After the Starship Genesect has a whopping total of 76 Power Stars, Genesect, while piloting the starship, says, "Because we have enough Power Stars to go to the I.A.A.S. Galaxy, let's take a shortcut once more."

Once again, Genesect accelerates the starship to enter another shortcut. At another field of asteroids, Genesect steers the starship and shoots laser projectiles, from the starship's limbs, at the asteroids. About three minutes later, after going through another shortcut and passing through another field of asteroids, they are close to the enemy territory.

Genesect sees the sign, and he reads, "Warning. I.A.A.S. Territory Ahead. Turn Back Now!"

Despite that, Genesect says, "I hate to admit that slowed me down, but I'm still going for it!"

The captain passes by the sign and accelerates the starship. After flying past the sign, the captain sees another sign all of a sudden.

As he sees another sign, Genesect reads, "Caution! No Trespassers Allowed!"

Genesect continues to pilot the starship despite the strong warnings, thus the starship flies past another sign. "We can do this," stated Mewtwo. "I know we will!"

"I'm scared," shuddered Jirachi in fear.

"Me too," replied Lubba.

"Don't worry, guys," reassured Genesect, "like what Mewtwo says, we can do this. We can save the universe."

Without warning, while flying the Starship Genesect throughout the stars, Genesect encounters an extremely urgent sign, and he reads, "Danger! This is a restricted Invasion of All Aliens Squad area, so this is your last chance to exit! Are you sure you want to leave?!"

Despite the horrifyingly urgent last warning sign, Genesect proceeds past the sign. After a few minutes, the Starship Genesect arrives at the last sign, and the captain painstakingly parks the starship near the sign.

At the last sign, Genesect carefully reads, "The Invasion of All Aliens Squad's Galaxy is straight ahead. Or for short, the I.A.A.S. Galaxy. This is their new headquarters after the I.A.A.S. Planetoid was nuked, and no, the I.A.A.S. Galaxy nor the former I.A.A.S. Planetoid are not even in the center of the universe! P.S. Use the telescope to take a closer look at the actual size."

Genesect glances toward the planet in the distance; however, as Jirachi uses the telescope, the Wish Maker was horrified. "Oh my freaking god!" exclaimed Jirachi in shock and horror. "Genesect! The I.A.A.S. Galaxy's only planet is a massive desert/canyon-covered planet that is three times larger than the sun, and it has an ultimate super-weapon on the equator trench of the planet! Take a closer look at this monstrosity with the telescope!"

As Genesect takes a look at the planet via the telescope, Genesect states, "This must be the super-weapon Mecha Groudon was talking about earlier when I first met him at Jubilife City. This humungous planet is known as the Galaxy Destroyer Base. It appears to be a massive planet to look like a Pokéball."

This gigantic desert planet was originally the Nameless Planet in the Nameless Galaxy, and it was originally uninhabitable and desolate. However, the I.A.A.S. claimed its own turf as its new headquarters.

Suddenly, a cyan-colored hologram of Mecha Groudon appears in front of the Starship Genesect, and Mecha Groudon taunts, "Foolish cockroach! With the help of the Grand Star, you have indeed perfected our final plan after we abandoned our original plan of universal domination. You all have refused to surrender the I.A.A.S. fleet. If the I.A.A.S. cannot rule the galaxies, then we will destroy them! Muahahahahahahahaha!"

The hologram of Mecha Groudon dissipates. The cannon of the super-weapon has a giant, large, wide cylinder shape, and its color scheme resembles Eternatus because of its dark-violet and blood-red color scheme.

At the Galaxy Destroyer Base's surface on the sandy oasis landscape, there is a podium and a stage. The stage and the podium contain a large I.A.A.S. Flag Banner. Zero Two and Ultra Infected Vespiquen are floating above the stage while the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX is standing on the stage with Dawn held captive on a chair tied up with chains. Additionally, the Infected Hexacool DX is standing next to the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX.

The Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX gives out his speech to the crowd of all I.A.A.S. units. "Today is the last day of the entire known universe and the resistance!" announced the nefarious Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX. "This fierce machine which the U.I.M.S. Omega and Mecha Groudon have built upon which we stand will bring an end to the entire universe. Remember this well, as the last day of the universe's inhabitants' lives, the resistance, and the universe's independence! All remaining galaxies will perish and bow down to the Invasion of All Aliens Squad's ultimate power!"

Countless mercenaries of the U.I.M.S. Omega, Dark Matter clan, I.A.S. DX, Infected Bug Pokémon, and Ultra Beasts, which are all five subgroups of the Invasion of All Aliens Squad, clamor in agreement to the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX as they all salute to him. "You can't do that!" begged Dawn. "That is far beyond overkill, and it's an act of universal genocide!"

Their plans of universal genocide are greater than Team Flare's plan of using the Ultimate Weapon from 3,000 years ago to kill everyone but Team Flare in Kalos.

That is something that Bowser's Galactic Empire doesn't have, the I.A.A.S.'s final plan and the super-weapon. "This is exactly what we are going to do since we cannot rule the universe," decided the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX, "and the decision is final. Fire the super-weapon!"

At the control room, multiple N-Zs and Infected Tentacool DXs program the super-weapon. "I've been waiting a very long time for this ultimate fated day to come," said one Infected Tentacool DX in anticipation.

"You heard the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX, fire the super-weapon!" commanded the other Infected Tentacool DX. "Once the test run is a success, we will set the super-weapon to auto-fire."

The one Infected Tentacool DX presses the fire button to manually fire the super-weapon. Inside the energy chamber, the Center Pole containing the Grand Star inside, along with the other energy outputs and projections, begins to glow red and purple. The energy feeds to the launch tube of the super-weapon as the gate to the launch tube opens. The Galaxy Destroyer Base's cannon begins to charge up red-colored energy from the cannon. On the test run of the Galaxy Destroyer Base, the devastatingly dangerously deadly cannon from the super-weapon fires an extremely cataclysmic beam of red energy.

At the podium, Dawn was forced to witness the super-weapon being fired in horror as she freaks out. The two Infected Butterfree silenced Dawn by using String Shot.

Meanwhile, back at the Starship Genesect, an Ultra Wormhole is opened as Solgaleo and the Comet Observatory arrive. Then, Solgaleo lands on the Comet Observatory's Outdoor Garage area, which is across the Terrace Dome, as the Ultra Wormhole closes.

Solgaleo lets out a lion roar to warn the resistance regarding the super-weapon. "Solgaleo must have created an Ultra Wormhole to bring the Comet Observatory to rescue us because the Sunne Pokemon has sensed danger to the resistance," noticed Jirachi.

As the destructive beam of energy hurtles toward the Starship Genesect, Genesect, as he folds into his High-Speed Flight Form, announces, "Everyone, evacuate to the Comet Observatory immediately! Make sure the members of our resistance have no casualties and be sure to bring our flag with us too!"

Everyone at the Starship Genesect, including Mewtwo, evacuates the Starship Genesect to safely seek refuge at the Comet Observatory while bringing the Team Genesect FTW resistance team flag with them. In one piece, Genesect unfolds and lands at the lobby area of the Comet Observatory as everyone safely arrived at the Comet Observatory. The Team Genesect FTW resistance team flag is still there with them.

Sadly, the laser beam from the super-weapon pierces through the Starship Genesect and the destroyed starship releases 76 Power Stars. "Noooo!" sobbed Lubba, as he grieves for the loss of the Starship Genesect. "Not our starship! Why?!"

Thankfully, before the Power Stars were scattered across into space, Rosalina uses her magic wand to create a gravitational force to bring the seventy-six Power Stars to the Comet Observatory's beacon, which the Comet Observatory now has a whopping total of 136 Power Stars. "At least we safely made it to the Comet Observatory in one piece," said Mewtwo, "and the Starship Genesect's Power Stars were rescued by Rosalina too."

