Naveen looked at him straight on, "Because even with my dear friends and Tiana's mother, I would have gone into great heartbreaking grief and anguish if I never knew what happened to my wife. I always trusted my friends to look after our daughter, telling her stories about us, knowing that she's safe and free and loved by all while I and my wife endured life for her, for our friends, for the chance of hope. I saw horrible things you wouldn't even imagine, and I witnessed my wife breaking down many times, but she wasn't alone for she had me at her side. I will and forever always love Tiana, with all my heart, to the ends of the earth, beyond life and death.".
Naveen paused as his fist tightened. "And how dare you even suggest that I should let Tiana go by herself?! I would've rather died than make that choice!", he argued. "Even after all this time, you still despise me for following my heart rather than listening to you and deciding who was better for me!".
"Naveen, please, calm down...", Queen Dhiyana tried to say. Naveen took a deep breath, and glanced at Queen Dhiyana, "Many apologizes, Mo-", before closing his eyes and then opened them again, "I'd have done it a hundred times if I could, and that's the truth.".
King Rilkan looked at him, "You have always been a very stubborn and passionate man...You truly have grown into a great husband and father, my son.", smiling warmly, "Welcome home, Prince Naveen.". Naveen looked at him strangely. "Did you...?"
"Father and the rest of us were feeling guilty the day we found out what happened to you... and we've honestly been thinking it for the past few years...", Ralphie said. "But we're... we're wanting to take you back, if you'll allow us."
Queen Dhiyana smiled softly, "Let's say that Eudora knocked some sense into your father especially. I and Ralphie was waiting for him to change his mind...".
Naveen exhaled, looking at his father in surprise, and felt his fingers enveloped by tiny hands, and he looked down to see Eve and Matt at his sides, half hiding yet half out from behind, looking up at him.
Smiling softly to reassure them that he's okay, he looked up at his father, realizing that he had seen his grandchildren, but didn't react rashly for he only has an almost hopeful, kind, and proud look in his eyes.
Naveen smiled at him, gently pulling his fingers out of his children's hands, "Excuse me for being this forward, but I will accept to be Prince Naveen again if you could hug me, Dad.".
The king paused for a moment before he brought him into a tight hug, "I'm sorry, Naveen..."
"It's alright, Father... it's alright now...", Naveen whispered back before they broke their hug. "Well, I know you probably may have met Eve once... but... you're going to have to meet your grandson... I must warn you though; he's different thanks to the curse we were under.".
The king nodded with a smile, and took a knee down, glancing at his grandson, "Hello, little one, I am your grandfather. You can call me Pops or Poppa.", speaking quietly.
Matt blinked at him and looked up at Naveen who smiled with a nod, and he looked back at the king, and then smiled toothily, "Po-Pop-Pops!", hugging him.
There came a chorus of 'AWWWW!' from the crowd, cheers and applause as Queen Dhiyana sobbed, hugging Naveen, "Oh, Naveen!".
"He's actually much younger than he looks.", Naveen explained. "More or less... eh, it's better to explain in private, Mother.".
"I agree... I would very much want to know what had happened...", Dhiyana said with a warm smile. "At least it's all over, Pleasure Island is no more.", Naveen replied.
King Rilkan smiled so brightly as he pulled gently from the hug his grandson is giving him, and announced, "ALL OF YOU, HEAD HOME AND BE WITH YOUR FAMILIES! TOMORROW WILL BE A FREE DAY OF NO WORK!".
Everybody cheered louder, hugging and laughing as they all left the hill, back to the city, to their homes, in their carriages, on their horses, or walking on foot.
Only the royal family is left, along with Louis, Tiana, Naveen, Charlotte, Big Daddy, and Eudora as Tiana is busy hugging her mother, and Ralphie hugging Louis. The ship still hovered, with Emma and Mulan exiting the ramp, smiling.
"So, do you think we're sticking around here for a night?", Mulan asked. "Not sure... we still got quite a number of folks to bring home and all, remember?", Emma said.
Matt giggled out loudly, "Mul-Mulan!", cantering up to Mulan, and Mulan laughed, hugging Matt, "You're making out to be a good runner, Matt.", noticing Eve running up to them, "And this must be little Eve, your sister.".
Eve smiled, "Eve big girl, not little!", and Mulan laughed warmly, "Alright, that's fair.", as Naveen smiled at Emma as she curtsied before his parents, "Father, Mother, I'd like to introduce you to Emma Silver, the leader of the United Talons. She is the one who brought us home.".
King Rilkan smiled, "I can't thank you enough for bringing us our people, especially our son, his wife, and our grandson.", and Emma smiled warmly, "You're very much welcome, your majesty. I am afraid that we must drop off more people to their homes.".
Queen Dhiyana smiled, "Well, when you have some time, and when the war is over, you, your family, and your team is welcome as guests to enjoy our city here.", and Emma nodded gratefully, "I thank you for the invitation, your majesties.".
