I do have a idea for hurricanes. I'm not sure how to measure how big the task is but. I'm not sure if the governments will do it or not. But, it will work. Pretty much ya need to build a cup over cities. A half sphere around. So the wind skids over and not through as a square. On the bottom curve a way inward to put anvils or somethin to secure it down. Secure that and the rest is set. Simple physics. He just works. That what he does. Maybe use plastic for this one. Ah, this task will need precise measurement. I like the sci-fi notion of that!
