Ch.52 - Visiting the Mansion pt.2

Arriving at the dinning room, our little group spotted all the teens sitting at the table in stiff silence, a scene I had witnessed many times in past at home, causing me to chuckle and for Xavier and Ororo to look at their charges in askance.

"As strict as ever Yuri." I amusedly noted as my dutiful maid bowed impeccably.

"It is only proper manners to wait for the head of the household whilst having a family meal, your highness." She responded without any change in expression, but I knew she found great amusement herself in disciplining unruly youths.

"Whoa." Whispered a petite teenage girl with slightly frizzy brown hair, cute and peppy features, wearing a pink t-shirt with beige pants. "That hunk's a Prince?!"

"You should see him when he's training." Chuckled Wanda as she leaned towards the know blushing girl. "No shirt. Ripped body all tense and covered in a layer of sweat. Could sell tickets to a show like that."

"*Gulp* Is he really that built?" The smaller girl quietly asked.

"Like you wouldn't believe. He's basically the crush of most of the girls in the Academy. Made Beach days incredibly chaotic with all of them tripping over each other to even talk to him." Wanda answered with no hesitation as she snickered at the memory.

"You guys have beach days?!" Her conversation partner cried out in envy as she snuck peeks my way.

"Oh yeah. The school's on an Island Kai owns and built up from almost scratch, so we have some wonderful beaches all around." Wanda confirmed. "The water is always perfect and so clean too. After some projects from Kai's tech company, there are some breath taking coral reefs and a lot of fish to swim with."

"Maaaannn... that sounds so cool! Can we go there Professor?" The girl asked with sparkling eyes as she pleaded.

"I'm certain we could organize a visit, after receiving parental permission of course. His highness has been kind enough to come to us, so it is only fair we return the favor." Charles answered with a parental smile as he looked at the excitable teen.

"Vould I need to cover myzelf? Chicks love the fur avterall." A blue furred, demonic young man with three fingers, long prehensile tail, yellow eyes and sharp canines asked in excitement.

"Nah. We got our private one for powah holdahs sugah." Anne-Marie answered with a dismissive wave of her hand.

"You guys have a private beach! Talk about awesome!" A male teenager with short brown hair, icy blue eyes sparkling with energy, wearing a blue t-shirt and faded jeans excitedly commented. "I'm Bobby by the way. The awesome Kitty is over there, and our favored mascot is Kurt.

Beside them we have our fearless leader and the biggest stick up his ass award holder, Scott, our beautiful Maddy, rich boy Warren, and our skater fanatic Evan."

In order:

Scott was a sour looking young man with neatly combed brown hair, sporting a pair of red-tinted sunglasses, white shirt with a navy sweater vest and beige pants. He was stiff in posture and feeling, looking very uncomfortable with the sudden shift in his surroundings.

Maddy, or Madelyne Pryor, was truly a clone of Jean, something I warned my pupils telepathically to not mention, with slightly wavy red hair reaching her lower back, beautiful looks, but an overall aura of a seductress instead of our compassionate Jean. She wore a black belly shirt which emphasized her chest and tight stomach, and matching jeans.

Although, to anyone who knew Jean as she was now, Madelyne was a pale imitation in beauty of body and spirit, as well as in power. Jean had been physically enhanced, then went through my regiment and has been purified throug Phoenix flames, as such she had reached levels of beauty associated with the word 'goddess'. Not something a clone living a mostly mundane life could reach.

Warren, or Warren Worthington III, was a comely young man, actually the oldest teen among the X-Men, with a handsome face, short blonde hair and blue eyes fitting of his code name: Angel. He was dressed similarly to Scott, with a light grey sweater vest over his white shirt, wearing a pair of blue jeans as well.

Little did the currently reluctant heir of the Worthington name know, he was being targeted by Emma for recruitment as her future right hand in the Hellfire Club.

