"We managed to destroy most of the lab, but some data was transferred out of the network. I say that data hold valuable information on the Shadow Units. On top of that, the scientist responsible for creating them managed to escape. I say this mission was a failure." Marinda said as she reported to Chifuyu back at the academy.
"Perhaps, but at least Monomia made her own personal victory." Chifuyu said. "Still, this battle with Rogue Nirvana is lasting longer than expected. We've targeted three areas that have served them well. It's possible they could be getting desperate and could be getting ready to finish their little...disagreement with us soon."
"Possibly, but I wouldn't use desperate to describe how they feel." Marinda said. "Based on everything I could tell, Sakyo Qilin is not the type to get desperate." They both can tell things were getting a little edgy. Rogue Nirvana probably will make a big move. They'll probably be sure not to make any mistakes now.

Davis
Davis stood near a cliff by the academy. A lot has happened lately. This war with Rogue Nirvana is starting to get out of hand, and more and more good people are getting hurt. There has to be a way to end this for good, but the only way to do that will be to bring Sakyo Qilin down.
"It's certainly not like you to sit around and be a mope." Davis turned around and saw Tatenashi and Kanzashi was there.
"Hey, Tatenashi. Hey, Kanzashi. You two need something?" Davis questioned.
"You're thinking about Sakyo Qilin, aren't you? I bet you would just love to get your hands on him." Tatenashi said, and it seemed she was hitting the nail on the head with how Davis was feeling. "Well, seeing as how he is the head of this group, we've got something."
"What?" Davis questioned.
"Uh... Well, it's not that we know where he is or anything." Kanzashi said. "We did some research on him, to try and learn more about him. Learning about what kind of man we're up against can give us an idea of what we're fighting, as well as how to defeat him."
"And you have something?" Davis asked.
"We did find something...interesting." Kanzashi said as she wasn't sure how to process this. "As you know, Sakyo came from a pretty wealthy family. He was also the only child of the Qilin family."
"Yeah. So?" Davis questioned.
"What you probably didn't know was that...Sakyo actually killed his own father." Kanzashi claimed. Davis couldn't believe what he just heard. What kind of man could kill his own father?
...
Sakyo
"Lord Qilin, the meddlesome interferences of those pilots have caused quite some problems." Rico said as he reported to him, bowing to him like he was faced with a king. "The destruction of that lab has caused some hindrances. However, I do have good news. I managed to secure everything I could for the Shadow Units fitted for the Four Heavenly Kings. I'm also making the necessary improvements to Monarch."
"What is the compatibility rate now?" Sakyo questioned.
"The compatibility rate between the Shadow Units and the I.S. has increased greatly. It is now at ninety-percent." Rico reported. "The Shadow Units aren't capable of space travel, and there's a limit to the speed and altitude they can travel at, but I've done it. I've created a machine that can be on par with the I.S."
"That's excellent news indeed." Sakyo said as he was pleased to hear that. "The time is soon upon us. Finish what you can and hurry."
"Hurry? What for?" Rico questioned.
"You mean you haven't heard yet?" Sakyo said. "All our branches are gathering together. With the Four Heavenly Kings and myself leading the charge with our Shadow Units, we are about to unleash our wrath upon the world. The time is almost upon us for our grand declaration." Rico certainly liked the sound of that. "Now go."
"Yes, Lord Qilin!" Rico said as he was excited for what was to come. Alone with his thoughts now, Sakyo took the time to reflect on his life that brought him to this moment.
"Equality is near... We'll enforce it if we must..." Sakyo mumbled.

