Well this story was written by my friend and I as a story for English. It may be short and it was done in an hour.

Voyager's Christmas
Janeway stared at the stars outside her ready room window. She sighed and took a sip of coffee.
Chakotay's voice came over her comm badge, " Captain we're being hailed by an alien ship."
Janeway tapped her comm badge, " I'll be there in a minute."
Seconds later Janeway arrived on the bridge, " On screen."
" I'm Captain Kathryn Janeway of the Federation Starship Voyager."
" I am Ulan of the Taracan. Why are you in our territory?"
" We are only passing thruogh. We'll be gone in a few days. Anyway what happened to your Christmas Spirit?" Janeway said.
" Christmas. What is Christmas?" Ulan asked.
" Just a little holiday we have decided to celebrate this year," Janeway answered.
" Be out of our space in four days. Or you will be sorry," replied Ulan.
Later in the briefing room Janeway had called her Senior Staff for a meeting.
" Since the holiday is coming up I don't want any slacking off," Janeway informed her crew " that means you to Mr Paris."
" Would I do that," Paris exclaimed sarcastically.
" I won't answer that," B'Elanna joked.
As the rest of the Senior Staff gave him funny looks and stifled laughs except for Tuvok who just raised an eyebrow.
After the meeting Tom ran after B'Elanna and asked her if she wanted to help organise a surprise Christmas party for the Captain.
" Tom when I get off duty I'll help you but right now I'm busy fixing things in engineering, " B'Elanna replied.
" Ok see you in two hours then." Tom said.
In the holodeck Tom and Neelix began to set up the party.
" Computer put a Christmas Tree in the left-hand corner of the room," Commanded B'Elanna.
" Hey I was going to do that," Complained Tom.
" Stop acting like a two-year-old at Christmas," B'Elanna said playfully.
" But it is," Tom pretended to sulk.
" Shouldn't we get on with preparing the party? It's tomorrow night and I have to know what food to prepare," Neelix complained away to himself fixing the tree.
The neat day an hour before the party Tom, B'Elanna, Harry and Neelix were putting the finishing touches to the party. Meanwhile Chakotay was having a great time keeping Janeway away from holodeck two. When Seven came barging into Janeway's ready room.
" Captain there's a problem with holodeck two," Seven informed Janeway.
" Well can't Torres handle it?"
" No it is quite serious."
" Right I'm coming," Said Janeway.
She jumped out of her chair and ran to catch up with Seven. They both walked to holodeck two and waited outside. All of the Senior Staff, some of the engineering staff and any others who could be spared were at the party. Seven pulled Janeway into the holodeck and pitch-blackness engulfed them.
" Torres are you there ?" Asked Janeway.
" Over here Captain," answered B'Elanna.
Janeway walked towards B'Elanna as she did the lights suddenly came on.
Everybody yelled, "Surprise!"
Janeway jumped.
Chakotay walked over and gave her a hug, " Merry Christmas Kathryn."
They all had a great time at the party and exited the Taracan territory on time. It was the most fun any of them had in a while but it was back to normal the next day. Trying to find a way home.