And finally was Evan Daniels, nephew of the Weather goddess Ororo, but unlike her, Evan was a born and raised American boy with bleached blonde hair shaved to have tapered sides, his mocha skin and athletic muscles on display with his white tank top, sporting brown cargo shorts as well. His demeanor was similar to Kurt and Bobby's laid back attitudes, but he seemed more... aggressive.

"Thank you for introducing everyone Bobby." Xavier said to the teen, causing him to unconsciously calm down. "And since everyone else has been introduced, allow me to do so for those skipped over due to our age.

I'm a professor Charles Xavier, the founder of this school and the guardian of most present. Beside me is Ororo Munroe, young Evan's aunt and our language instructor. And the gruff man amongst you is Logan, the martial arts instructor.

It is a pleasure to meet so many fellow mutants who believe in peaceful coexistence."

"Hello children." Ororo peacefully smiled at the trio at the table, but soon unintentionally focused on Meggan who was smiling brightly at her.

"Hey." Logan simply waved dismissively.

"Sit up properly." Yuri-okaasan ordered, causing him and most others to do so.

"Well, I believe that is plenty of introductions for now. Let us eat this scrumptious looking meal." Xavier chuckled as he placed himself at the head of the table.

Quickly, the hungry teens began digging in enthusiastically.

"This is like, so good!" Moaned Kitty as she ate.

"Mein Gott!" Kurt agreed with exaggerated tears of gratefulness.

"This certainly beats the food at home." Warren noted as the most controlled of the teens.

"Damn! Can we keep her?" Evans asked between bites.

"Don't talk with your mouth full." Ororo chided.

It was always nice to have such a lively atmosphere during meals. Even Yuri-kaasan, a stickler for manners and etiquette learnt that this was much more gratifying than stiff meals.

While the girls were used to this and more, they began to mingle with the other teens properly as Yuri, Yuriko and Kwannon ate at their own pace, keeping a close eye on everyone.

I was mostly chatting with Xavier regarding some academic topics, mainly how we nurtured children in my academy and my own thoughts and discoveries regarding mutations.

Once done, the girls set an example by gathering their dishes to at least give them preliminary rinsing, causing some other teens to follow along.

They then all began preparing for school.

I would have been slightly worried about the fact that my girls have been up for a lot longer and have had their own school day already, but they were all peak humans at least and staying up for a day wasn't exactly difficult for them. Meggan could easily go without sleep by simply taking in elemental and magical energies, Wanda was in a similar vein, and Anne-Marie was currently holding super-regeneration as a staple of her power wheelhouse.

"I've already contacted the school." Xavier informed me as we waited for everyone to be ready. "Your students will be more than welcomed for the day as long as they don't cause any troubles.

But knowing teenagers, they might attract some simply with their appearances. Boys that age are quite... territorial."

We chuckled at that together. We both could already see some of the kids trying to put very awkward moves of my girls and knew that this would cause heads to clash if others at the school attempted to do so as well. Evans was constantly blushing and trying to act manly around Anne-Marie, Kurt was like a puppy around Meggan and we did notice the constant glances Warren was shooting Wanda.

"My girls can take care of themselves, even without their powers." I knowingly smiled as I imagined some poor fool trying to 'claim' them.

"Then I guess I will need to offer them my condolences." Charles commented in understanding, a small chuckle escaping his throat.

A dozen or so minutes later, the group of teens came down.

Meggan seemed to really hit it off with Kitty as both excitable teens chatted rapidly, Kurt jumping in as well. Wanda seemed to be calmly discussing Academy matters with Warren and Bobby, one being interested in the business aspects and the other in the rather famous festivals. And Anne-Marie has managed to break the ice with Scott as they talked about cars while Evan tried to butt in and Madelyne seemed to glare lightly.

"Alright girls, try not to get into too much trouble. You know the rules and Kwannon will be with you for today just in case." I told my trio, earning casual nods of acknowledgement as Wanda and Meggan hugged me goodbye for the day.

It was something they had been doing for years.

-3rd Person POV

"Girl, you're so lucky to get to touch that hunk." Kitty giggled at her blonde companion.