Unfortunately, Jirachi says, "That's the least of our troubles. Look!"

Genesect, Jirachi, and Mewtwo watch the massive laser beam split into multiple beams of energy in horror. The Galaxy Destroyer Base is more powerful than G.O.U.R.B. and Cannon Seed, and the multiple beams of death from the super-weapon are about to destroy multiple galaxies at once by destroying multiple planets on each galaxy throughout the universal destruction.

Meanwhile, at Throwback Galaxy, at the Whomp's Fortress Replica Planet, multiple Bob-omb Buddies watch the beams hurtle towards the planet, including the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet, in horror as they all huddle together in fear and scream in horror. The sky at Throwback Galaxy becomes red and gets brighter while the white clouds dissipate as the laser beams are closer to the Whomp's Fortress Replica Planet and the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet.

Back at the Comet Observatory, as Genesect and Jirachi see the universal map in the Comet Observatory's lobby, Throwback Galaxy was demolished by the beams that Jirachi and Genesect were grieving over the loss of their favorite galaxy. "Noooo!" sobbed Jirachi. "Not Throwback Galaxy too! How can they do such a horrible thing like that to our favorite galaxy?!"

Mewtwo comforts Jirachi and Genesect. Jirachi is the one that is most upset that the Wish Maker cries hysterically.

Additionally, according to the universal map at the Comet Observatory, the laser beams also destroyed Starshine Beach Galaxy, which made Jirachi and Genesect even sadder. "There goes Starshine Beach Galaxy too," sniffled Jirachi. "That's our second favorite galaxy in the universe!"

Meanwhile, back with the laser beams in outer space, the laser beams from the Galaxy Destroyer Base also destroyed Sky Station Galaxy, Yoshi Star Galaxy, Space Junk Galaxy, Gusty Garden Galaxy, Honeyhive Galaxy, Battlerock Galaxy, Dreadnought Galaxy, Freezeflame Galaxy, Beach Bowl Galaxy, Sea Slide Galaxy, Good Egg Galaxy, Supermassive Galaxy, and Gold Leaf Galaxy. Multiple inhabitants of the galaxies were slaughtered by the Galaxy Destroyer Base as well.

At Honeyhop Galaxy, the Honey Queen witnesses multiple red streaks of light in a far-away distance in the sky. "I'm very concerned about the ultimate fate of the universe," said the Honey Queen. "Genesect, Mewtwo, Jirachi, it's up to you to save the entire known universe as we know it."

The I.A.A.S.'s super-weapon is as cataclysmic as the Star Killer Base built at the equator trench of the snow-covered planet Ilum from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens", but it's the exact opposite, and the Galaxy Destroyer Base is more powerful than that too. The planet of the I.A.A.S. Galaxy is about 6,327 times bigger than Ilum; while the Star Killer Base can destroy multiple planets, the Galaxy Destroyer Base destroys multiple galaxies, which destroys much more planets for each galaxy than Star Killer Base does.

After destroying multiple galaxies at once by destroying multiple planets on each galaxy, as half of the universe is gone, the Galaxy Destroyer Base's laser beams dissipate that the catastrophically deadly super-weapon must recharge all its energy for twenty-four hours.

Back at the surface of the Galaxy Destroyer Base, the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX declares, "Success! A brilliant and shining success!"

The mercenaries cheer and salute for the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord DX. "Praise Mecha Groudon too!" added the Infected Hexacool DX in joy. "Mecha Groudon was the one who designed the super-weapon while the U.I.M.S. Omega units constructed the super-weapon as well; Mecha Groudon was responsible for digging the equator to make a trench for the U.I.M.S. Omega to build the super-weapon. In 24 hours, we are going to party like it's New Year's Eve in 1999."

Back inside the control room of the Galaxy Destroyer Base, one N-Z now activates the auto-fire function and locks the configuration settings. "What if Genesect sneaks into the control room of the super-weapon, followed by infiltrating into the energy chamber room of the super-weapon?" asked an Infected Tentacool DX in concern.

