by Tellu Disclaimer: Sailor Moon is not my invention. I do not make any money writing this fanfic (though kami-sama knows I WISH I did), so don't sue me! Now, on with the story! The world seems to be moving so fast! I know you aren't going to believe me, but there hasn't been a how-to book on sex published in fourteen long days. This little fact has made quite a difference in our Friday Night bridge club. Last night, not even one of us made mention of the word sex- or even thought about it for that matter. *Flashback sequence* "How's your mother, Eudial?" Mimette asked, breaking a thirty-minute silence. "Oh, fine." said Eudial. "I finally seduced- I mean, induced her to go downtown with me and check out the newest fall passions." "You mean fashions," said Mimette. "That's what I said." said Eudial. "The clothes were a drag, but we did enjow lunch in that new restaurant on Sakura Drive. They've got wonderful David Reuben sandwiches, if anybody's interested." We all looked silently at Eudial, who stopped talking and rearranged her cards. Another half-hour passed. "An amusing thing happened to me in the supermarket yesterday," said Mimette. "I was in the express line when I realized I was down to my last sensuous, rather, cent." "What did you do?" I asked. "I wrote a sex, what else?" Mimette asked. "You're lucky you had your sexbook with you, Mimette." I said. Twenty minutes went by, Tellu said: "Why don't I go get some refreshment." Everyone murmured consent. Tellu brought out a tray of cocktail weenies and said: "I hope no one's on a diet. I'd hate to contribute to anyone's- what is it they call fat people?" "Obscenity?" supplied Eudial. "That's it!" Tellu said, snapping her fingers. Everyone reached for a cocktail weenie, then looked at it, and put it back. Ten minutes later, the silence was interrupted by Mimette. "My, what time is it?" 'Eight-thirty." I said dryly. "Time sure flies when you're having fun," she said. "Well, it certainly is refreshing to sit around and talk about things besides sex," said Eudial, "I may have discovered a whole new dimension to me." "Well, are we going to talk or play cards?" asked Tellu. "Come on, Viluy, it's your turn to bed." "That's bid." I corrected. "What do you expect in fourteen days?" snarled Tellu, 'A miracle?" Author's Notes: Yes, I know it's short. So sue me. No, not really, but- oh, you know what I'm talking about. Send comments to Datatape@aol.com.