"Nii-san's hugs are the best." Meggan exclaimed without hesitation.

They wrapped her up in warmth and care after all.

"Nii-san?" Kitty questioned, not familiar with the term.

"It means big brother back home." Was the answer.

"Oh! So he's like a brother then." Kitty nodded in understanding before turning to a pink cheeked Wanda. "Doesn't look like Wanda thinks the same."

"Hehe! Wanda-nee has a crush on Kai-nii. Just like Jean and Emma-nee." Meggan sneakily revealed with catlike smile. "They really like to hug him, even if they act like they don't like it that much. It's really weird to me."

"Meggan!" Wanda squeaked with a now blushing face causing poor Warren to deflate.

"What? It's true! If you like something, do it, and if you like someone you tell them. I tell Nii-San I love him all the time and I get great hugs and kisses out of it." The elfin blonde answered like it was obvious.

"He kisses you!" Kitty gasped as her imagination went a bit to the wild side due to her hormones.

"Not like that. Kai just likes spoiling her like she's his second sister, so it's all cheek and head kisses." Wanda explained with a sigh. "She doesn't really understand romantic love yet."

"Oh? Really? Isn't that kind of weird?" Kitty whispered as Meggan was talking pranks with Kurt.

"She's not fully human or mutant, so her mind works a bit differently." Wanda explained with a small shake of her head.

"Not human? Like an alien?" The petite girl questioned.

"Fae actually. And part elemental. Like in fantasy stories." The scarlet haired witch corrected.

"Waitwaitwait! Like a fairy!" Her conversation partner exclaimed.

"Why's that a shock? You have Kurt who has demonic blood and Warren with an angelic lineage." Wanda pointed out dismissively.

"What?!" Earning another cry of disbelief.

"It sure is lively over there. I wonder what she's telling Kitty." Scott wondered.

"Wands does casually say thangs that'll screw witcha." Anne-Marie shrugged as she has been on the receiving end of her witchy friend's sense of humor.

She knew Wanda loved shocking people unaware of the magical side of things.

"...Right. Anyway, so your school really has that many mutants?" Scott asked with a bit of wonder.

"Hundreds. At least hundreds of students." Anne-Marie nodded. "As far as ah know anyway. Teach could have more."

"Is it ok to call a Prince 'teach'?" Warren asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Teach is fine with it. Doesn't like being all princely." She confirmed.

It might have been a lurch for her when she was suddenly brought to Japan by her guardians and then enrolled in a super school filled with geniuses and powered individuals, meeting royalty and really powerful people her own age with control of their powers, but she had gotten to know everyone well enough to understand that Kaihito was someone who valued his achievements far more than his titles.

The fact that the progress and and triumphs of his students were counted as those achievements was one of the reasons why Anne-Marie called him Teach.

"Plus, yah should see how he lights up when teachin'" Anne-Marie a softly smiled over memories of her progress under his guidance.

"So he treats you all well?" Scott carefully asked as he did hold some suspicions regarding their guest.

He was a young man surrounded by beautiful women, so it wasn't too crazy to think of the possibility that he was taking advantage of them with his power and position.

"Haha! Well? Ah fell almost like a dang princess sometimes!" She laughed freely. "Ah prefer to get down an dirty, but gettin' pampered is nice too."

"What kind of pampering?" Maddy asked with her curious voice laced with a subtle hypnotic effect she liked using.

She did frown minutely when the usual dilation of pupils and slight relaxation didn't happen though.

"Yah wouldn't believe tah hot springs there. It's heavenly. Tah food is to die for and the massages *shiver*" Anne-Marie gossiped as they neared the car and Van they all used to get to school. "Tah fact that tah beds are literally magic is great too."

"You have got to tell me more!" Maddy exclaimed as she hugged Anne-Marie's arm and began dragging her towards Scott's car, a four seater convertible mustang in a red matching his shades.