"Don't worry," reassured the one N-Z arrogantly, "we will stall Genesect; also, there is no side duct of the launch tube of the super-weapon as well. When the super-weapon is fully recharged after 24 Hours, we, the I.A.A.S., will also execute Dawn after the Galaxy Destroyer Base destroys the other half of the universe by destroying the remaining galaxies, including the Comet Observatory."

"How did you know about the Comet Observatory?"

"I just saw it recently after we fired the super-weapon. Anyways, once we destroy the Comet Observatory and this universe so that nothing but the I.A.A.S. Galaxy shall remain, the super-weapon will activate electromagnetic waves to create a super powerful gravitational force to bring every single Power Star and Grand Star in this universe to feed the super-weapon into the launch tube. Next thing we know, the super-weapon will be powerful enough to reduce the recharge time to 5 minutes. Then, the Galaxy Destroyer Base will be powerful enough to fire the laser beam and create an Ultra Wormhole to send the laser beam to another universe to destroy every single galaxy in another universe. After that, we will destroy the rest of the universes throughout the multiverse. We were originally going to conquer the multiverse, but we decided against that, and we then decided to conquer one universe instead. However, we abandoned our plan of universal domination. We will not only use the Galaxy Destroyer Base to destroy this universe but also the multiverse too once the super-weapon destroys this universe!"

"I like it! It's so wonderful! At first, I was disappointed that we couldn't steal the Power Stars and Grand Stars back; however, when we first fired the super-weapon, followed by you explaining to me about the super-weapon after the test run, I was impressed."

Now, they have gone too far this time, and the I.A.A.S. is more brutal than Team Flare and Team Rainbow Rocket.

Back at the Comet Observatory, before the true ultimate final battle begins, after Genesect discovered that Gold Leaf Galaxy was destroyed by the super-weapon, Genesect confesses, "I take back everything I said about me criticizing Gold Leaf Galaxy. Spring is usually the perfect season for the Honey Queen's colony, I should have enjoyed Gold Leaf Galaxy in the first place! I hope that Maple Treeway returns in the 'Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass' DLC."

"I'm glad you had a change of heart towards Maple Treeway," replied Mewtwo.

"Me too," added Jirachi.

Genesect and Jirachi have tuckered themselves out from having fun at Throwback Galaxy before it was destroyed. For now, Genesect, Mewtwo, and Jirachi must rest for a while; they enter the Comet Observatory's Bedroom Dome to go get some sleep. The Team Genesect FTW resistance team must stop the super-weapon before time runs out after taking a well-needed rest.

At the Bedroom Dome, the trio climbs onto the bed and begins to sleep. Suddenly, Jirachi, Mewtwo, and Genesect experience a weird, silly, goofy, and looney dream that they team up with Bugs Bunny, Bonkers D. Bobcat, and Sonic the Hedgehog from "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" on the streets of Toontown.

Meanwhile, inside the town hall of Toontown, Dr. Robotnik from "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" and Yosemite Sam team up as they have kidnapped the mayor of Toontown and locked him up in the closet. "This evil plan will be fool-proof," bragged Dr. Robotnik. "We will detonate a time bomb that can flood the planet Earth with the Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Magic Shell syrup, which will freeze the planet after flooding the entire globe with it."

Yosemite Sam says, "This is a great idea, and we make a darn tootin' great team! I also like the idea to bolt the time bomb onto the floor alongside gluing it with Quick Dryin' Glue."

"I'm glad you helped me out, Yosemite Sam. I decided to promote you as a co-leader of the S.S.S.S.S. Squad while I demoted the three Dumb Bots into the lowest ranking of the S.S.S.S.S. Squad into worthless pawns. Although, Scratch, Grounder, and Coconuts still have their last chance to stop Sonic the Hedgehog from deactivating the time bomb. I bet our plan is 100% fool-proof."

"Wait a sec, doc. This dream sequence is a parody of the 'Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog' episode, 'Mass Transit Trouble', but it's different."

