Chapter 952.
"A Sporting Help."
(October 12. Great Lakes City.)
We are now here, at Great Lakes City, and at the soccer field, and at the moment this is where we see Lincoln Loud, Jordan Rosato, Lynn Loud Jr and Ronnie Anne Santiago, and with Carlota Casagrande too and one of her friends named Mia, and they explained to them the situation at hand.
"So, if I don't complete the P.E Credit, then I won't be able to graduate and my life will be ruined! You have to help me figure out which sport I am good at!"
Ronnie Anne then looks to the trio. "And that is why we called you guys, we wanna know if you three can help. Since Lincoln and Jordan are Dodge Ball Contest winners, and then we have the All-Star Player to almost every sport in Royal Woods, Lynn Loud Jr. Can you try and help Carlota out?"
Lynn smirks. "The text message was serious, and that is why we brought those two guys here, come on out morons!"
They then see two guys from the other world, Boomer and Sergei. Boomer is dressed as a soccer player, and Sergei is dressed as a referee. This confuses the other, but then Jordan explains. "They will help test you, now go and see if you can nail in hitting the soccer ball into the goal."
Carlota nods, and she races over and grabs the soccer ball, and then she throws it, not kicks it and this confuses them and Boomer stays still and sees the ball roll to his feet, and then he yells. "Weak! Also, only he goalie uses the hands!" He then throws the ball back.
Carlota sighs and she tries it again, but the ball flies by Boomer, and they think it'll hit the goat, but it hits the side of the goal and goes back to her, then Carlota tries it again, but her shoe comes off and the ball flies by and nearly hits Laird, but Laird is hit by her shoe and he's trying to drink some tea.
They all go towards Carlota, but Boomer stays at the goal. "I don't think soccer is my thing." Then Sergei blows the whistle and he gives her a red card. "Wait, what the heck is this for?"
Lynn explains. "It means you're out of the game."
Carlota is surprised. "What? Why?! What did I do?"
Sergei then yells. "You suck at soccer, show how it is done Lynn!"
Lynn smirks. "With pleasure!" She then has the soccer ball, and she places it on the ground and then she backs up. Lynn then races over and she kicks the ball, but as she kicks it and it is now on fire and headed to Boomer, and the guy is wide eyed and horrified.
"Oh... What the heck?!" The ball hits him and he is sent to the goal, and then Lynn calls out.
"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAL!"
Sergei goes to the downed Boomer and hands him a red card. "You suck!"
Carlota is shocked from seeing that. "Ummm, yeah. Soccer is so not my thing! Also, that looked painful."
(Sports training montage!)
Carlota tries Pole Vaulting, where she sees Ms. Kernicky land it like a pro, and when she tries it, she fails and she is sent flying off, and then Sergei hands her a red card.
Next, Carlota tries fencing, and she got her helmet on backwards, and accidentally cuts off the bully Becky's ponytail and this angers her, and she beats Carlota, and then Sergei gives her another red card.
Carlota then tries football, and she tries to get the ball past Boomer, but he keeps knocking her off, and taking the ball, he gets touch downs and she doesn't. Sergei then gives Carlota a red card, again.
Carlota tries swimming, though she seems to be having it hard since she isn't swimming fast and Boomer is beating her, and she gets a red card for being slow.
They do try some Tennis, and Boomer is ready for this, but Carlota's hit is weak and the ball hits the net. Sergei then hands her a red card and yells. "Terrible game, and terrible stance too!"
Carlota tries out baseball, but she misses each ball, and she ends up sending the ball to Boomer, face first. Carlota gets a red card for sucking and so does Boomer, they are starting to think getting Sergei Dragunov Spellman to be here is a big mistake. He's taking this red card thing a little too far.
(End montage.)
We are at the local sports gym, and Carlota is going to try this one sport she hasn't, and that sport apparently is dodge ball. Carlota is on one side, with Boomer and both are facing Jordan Rosato, and they are wearing gym clothes, Jordan does some stretches and even some pushups.
