Early one morning, Joe awoke to voices coming from the bathroom,near his room. Creeping up to the it, he listened
from a small crack, seperating the door and the frame.
"What if someone sees us??" That was Tai..
"Don't be stupid, who'd be up at Four in the morning?" That was Matt..
"We are.."
"Yeah, but that's because we have something to do."
"I guess...hey, is this gonna hurt?"
"No, not if you listen to me."
"Ok."
"Does it hurt?"
"No..don't do it slowly, or else that'll stress the pain."
"Says who? You've never done this before!Just use the ice!"
"I know..but.."
"Be quiet Tai, it'll be over before you know it. Does it hurt?"

"Here goes..i'm gonna stick the whole thing in.."

*sigh* "Fine..let's go out and get you a towel to wipe the blood...and an ice pack.."

They walked out, and nearly slamming Joe with the door as they opened it. He jumped up,surprised by their sudden
entrance and landed three feet farther then where he ahd sat. They gazed at him curiously.
"What were you guys doing in there??" Joe asked. Then he noticed the silver earring, dangling from Tai's ear, and
the needle which Matt was holding,with a dripping ice cube. "Oh, you pierced your ear!!"
"Yeah..what'd you expect?"