Genesect, Jirachi, Mewtwo, Sonic, Bonkers, and Bugs Bunny are on the streets of Toontown throughout the dream. They are trying to look for the town hall of Toontown to stop the time bomb from being detonated. Abruptly, Scratch, Grounder, and Coconuts confront the heroes. "We got you now, pesky hedgehog!" cackled Scratch. "Ha ha ha ha!"

"Because of you, Sonic, the three of us were demoted," blamed Grounder.

"Dr. Robotnik gave us one last chance to catch you," mentioned Coconuts.

"Bonkers and I will deal with the three Dumb Bots," planned Sonic, "so the rest of you can enter the town hall to deactivate the time bomb."

"Come and catch us!" taunted Bonkers D. Bobcat.

Sonic the Hedgehog grabs onto Bonkers D. Bobcat's hand as the blue hedgehog dashes away. Scratch and Coconuts hop onto Grounder's shoulders as they pursue the hedgehog and the bobcat on the streets of Toontown.

The blue hedgehog dashes to the sandbox at the playground to create a cannon made of sand to try to trick the three badniks. "Really?" said Grounder in sarcasm. "We've seen it before. That's not even a cannon, it's made of sand."

Grounder effortlessly rams at a cannon made of sand with no trouble at all. Next, Sonic builds a tank made of sand. Again, Grounder says, "Nice try, Sonic. That's not even a tank, it's made of sand."

Once again, Grounder rams the tank made of sand with no sweat. As one last try, Sonic builds a bigger sand castle. "Now this is a sand castle!" pointed Grounder.

As Grounder rams toward a sand castle, he unintentionally hits an anchor, which was inside the sand castle. "Darn," groaned Grounder. "I forgot that the sand castle has an anchor inside."

The three Dumb Bots fall onto the sand after being knocked out by the giant anchor; Bonkers D. Bobcat finishes the three badniks off by mashing them with a mallet to reduce them to scrap metal for good. "Good work, Bonkers," complimented Sonic. "Now that we have taken care of the Dumb Bots, let's go to the town hall of Towntown."

Back with Bugs Bunny, Genesect, Mewtwo, and Jirachi, they are inside the town hall of Toontown; they discover that the time bomb was bolted onto the floor and is glued onto the floor with Quick Dryin' Glue. "Dr. Robotnik and Yosemite Sam are nowhere to be seen," stated Mewtwo. "They might have escaped, so the two villains won't be swallowed by the ocean of Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Magic Shell syrup if the time bomb detonates."

Acting fast, Bugs Bunny asks, "What do we do? What do we do now? How do we disarm the time bomb and deactivate it?"

Foolishly, Jirachi pulls out a mallet in panic. "I'll take care of this!" exclaimed Jirachi.

Sonic and Bonkers quickly arrive at the location of the time bomb. The blue hedgehog, in horror, alerts, "No! The shock will set it off!"

Mewtwo and Genesect both made a facepalm regarding Jirachi's stupid idea. Jirachi smashes the time bomb with a mallet in panic; as a barbaric consequence, the bomb explodes out a torrent of chocolate and peanut butter syrup, and the torrent of syrup engulfs the heroes.

On the streets of Toontown, a torrent of Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Magic Shell syrup roars across the place like a flood from the Ice Cream Geyser. Hoopa, in its Confined Form, irresistibly likes Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate that he foolishly floats to the torrent. He gets swallowed by a tidal wave of Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Magic Shell syrup.

Then, the Earth, viewed in space, gets flooded and consumed by a torrent of Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Magic Shell syrup. As the planet is completely flooded and enveloped by the syrup, the planet freezes with the Magic Shell, thus freezing the entire globe. The planet is a frozen ball of ice cream after being flooded and enveloped by a torrent of Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Magic Shell syrup.

After the dream, Jirachi, Genesect, and Mewtwo wake up at the Bedroom Dome of the Comet Observatory and the three of them gasp. "That is a goofy dream we just had," chuckled Jirachi.