"Try tah be careful when touching me." Anne-Marie warned as she slipped out of the grab. "Touch mah skin and it won't end well. It's why ah wear mah gloves an' cover mah skin so much."

"You can't touch anyone because of your powers?" Scott asked with pity and empathy.

"Not yet. Ah don't have full control." She admitted with a sigh. "Ah'm much better than before, but Teach said ah still have to truly believe ah can touch others without hurting them to get there.

Our powah's are linked to our mental state he says."

"Come on, let's not talk about the depressing stuff. You have got to tell me about the sights over there. I heard that Ōshima has some of the best stores and luxuries in the world." Madelyne interrupted as she guided Anne-Marie with a lot more care than before.

With Warren joining them a bit reluctantly in Scott's car, the rest piled into the Van and headed off to school, reaching the place in a short time as everyone talked about matters better not said in the school itself.

After arriving, Scott asked them to gather for a moment.

"Just so you know, our school has another group of mutants calling themselves the Brotherhood. They're the kind that want to use their powers to feel superior and rule over humans." He stated in deadly seriousness.

"They're kind of our rivals." Evan bragged to the ladies, trying to look cool.

"Have any of you tried talking to them about why they want to hurt others?" Wanda asked with a more neutral tone.

She knew her brother would be part of that groups, but the others should have valid reasons regarding why they would desire to feel better and stronger than others through suppression at a young age.

Having many talks with Jean, Emma and Kai, experts in the mind, she understood how easily she too could have went down such a path and didn't want to see others go down it. It was a path filled with self-destructive acts and endless cruelty on all sides as their hatred grows to cause hatred in others.

"Not really. They're kind of jerks in general." Shrugged Bobby with some indifference.

"And Toad is just so creepy with how he acts." Kitty mildly shuddered as she remembered how he's licked her in the past and a peeping attempt.

"Pietro and Lance are really smug and cocky too. They think they're better than everyone." Evan added with a frown.

"And I'm pretty John is a pyromaniac, and Unus is just an ass." Bobby finished up as he mentioned his main rival.

"Fred is just, kind of too dumb and got tired of people mocking him though." Maddy commented as she was partially responsible for the large teen turning away from the X-Men.

"Hmm... I guess I'll wait and see." Wanda simply said after a moment's thought.

"As long as they don't try anythin', ah won't knock their teeth out." Anne-Marie shrugged as she was still somewhat on the fence regarding most of the 'X-Men' as well, especially the redhead.

She knew that girl tried to sway her mind quite a few times already and she did not like it.

"Fire needs to be guided carefully or it will lose itself in its hunger." Meggan noted with a frown at the words regarding this John.

It confused the rest beside her own group, but it did click with Bobby.

"What about ice?" He asked the girl out of curiosity.

"Ice needs to remember." She simply answered as if it was obvious.

"Remember what?" He asked the girl, earning him a meeting of her eyes which seemed to look far too deep into him.

"Remember that it wasn't and won't always be ice." She clarified, causing her words to linger in Bobby's mind as he grew silent.

Wanda chuckled slightly at the interaction.

Being one of the closest in terms of knowledge, regarding mystical and historical matters anyway, she had many talks about mutants and those with great potential and closeness to magic.

Robert 'Bobby' Drake was one them.

His potential being nigh-unlimited in ice, temperature and water related magics, being theoretically capable of unleashing planet-wide ice ages with little effort and far more. If Meggan's hint could help him unlock more of his potential, which he subconsciously limits due to his erroneous beliefs regarding the nature of his mutation, then it might be possible to bring him to their side of things.

Moving away from those thoughts, the group entered the high school with curious eyes.

Anne-Marie had been sort of a drop out after she ran from home and even more when her powers awakened, so she was essentially homeschooled by Irene and Raven after they took her in. The Academy had been the first time she actually felt she could be herself and accepted among her age group due to the simple fact that so many weirdos went there, this is referring to how close insanity is to genius and not just mutants. Comparing that place to this school felt like comparing an Ivy-League university to a prison.