Flashback
"I was born as the only child to the Qilin Family, one of the wealthiest families in all of Japan" Sakyo narrated as he looked back on his life. He remembered his parents and his time with them from when he was just a small child. "My father was a successful business man. He was powerful and he certainly wouldn't allow anything to stand in his way.
He remembered the times he stood with his father when he was just a child. The two of them stared out a window in the mansion they lived in. He remembered the feeling of his father's hands ruffling Sakyo's hair. Sakyo felt like he was above the world.
"My mother was a kind woman. As I went on with my studies, she did her best to help me. She also made sure I had a balance of work and pleasure since I was just a child. She did everything she could just for my sake."
He remembers the warmth and love of his mother. Some of the happiest moments of his life were with his mother as the two of them played together. It was like no matter what, that woman loved her child and did everything she could just to make him happy.
"Being the only child of such a wealthy family, I had expectations out of me."
Sakyo had a lot of expectations to meet. He studied the arts, academics, and that's how he got his skills from the athletics.
"At first, I found some enjoyment in it. I saw my father like a powerful figure, one of the strongest there is. He always got what he wanted."
"Sakyo, if there's something you want in the world, let nothing stop you." His father taught him. "Fulfill your ambition and let your will be absolute, nothing and no one stops you."
"That was the only valuable lesson I've learned from my father. It turned out that I was naïve to what was really happening. One day, I came across my father assaulting my mother. He was yelling at her, hurting her, it was like he was trying to crush her very spirit."
Sakyo never forgot what he saw. Seeing your own father ridicule your mother is a terrible thing to see. Sakyo just couldn't look away as he saw his father assault her. Even when they noticed him, his father didn't stop.
"Father, why do you treat mother like that?!" Sakyo questioned him when he could.
"It's because I am a man and she is a woman." His father claimed. "Men are the warriors, the hunters, and are more powerful than women. Women are to heed the needs and wants of us men. We men hold more power than women. That's how it should be."
"I found what he said to be distasteful and disgusting. Mother was such a kind person, and I hated seeing her like that. I couldn't believe I never saw it sooner, but when I realized what was happening to my mother, I realized how much pain she was in. She endured all of it just for my sake."
Sakyo was finally beginning to see what kind of nature his parents truly have. He felt so sorry for his mother and had to do something.
"I studied history and found some historical women that were just as powerful. There are those like Rosa Parks, Susan B. Anthony, Joan of Arc, and much more; so I don't understand how my father could think of such a thing. I couldn't stand seeing my mother like this and had to do something. I begged and pleaded with mother to leave this place and that I would leave with her. She didn't deserve to be treated like this. She finally agreed and we attempted to make our escape."
Sakyo pleaded with his mother for them to leave with him. The two of them were going to do that, but we wouldn't be where we are today if that was the case.
"Father stopped us from going anywhere. He was most displeased with our decision, but he put more blame on my mother. His anger was uncontrollable and he snapped."
The sound of a gunshot echoed in his ears with the sight of his dead mother plastered in his mind.
"That was when I finally used the only valuable lesson my father ever taught me."
Sakyo snapped himself that day. He wanted his father to suffer the same pain. That's why he took a sword and took his father out in just one strike. As he stood over the corpses of both his parents, he turned into what he is today.
"I learned that men do not have more power than women. They are of equal power and potential. One should not have more power than the other. However, the development of the I.S. changed all that. It gave more power to the women. That was when I decided that I would change all of that."
End of Flashback...
...
Using the only lesson he learned from his father, Sakyo aimed for his goals and ambition with him not letting anything get in his way. He secured his family's fortune and have used it to initiate Rogue Nirvana and found his followers. As he finished looking back on his life, he stood from his throne and readied himself for the battles to come. There is only one who truly opposes him; one he shall destroy like all else that stand in his way.
"Davis Motomiya, you might think differently, but I am aiming for equality." Sakyo claimed. "I will use force if I must to obtain it. I am fighter of equality, a prince who wishes to share his kingdom with his people. If you see me as a villain, so be it. Every folklore and heroic tale has a challenge, and you are mine that I will vanquish."

The Next Day
A new day was rising over the horizon. The sun was just now rising, but Davis was up before it. After hearing what he did about Sakyo, he couldn't get it out of his head. He got up from his bed and walked over to the window with him thinking about his time since he's come back.
"Sakyo..." Davis mumbled as he just couldn't figure him out and wanted to know what he went through. Suddenly, an alarm was going off and alerting everyone with all of them waking up.
"What's going on now?!" Ichika said.
"Attention! We have enemies approaching from all directions!" Miss Yamada announced to all of those who remained. "This is not a drill! We are being attacked from all directions!" Sakyo is planning to bring about equality by force. To do that, there is one thing he has to do: destroy I.S. Academy.
...
Davis: Next time, it really is all-out war. Rogue Nirvana is attacking from all directions. I can't believe how many people there in following Rogue Nirvana. We're being attacked from the north, south, east, and west; and each of the Four Heavenly Kings is leading the charge with each one having their own Shadow Unit now. It's going to be insane, so don't miss it.
Next Time: Four Kings, Four Opponents
It's the endgame, but we're going to win it all.