"It's the least we can do for what you did for us.", Rilkan said. "After all, I'm certain our people weren't at the forefront of your mind when doing this, am I to guess?".
"You'd be correct. One of their group, Jason... was trying to rescue me from it... just all the other cursed prisoners were sort of an afterthought.", Mulan admitted.
Emma sighed heavily, "And then we met Louis and Ray...Mama Odie told us about Naveen and Tiana being taken away, but we didn't expect that Louis and Ray would have hiding places near Pleasure Island, all for the sake of Eve. If it wasn't for Ray...the island would have never been cleansed of dark magic, or the cursed prisoners free...".
Dhiyana looked up with a smile, "That's why the Evening Star has a companion now...They're truly together at last...at a price...", and Mulan replied, "He was dying...Saving the island, which is now reclaimed as Pixie Hollow Island, was his last wish...", with a somber nod.
Rilkan nodded, "Ray shall never be forgotten. When you visit later on, we will have a brand-new festival in honor of him.", and Emma smiled, "He would have loved that. Now, pardon us, we must leave now.".
With good-bye hugs between Tiana and Mulan, and handshakes between Emma and Naveen, they boarded the ramp, with the entire family waving to the ship as the ramp came back into the side, and flew off in a flurry of pixie dust, heading for the region of Salmon Run, where the small kingdom of Crowberry Ridge is located, ruled by the sole Queen Nita.
"Certainly making good time...", Jason said as he and Mulan looked out from the deck. "Never thought I would be flying in the air.", Mulan said as Jason chuckled.
"You get used to it.", Jason teased. Mulan giggled, "Right, your dragon form. Is it different compared to this?", and Jason smiled, "A bit different, yeah. It's only you, the wind, being up there, in your own control...".
Mulan smiled, "Sounds wonderful..", and Jason held her warmly, "Don't worry, we will drop all those people off, and then we can rest.".
With a call out for Crowberry Ridge both ways, 50 people were dropped off, reuniting with their families and spouses, and with another invitation for Queen Nita's birthday ball this winter later on, the ship continued on for the region of Sema, much to Haku's devastation yet hope for this used to be Pocahontas's homeland before Ratcliffe ruined it.
One of the three villages was Pocahontas's village, in pieces, but the other two villages are to be slowly rebuilt with the return of 25 people who were dropped off.
"You alright?", Logan asked Haku as they watched the villagers starting to leave the ship. "Okay... just... seeing the devastation that Ratcliffe caused and all...", Haku sighed.
"I know, it's like seeing Agrabah and all with Jasmine. It's hard to keep going sometimes when you see just how much you have to lose and all.", Logan replied with a frown.
Haku sighed heavily, "I know there is 12 people including Pocahontas and Koda and Nakoma left of her village, but it will be hard...I do not know if she wants to return back here...True, she would be chiefess as her father has passed on, but still...".
Logan nodded, "I can see where you're saying, Haku, but it takes time to heal and everything. It's up to her to make that decision, but you must not push her, but encourage her to take her time to think.".
"No, of course... same with Jason, we just feel we're trying to replace someone else at times...", Haku said. "I know, but you know how those girls feel about you two. So be happy about that.", Logan patted him on the back.
Haku nodded with a smile, appreciating his friend's support and comfort. Soon, the villagers left the ship entirely, and then the ship then set off for the island of Nalto, which contains the four kingdoms of Dunbroch, Macintosh, Dingwall, and MacGuffin.
25 people has been taken each from the kingdoms, and much to everyone's surprise when they accounted the people, one of them was Princess Merida, who ran away from her home of Dunbroch, wanting to change her destiny in refusing to be betrothed. As it was a 2012 movie, nobody saw it, but the team can see a tint of Disney and Pixar in her somehow.
Eventually, the ship made its final stops at Motunui and Ieuek before it finally was pulling towards Mickey's kingdom as the final location to deploy those that were under Mulan's command that had been taken.
With a handy fire message thanks to Haku, Cair Paravel was notified of their arrival, and the village was cheering as the sun rose, and the ship, now exhausted of pixie dust, has landed in the shallows of the docks.
"Out of gas...", Emma said to herself as she smirked since few would know the joke. The ramp dropped as many of the remaining survivors were let off and would quickly go to find their friends and loved ones. And right on the dock was Mickey and Minnie waiting for the others.
"Ahoy, your majesty!", John waved. "Permission to disembark?".
"Permission granted, Captain Silver.", Mickey chuckled. The team exited the ramp, and Minnie smiled happily as she saw Mulan, "Mulan, you're okay!".
Mulan smiled, "It's good to be back in Narnia, my queen. I'm better than ever, all thanks to Jason and his friends.", and Mickey laughed heartily, "Eric!", as he saw Eric coming down the ramp with Zuri, Ariel, Athena, Triton, and Theodore, and with Flounder gently released into the waters.
Triton ordered Flounder warmly to head to Atlantica with news of their win, Athena and Theodore, and a request for his soldiers to come fight in the final stand of the war, knowing that the rivers through the mountains and the Pride Lands can fit enough mermen and all, and Flounder understood, swimming away into the depths.