Meggan on the other hand felt like this was a cage barely capable of holding animals in. None of the openness, natural or now floral light, no nature interwoven into the building and everything being artificial did not endear the place to her. The onslaught of poorly contained hormones and basic instincts were just as bad too.

As for Wanda, she simply felt that these 'peers' were mostly lustful meatheads incapable of controlling their baser desires and envy filled harlots preening over the attention of group A while acting like territorial cats against group B.

And speaking of group A.

"Well, well, well. Look who it is." A relatively tall teen with medium length brown hair, derision filled brown eyes towards the X-men but with lust for the females present, wearing a sleeveless black leather jacket over a white t-shirt and ripped jeans. "How do you losers get such high grade hotties around?

You should come with us and be with some real mu-men."

"We would show you a good time." Cackled a hunched over teen with gaunt and pale skin, large green eyes and straw colored hair, wearing a baggy plaid shirt and old jeans.

"Buzz of Toad." Kitty almost snarled.

"*Snort* At least the ladies actually vant to be vith us." Kurt responded with a smug grin over the current Brotherhood's lack of female members.

"Only because they haven't seen how big of losers you really are." The taller teen shot back with a glance at Kurt's image inducing watch. "And we don't need damn mind touchers to convince our people."

"You take that back Lance!" Growled Scott as he reached for his glasses.

Trash talking the Professor was a huge no-go for him.

"Like you can make me." Lance challenged as energy gathered around his hands.

"What is the meaning of this?" An incredibly stern and commanding female voice questioned, causing the new duo to stiffen and the X-Men to hold Scott back.

The woman who intervened was one with short brown hair, with the appearance of a true disciplinarian even in her grey blazer and skirt.

"Just a disagreement over who should show the new girls around school Principal Darkhölme." Lance answered with a small grin due to knowing she was on 'his' side.

"I see. Then you can rest assured that they will be coming with me before being split up according to their age. This means all of you are to head to your first classes." She replied with a light glare, causing everyone to disperse except the trio of visitors. "Follow me girls."

Leading them to her office, Wanda causally set up some concealment and privacy spells, signaling to the Principal that everything was clear.

"Marie, it's good to see you looking so healthy and well. How has it been? How is Irene? We talk and I visit when I can, but it's not the same." Said principal asked as she undid her transformation into the blue skinned and red haired temptress, Mystique.

"Ah've been good, so has Irene. Maybe even Ah bit too good in her case." Anne-Marie answered as the two shared a hug. "Ah've been gettin' better at controllin' mah powers too.

Teach says ah should be ready to try the next step soon."

"That's wonderful dear." Mystique genuinely responded, causing her adopted daughter to blush slightly. "And how have you two been?"

"Great! I met Lady Gaea's Avatar today!" Meggan answered with her innocent smile shining through even Mystique's jaded exterior.

After all, was this not what she always fought so hard for? To allow mutants to have these kinds of smiles and hopeful futures alongside her lover.

"Not bad. But you have to get ready for Pietro to run back to his daddy with his tail between his legs after I leave." Wanda informed the shapeshifter, earning her a nod.

"I know. Magneto will want to try and recruit you once he discovers how powerful and in control you now are." Was the reply as Mystique could easily predict how her 'boss' would act.

The shameless hypocrite would spout some nonsense about mutants needing to come together and striking back against humanity when he's the one who caused her to suffer in the first place.

"And if he does he'll realize just what happens when you mess with someone far beyond his understanding and limited mind." The teen promised with a flash of red through her eyes.

"I knew I liked you for a reason." Mystique smirked at one of the most ruthless among the prince's students.

Each girl was trained and taught expertly to not just believe in naive ideologies which would simply result in them getting constantly beaten down for their troubles. They knew how to fight and take care of issues permanently, having remarkably strong and healthy views regarding matters of life and death, even if most would easily prefer to not take lives unnecessarily like Meggan, Jean, Jessica and Anne-Marie.