Carlota then asks. "Wait, isn't Jordan a total killer at this sport?"
Lynn calls out. "Ya darn right she is. This could help you with speed, and evasion tactics."
Boomer then speaks to Carlota. "Hey, I am on your side this time, and from experience, I know that the one rule in dodge ball is..." Boomer is struck by a dodge ball moving at great speed and he hits the wall. "Don't... Die." He falls to the ground, and Carlota is horrified, and then she sees Jordan and her eyes are like double barrel guns and she grins and looks menacing.
Carlota then curls up on the ground and she raises a white flag, she surrenders. Then Sergei goes over, and he hands her a red card. "You..." then he is struck by a dodgeball and hits the wall. "Suck." Jordan cracks her knuckles and she skips away.
The others are freaked out seeing that, but Lincoln is not fazed and same with Lynn. They've seen her at her full, and this is not her strongest. Lincoln then speaks. "Huh, didn't think she would hold back."
Ronnie Anne and Mia are shocked to hear this and then they ask. "Wait, that was holding back?!"
(Later.)
We now see them at the Park, and they are now trying one last sport and also Carlota is wearing a new outfit. "Certainly basketball could work" replied Lynn. Carlota sighs, and so she gives it a try, and her opponent is Boomer.
"Come on, you sucked at the other sports, what makes you think that you can..." Carlota then moves fast, and she throws the ball and it lands in the net. "This one? Ha! That was nothing..."
Carlota is handed another ball, and she didn't see this coming. "Huh, I am good at this." She then throws the ball and it nails into the basket. "Yes, nailed it!"
"Beginners luck." Vito and Bruno show up. "Let's see you handle with two more!" They join Boomer, and then they act as defense against Carlota. They try to keep her away, but Carlota evades them and she scores the slam dunk.
They try again, but Carlota evades Bruno, Boomer and Vito and the trio hit each other, and she throws the ball, and as the ball lands down she catches it, turns around and throws the ball and it goes into the net, and she smirks. "Nothing but net."
They go again, but Bruno and Vito aren't fast enough, and they collide with each other, Boomer tries to stop her, but she fakes her plan, and she goes right and not left and Carlota leaps into the air and she nails the slam dunk.
Sergei blows the whistle, and then Lynn speaks. "Carlota, you found the right sport, basketball. Also, you seem more agile in the outfit you choose. So, to avoid issues in the actual game, perhaps go with this game, and something that would suite you for the game, instead of the usual basketball jerseys."
Carlota smirks. "Oh, I can make that happen."
Then Vito comes over. "Best two out of three!" He tries to grab the ball, but he misses and Carlota throws the ball and it lands in the basket, and the others high five Carlota.
Sergei then goes over to Boomer and he pours an entire bucket of red cards. "You suck!" Boomer sighs and then he yells.
"Why is Sergei here again?!"
(The next day.)
The basketball game is in motion, and we see Carlota is going in and dressed in white and pink as is her teammates, and they watch as Carlota scores it for them against the rival high school, and she has been making a lot of scores, and they are crushing it.
Lynn smirks. "And that is how it is done, looks like Carlota is gonna get her P.E Credit after all, and I look forward to seeing her be the star of her team when they might face us one day."
They then continue to watch this go down, and Carlota and her team are so going to win, then Lincoln sees Bruno and Vito are here, and they have a basketball of their own. "What the heck are you two doing here?"
Bruno then speaks. "We're not down and out yet. We wanna have a rematch when this is over, and best 5 out of seven."
"She can't beat the unbeatable Bruno and Vito!" said Vito. "We were the aces back in our day."
Ronnie Anne sighs. "Wow. The Godfather of Carlitos is going a bit too far with this."
Lincoln and Jordan are surprised to hear this. "Wait, Vito is Carlitos Godfather?! When?!"