"Your majesty.", Eric bowed to Mickey. "I can clearly see much has happened on this journey... ", Mickey observed with a smile.
"It's one you wouldn't remotely believe if the proof was not standing before you.", Eric chuckled with a sheepish smile. "Well, you can feel free to explain all inside. We clearly have much to discuss...", Mickey nodded with a determined look.
"Such as planning our last moves against Frollo. He's all that's left now... the last stand.", Mulan said. Mickey nodded, "The war room, then. Let's take the carriages to the castle. Any idea is appreciated in this meeting, and every voice is to be heard.".
After several minutes of the carriages and walking, they made it to the war room, big enough to fit everybody at the time, and with a click, a paper map is then made into a hologram. Mickey smiled, "I was inspired to make this after seeing how you have made use of Adam's mirror and your portals, Emma. Now I am afraid that Frollo's territory was difficult to map out with many of my spies and scouts being killed by patrols, and I only managed to gather a bit of the geography and certain spots where they are bound to be advantageous for Frollo's armies. With the most recent report, Frollo has gone beyond desperation, for there is said to be three dark shields layered over one other, so the base of his operations, it is all armed, and we do not know what's inside the base either.", with a sigh.
"His forces?", Logan asked. "Unknown... but I suspect he's gathering any and all dark armies that are around to him; perhaps some stragglers from older territory lost, certainly some from the Congo and the Pride Lands; he's mostly given it up without much of a fight.", Mickey said.
"I fear he may be planning something...", Jason admitted. "If he's beyond desperate, then he might just hope we all march upon him and then have some sort of doomsday weapon prepared to wipe us out. Get us at our highest moral and all and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat."
Minnie nods, "That's what our friends and allies from the other kingdoms are concerned about. By messenger bird and Martag, they have affirmed to bring most of their armies in tow, and by now, they are bound by ship across Enchanted Lake. Queen Kida has offered Martags and Ketaks to be air support, next to our griffin shapeshifters and natural griffins here in Narnia and Andalasia, thanks to King Edward. Queen Elsa has offered her services as the Ice Queen, but fears that with summer in high time, even with the mountains lingering a bit from this past winter, she will have a difficult time for she doesn't want to freeze summer again if her emotions mess her up in the battle, thinking of her kingdom and family in the middle of fighting.".
Pippa blinks, "Why is that she is concerned?", and Mickey sighs, "She and Tadashi got secretly married nearly three months ago, and as of last week, by secret message, she said that Tadashi is expecting their first child as he took the carrier potion himself.".
"Wouldn't want to make him a widower if we can't help it; and this case it would be probably our fault in some way.", Emma rubbed her chin.
"Everyone wants this war done and over with once and for all; everyone can feel it, but as Jason said, Frollo might just be luring us all into a deadly trap.", Mickey sighed.
"I wouldn't blame him.", John huffed. "After a few deaths amongst his allies, I would start preparing for a last-ditch effort...".
Mulan frowned lightly, "What about Corona?", and Mickey replied, "King Frederick is coming with his army. I would be sad to lose Rapunzel as my chief healer, but she is to be queen, with her mother to guide her if Frederick passes away in battle. Frederick was hell as stubborn, but he told me secretly that I have never known in the past eight years that I've known him that he has an illness that not even Rapunzel or other magical healers could fix...Something about the lungs, I think you once called it Tuberculosis, Emma, as Kida told me some things.".
"Ooo...", Emma sighed. "There... is ways to fix it where we come from... but we either might be much too late or probably unable to get it to him in time.".
"I understand.", Mickey nodded. "Either way, he'll be wanting to march at the head of the army for sure if we do gather our forces on Frollo.".
Zuri sighed heavily, "If that's his last wish, we have to obey him on that. What about the rest of Corona?", and Minnie replied, "We got a message from Eilonwy. She's upset, but Lord Arthur is coming to fight, and he will be joining King Frederic.".
John sighed heavily, "By Aslan, that means Eilowny would be the Lady of Prydain if Lord Arthur passes away in battle.", and Mickey replies, "Arthur and Frederick was and are best friends. They made an oath to fight together in battle and watch each other's backs many years ago.".
Emma sighs, "Ah, I see.", before asking, "And Fantasia?". Minnie replies, "King Daniel, whom is Prince Charles's father, he is coming with his army. He has informed me that he is at peace after knowing that his granddaughter is safe and growing up with Charles and Cinderella, and he wants to die a hero and a king for his kingdom, to reunite with his wife in the heavens. And of course, we have you, Prince Adam as you have the throne of the southern half of Fantasia.".
Adam took a deep breath, "I know, Mickey. I was an ungrateful child, spoiled and more, but thanks to Pippa, I am prepared to fight for my people, for my kingdom, for her. I may not be king yet, but I will be one at heart.", with a warm, determined smile at Pippa as he squeezes her hand.