Jessica might idolize the Widows, but she preferred to actually use the pen over the sword. Jean was open to killing more for the sake of maintaining balance and allowing for continued growth more like a gardener. Meggan understood the laws of nature better than any other, even if she preferred to abstain from directly killing. And Anne-Marie was still too early in her training and traumatized by her almost killing her first boyfriend.

The rest, Wanda, Silver, Emma and Neena were those fully willing to kill their enemies with thorough efficiency.

Mystique liked that and approved of them.

Not that she found the others dislikable, especially her own adopted daughter, she was just more in favor of taking care of issues before they festered. It's part of the reason she was also very impressed with the Widows herself, especially the titled ones, striking up a surprising friendship with her fellow redheaded shapeshifter.

"Anyway, I'm sure the Prince has given you all the information you need, but please be careful of St.John Allerdyce. The brat is near deranged and I've been having a difficult time raining in his... tendencies. The rest are rather benign and I'm sure would cause you no issues in general as they completely rely on their powers for everything in combat." Mystique continued with a dismissive wave of her hand.

She had tried to teach them and subtly convert them to be more amiable to her new cause, but the brats she was stuck with were just too low in the brains department to understand or had their heads too far up their own asses to hear it.

"Got it." Wanda simply confirmed.

"What about Kurt?" Meggan directly asked,

"*Sigh* For now, I would prefer him to be kept in the dark unless necessary. He is happy where he is and I don't want to take that away from him." She answered with a rare moment of vulnerability causing Anne-Marie to hug her again.

"Ah'll keep an eye on tah blue fuzzball." The teen promised her adoptive mother.

"Thank you, my little rogue." Said mother whispered softly.

Separating after the tender moment, Mystique shifted back into her principal persona, handed them notes for the teaching staff and schedules for today. She had placed them with at least one X-man each to guide them around, knowing full well that the only decent enough Brotherhood trainee was Lance and that the rest would anger the girls into receiving a beat down.

Sending them off, the girls began to experience life of an average high schooler... and it was the most mind numbing and dreadful learning experience in their lives.

Even for Wanda and Anne-Marie, the two who have had at least some experience in the American education system couldn't help but frown at the memories, thinking that matters didn't use to be this bad. Meggan on the other hand had only ever been at the Academy, thus magnifying her bafflement and boredom exponentially when teachers went over material she covered years ago while just sitting there.

So when they all gathered again for lunch...

"Well... that was even worse than I remember." Wanda blandly stated. "When did we cover this material?"

"Ah covered all of it two weeks into tah Academy." Anne-Marie answered as she rubbed her eyes trying to get rid of the numbness in her brain.

"Well... I'm pretty sure I'm doing doctorate level coursework in Botany, Geology, Marine Biology and Zoology at the moment sooooo... I think I finished what Nii-san said were my highschool studies 3 years ago." Meggan said after thinking a few moments, earning wide eyed looks from the rest of the X-men.

"Are you some kind of genius?" Warren couldn't help but ask.

"I don't think so. We just have better ways to learn." The blonde answered with a shake of her head.

Little did she know that she could in fact be considered to have a genius intellect after Kai helped her maximize her base form and taught her magical, psionic and technological ways to aid in her learning and retaining information.

"What's the big deal? I'm working on multiple doctorates in History, Archeology, Mythography and Theology. It's pretty normal for those nearing graduation at he Academy." Wanda revealed, earning even more stares, so much she thought Scott's glasses might not protect him for much longer of his eyes grew wider. "Anne-Marie is actually starting her program for Mechanics, Engineering and Computer Sciences."

"Ugh! Don't remind me! Those Computah Science courses are brutal!" The southern belle groaned as she remembered them.

She loved to tinker and mess around with tech and stuff like cars and those robots she could get access to, but Computer Sciences were a necessary evil she had to power through because of the ridiculously fast advancements in all those fields being related.

"How?" Kitty simply whispered in awe. "You have to totally tell me your secret!"

