This is gonna end in a fist fight…" he casually stated to which his sister responded.
"Yeah, it usually does!" Blake remarked before looking to Korey who had finished dealing.
"This is the game of Mow, all rules and regulations begin now!" He spoke before flicking the top card of the deck and picking up his cards.

"So you're coming home with us tonight?" Blake asked her brother who nodded after a moment.
"Max has already headed home so Kurt will have his room to himself tonight and he goes home tomorrow…" Darius told the girl who chuckled and nodded.
"Even if he wanted to, you know you guys can't have like… real private time, right?" She asked the elder who nodded.
"Yeah… he told you that I took advantage of him, didn't he!" Darius stated looking over at her with the saddest eyes she'd ever seen, "B I would never have hurt him, and I feel so stupid for not realizing he wasn't into the moment!" He told her looking away.
"Hey, I don't blame you or him… besides you both worked it out right?" She asked in return.
"Yeah he forgave me… and still does any time I apologize again!" Darius replied looking over to his partner who was currently caught up in conversation with his old friend Korey.
Blake rolled her eyes and smirked before calling for Kurt to come and teleport them back to the mansion. Kurt approached and Darius smiled.
"Are you ready to go Leib?" Kurt asked Darius softly.
Darius nodded before taking hold of Kurt's hand and giving it a squeeze. After letting them have their moment, Blake took Kurt's other hand and bid the others goodbye before she and the couple disappeared.
