Harry, Milles and Draco then went up to dumbledore
"well old man I would like to make this one thing clear to you we to keep our cover wiped the true memory of what happened truly editing it to the ship was never attacked and you had a nice cruise although disappointed you plan didn't work" Harry said
"the truth to the whole thing went alot differently" Draco added
"could you guys stop putting it off and just let me play the memory" Sirius (who had taken over from theo on the memory projecter) said
"yes Sirius you can this is a fast forward to December 7th 1991" miles said as the memory started
on the newly named SS Independent Traveler just off wake Island.
the voyage so far had been a success after departing Portsmouth the ship went to the Caribbean for 3 days then went through the panama canal and stopped in Hawaii for a day amd now they are in the middle of the biggest ocean in the world.
"Hey miles this was a great idea in the end to bad though we couldn't bring more of our friends" Harry said in the special cabin for the ship owner.
Draco had been walking around nervously in the cabin and Sirius took notice
"Draco I have noticed that you seem a bit off what happened from this morning?" Sirius asked
"I-I saw my father on the ship" Draco replyed
"that is bad Gringots must have let him out then wonder how much gold changed hands no matter he's on the ship and dumbledore is badly disguised on board as well meaning he has a plan and your father is involved somehow" Harry said
"here's what we do I'm turning on the anti ship sink wards and we will carry on as if nothing happened and see if he approaches us as it would look bad if the owner of a new exclusive shipping company whose selling point is using interior refitted old ocean liners on world/normally dangerous sightseeing cruises it would look bad if a ship was lost on the first trip as well as also I would like to see if they work" miles said
this made Draco worse as he started to go into a full in panic attack
"what if he does attack and used frindfire it would burn the ship?" Sirius asked miles after miles had calmed Draco
"if an attack happens we fight back and anyway it would have to be muggle way only I could use magic on this ship" miles said
miles spoke to soon as dumbledore had planned for such a thing as bought a one time use word killer and used it just as miles said he could only use magic.
"that good anyway don't we have to go to dinner" Harry asked
"yes let me just 'in the army now' on my MP3 then we can" miles said.
they went down to the dining hall on C deck and were having fun until midway through 2 people came up to the table that Harry Draco and miles were sitting at (Sirius was with 3rd class as for some reason was given a 3rd class ticket)
"Draco son we have finally found you" Mrs malfoy said
"yes and now you must come with us" Mr malfoy added.
"I'm sorry but he can't an explanation should have been given by the goblins when you were released" Harry said "but if you don't know your not speaking to Draco malfoy your speaking to Draco slave of the house of Prowler due to actions from the house of malfoy making them give up the heirship to the lord of the prowler family."
"can we talk diplomatically about this?" miles then added seeing mr malfoy go for his wand "you wouldn't want your son.." just then malfoy fired a spell green in colour then the memory goes blank...
"Sirius this is why we have theo control that thing you broke the tape theo come here and fix his mistake" Draco said at the same time hitting Sirius with a newspaper to get him away.
miles after drinking some more cranberry juice then added "the memory that had been cut would also hint to you Voldemort at how I survived your onslaught of curses"
during this time harry decided that some music was need to pass the time and found out that surprisingly wizards are massive Duran Duran fans as everyone in the few times of no one wanting to kill each other sang along to 'the wild boys' and after to that theo called out "I got it but there is a bit missing" and played the tape again
a shocked Lucius malfoy was what people first saw be spell fire went to him and Mrs malfoy it was at this point that dumbledore also joined but him being dumb got hit by spell from Draco that caused dumbledore to be castrated and the pain from that made the near 150 year old pass out in pain but it wasn't all good for Harry and co as miles due to only having one eye couldn't see the spell from Lucius that cam from the left this one didn't cause castration but instead caused miles to start burning and he was out if the fight but not before sending his signature spell he made that makes the person who got shot with the spell have loud heavy metal music go off in their heads but also have their heart rate increase to above human safe levels (he added the metal part as something to stop the person being able to hear anything else so then they might make combat mistakes before they die) and it hit Mrs malfoy who passed away unpeacefully on December 7th 1991 after a heat attack as put in the reports and shortly after another report was sent to shore the arrest report of Lucius malfoy who on December 7th 1991 attempted murder, attempted shipwrecking (yes that is a crime), assault and attempted kidnapping of a minor and would eventually be sent to the wizarding version of the death camps (only for people who actually deserve it though not used as they other type you might be thinking of was used).
damage to the ship was bad enough to need repairs to last nearly a year but it was ok
"right so that's how it happened I will congratulate you on making me with my shields rethink the whole voyage but how is Mr Prower black still alive?". dumbledore asks
"you would find out like everyone but us 3 when the next memory of it appears now I think today would be a good day to release some people we already pre chosen" Harry said and during that time all woman who were pregnant or had small kids (that were being cared for by house elf's while said mothers were tied up) were let go along with single dad (if they didn't do anything bad to the other join the order of the phoenix)
"now that would be it today as I want to go and make ready a press statement for the journalists who have been waiting days good night everyone left here and Harry I will again say don't..." miles didn't finish as he was silenced
"sorry didn't hear that last part well as he said good day to you all see you tomorrow and also tonight you will be untied anyone who leaves well done on having logic and for that we would give you a day to try and leave magical Britain" Harry said and left to do exactly what miles didn't want him to.