"Can't say here. But it's a showcase of how well things can go if you gather what humanity as a whole has to offer for positive development." Wanda shut down the request, but that did cause a lot of curiosity towards the other school for mutants and the possibility of visiting or even maybe attending if they could get that kind of education.

"Looky looky what we have here~" A carefree voice dripping with a sense of superiority called out, breaking the rest out of their thoughts.

"Ow!" Evan cried out as the newly arrived teen 'accidentally' elbowed him in the back of the head.

"Oops. Should watch out there porcupine." The teen snickered.

He was rather unique with a thin but athletic frame covered by a tight black t-shirt and ripped jeans, sporting gelled backwards silver hair and a cocky grin on his relatively handsome face.

"Or maybe you shouldn't be an ass." Scoffed Kitty as she crossed her arms.

"I dont know about being an ass, but I know you have a fine one. So why don't you ditch these boring idiots and come with me?" He cockily replied in a way he thought the ladies would die for.

"Maybe there would be enough room for someone else if your head wasn't so big and you stopped jerking yourself off Pietro!" Evan growled as Pietro Maximoff was his big sports rival and the guy who got under his skin the most.

"Oooh~ Did you think of that one all by yourself or did the red skank over there feed it to you?" Was the teasing comeback as he went two for one.

"You know..." Wanda interrupted, causing Pietro to look over and immediately pale as he recognized her, causing the X-Men to grow very curious at the reaction. "the way you act really shows just how horrendous a person he is Pietro.

Three for three in how he fucks up his kids and then just dumps them when they don't prove useful. And he thinks his great 'vision' excuses it when he comes back around.

How you can even believe in his dribble, I don't know. But stop acting like you're all that when you turn into a wagging puppy begging for daddy's attention when he's around."

"W-w-Wanda! When did you get out?!?" He fearfully asked, his instinctual terror towards his sister stopping any thought of retorting to her scathing tongue.

"Out? You mean of that Sanitarium/prison our father dumped me in when I wasn't even a teenager after he couldn't 'control' my powers and I was too 'dangerous'? Well I've been out for years... saved by someone who actually gave enough of a damn unlike my own father and even my little brother." She answered with her eyes blazing with magical energies as Pietro shook in place under her gaze. "So run back to him like a good little dog. Run because that's the only thing you're good for and tell him that I am more than in control now, and that I really don't appreciate his 'parenting'."

That caused the silver haired teen to run away at speeds for faster than normal people usually could due to subconsciously using his powers. The repressed emotions turned into fear of his sister by Mastermind to keep him away from her had done a lot to break the former bond they had, now it made the usually cocksure boy run as if a demon was fall after him.

"Holy shit." Bobby said at the fleeing Pietro and the really scary looking Wanda.

"T-that was so badass!" Squealed Kitty in admiration.

"You're related!?!" Evan cried out as he mentally tried to compare the smocking hot redhead who he now knew could scare the crap out of him and the arrogant asshole who constantly used his powers to get the better of others.

"Unfortunately. My full name is Wanda Oshtur Maximoff." The witch sighed in disappointment. "But at least I made myself a better family and I met my half-sister, who's much better than both of them."

"It's got to suck having such a tool like that as your brother." Evan commented tactlessly.

"He wasn't always that bad. We were very close when we were young, but then our father took us in after our aunt and uncle passed away and we drifted apart because he was a 'proper' mutant with excellent powers while I hadn't awoken mine yet, or at least I didn't know I had awakened them." Wanda clarified as it became clear that Pietro hadn't always been the ass he was today and that this father had a significant role to play in that.

"I'm sorry for your lost fräulein." Kurt sympathetically said.

"Thanks. I'll always remember who he was and not who my worthless father turned him into." Wanda replied.

"But man, what are the odds that you'd find him here of all places? And meet up on the day you're visiting?" Bobby commented as he leaned back.

"Not that crazy since our father is the leader of the Brotherhood." Wanda answered the rhetorical question, causing the X-Men to freeze.

"You knew about the Brotherhood!?" Scott questioned with narrowed eyes.

