Authors notes: Using MMPR: The movie Canon in regards to their powers as
opposed to the regular season Ninjetti storyline. It's basically the same
thing anyways, different ways of coming about it. Timeline in the beginning
is around the Edonoi story therefore, No Kat.
It was a dark, gloomy day in Angel Grove, perfect for a rainstorm. A red
SUV pulled up outside the Angel Grove cemetery. Two teens; one a stocky dark
haired male, the other a petite, lithe female, climbed out of it.
"I'll just need a few minutes," the girl said, her voice cracking alittle.
"Are you sure Kim?" the young man asked, putting his hands on her
shoulders.
Kimberly Hart gave him a sad smile. "I'll be all right, Jase," she
responded, putting a hand on Jason Lee Scott's cheek. She slowly walked into
the cemetery alone.
It's not fair, Jason thought, this should've never have happened.
What was worse, in Jason's mind was that the families of those lost could
never be told the real reason why they'd never see their loved ones again.
Kimberly Hart walked across the Angle Grove cemetery softly, so as not to
disturb any of those resting there. The five graves she was visiting
however, would not have anybody underneath. She knew that to be a certainty,
unfortunately it was the only thing she knew was a certainty.
She looked at the names sadly:
AISHA CAMPBELL
ROCKY DeSANTOS
ADAM PARK
WILLIAM CRANSTON
THOMAS OLIVER
Has it only been a few weeks, Kim thought, since everybody's lives were
changed so drastically.
As the rain began to fall, Kimberly fell to her knees.
"WHY?" she screamed to the heavens, who seemingly did not hear her pleas.
Why didn't Zordon send me out there, Kim mused over in her mind again. I
could've helped them!
Kim slowly got up, and turned to leave the cemetery.
As she left, she mentally lashed out at everything and everybody she
blamed for this tragedy. Damn the flu I got that prevented me from helping
the guys, Damn Zordon for sending them out on that mission in the first
place, and damn that race that took my friends.
Damn the borg.