"Of course. It was founded by my so-called father, so I made sure to know everything I could about it. Kai's been very concerned about their activities in the Americas too." She replied with a scoff.

"Vait! Vansn't the leader a voman?" Kurt asked with that sudden revelation.

"That's probably just a chapter leader." Meggan airily answered. "They're spread out mainly in the US, with this chapter being one with the most potential though."

"W-what? You mean there's more of them?" Warren urgently questioned.

"Yes. Although like Meggan said, most other groups are pretty much filled with weaker mutants who just want to lash out and whatnot." Wanda clearly stated, causing the group of young mutants to feel quite a bit of pressure.

"Then why haven't they just attacked yet?" Scott asked with a pensive expression.

"Because what their leader wants is a core group of mutants who can actually measure up to his own might. He might be a hypocritical bastard, but he is powerful enough to challenge most countries. The issue is that even if he can, he can't defend what he would take or protect those who followed him and his ways without other strong people to back him up." She explained the core issue.

The Brotherhood was bidding its time while building up their forces. It was as simple as that. And the local chapter was filled with mutants with great potential, Toad mostly excluded because he can't take full advantage of his biology due to his lacking mental faculties.

"Shouldn't we be recruiting more mutants then?" Evan simply suggested.

"Not necessarily. From just the base feel I can tell pretty much everyone here has great potential, especially Bobby and your language instructor. It's just a matter of finding out how to improve." Wanda informed him truthfully.

"M-me? But all I can do if shoot ice and snow!" Bobby replied in disbelief.

"If that's what you believe, then that's all you shall be." Meggan told him as she once again looked deep into him.

"What about me? All I have are wings. Not the most powerful ability." Warren self-derisively questioned.

He knew his mutation was the least useful beyond a means for scouting, so how could he have potential?

"You're looking at matters in a single dimension by only focusing on your powers as if they define everything you could do." Wanda shook her head as she gently spoke. "You have to look beyond that sometimes.

You are the heir of a powerful conglomerate, use it. Learn how to wield weapons. Equip yourself with armor and technology. Look beyond what you know to find more options.

We aren't just our powers after all."

Ding dong ding dong*

"Looks like it's back to that torture." Anne-Marie declared as she stood up.

She hadn't been able to participate much due to not really knowing too much regarding the Brotherhood outside what Mystique had told her and because she was really fresh in actively using her powers and the mutant scene, but what Wanda said got her thinking a lot.

Kai told her she had enormous potential for growth with her powers. That she could become insanely powerful.

And what Wanda said, and what these X-Men were trying to do, it started making her wonder if she could do more than just control her powers to not hurt others.

That maybe, she could really join the other girls; Jean, Wanda, Meggan and Domino in training to use their powers and skills to help others and improve the world in the future. Silver, Jessica and Emma were already out there doing it as the oldest among them, so why couldn't she do more too?

Author Notes:

Pretty much all interactions.

The girls are getting to know the OG X-Men of this timeline, which are altered due to it being mixed.

Trying balance it as well and have the boys pay attention to those who are 'their type' as all three are undeniable beauties.

Meeting some Brotherhood members was also the point, I know it wasn't very deep but the conflict between these Brotherhood and X-Men is still contained at a highschool level and mentality, so it's insults and trying to bring the other down in public over death matches and world conquest showdowns.

Didn't make it the whole crew either because I don't really think they would be that United in general as well, so Avalanche and Cyclops' rivalry, Toad being a creep due to various reasons is not well liked by women, and Pietro being the cocky little shit he is was enough for now.

Having Pietro fearing the wrath of god when he faces Wanda was very satisfying. As great as he was in those last x-men movies, he's usually a cunt.

Having Raven and Anne-Marie have a tender moment was also nice. Made me feel fluffy to have the jaded shapeshifter warm up to others without having to fear betrayal too much.

But yeah, part 2 of the visit is done. Next is going to be a bit more focus on Storm and Wolverine.

Hope you enjoyed.
