Relina slowly opened the door to the hotel room. This is the room the
manager had said that Heero was staying in. She entered the room to
find Heero sleeping on his bed. She silently walked over to him and
began to stroke his dark brown hair. "Oh Heero" She whispered. "If only
you knew."
"Relina?" Heero's eyes slowly fluttered open. "What are you doing
here?"
"I came to see you." She said.
"But why?" He asked. "Why is it that where ever I go you plague me
Relina? Following me why? I need to know." He demanded.
"Oh Heero can't you see I love you!" With that she burst into tears
crying uncontrollbly into Heero's chest.
"Relina..." Heero whispered. He was shocked by her sudden outburst of
emotion. Yet he was he even more surprised by how it made him feel, he
felt sad that she was sad he wanted to tell her he loved her to yet he
did not know the true meaning of love, he being raised to be the
perfect soldier was trained not to love or to feel any emotion at all.
All these thoughts swam through his confusing him how was he supposed
to react? He was human after all wasn't he? and if so shouldn't he feel
emotions too? For one of the few times in Heero's life he didn't know
what to do. He wanted to make Relina feel better, but at the same
didn't know why he felt this way. He wanted to scream at the top of his
lungs 'WHY!?!, why must he feel this way? What had this girl done to
him to make him feel so much pain? How could her tears do this to him?
The perfect soldier?'
Not knowing what to do Heero slowly wrapped his arms around Relina as
tears softly rolled down his cheeks. Relina felt the tears fall on her
neck and looked up to see Heero crying. She stopped crying long enough
to ask. "Heero whats wrong? Why are you crying?"
"I dont know," He confessed."I dont know..."
"Oh Heero." Relina took his chin in her head and leaned in for kiss but
Heero turned away."Heero please." She begged."Let me love you........."
And with that Relina pulled him into yet another passionate kiss this
time he didn't turn away.
Heero awoke from his sleep.......
'Was it all just a dream?' He thought. 'Or was it real?' He slowly opened
his eyes to find Relina sleeping next to him. He stroked her silky hair
and kissed her on the forehead. "Heero?" She asked just awakening from
her slumber. "Yes my love?" The words felt strange on his lips yet
comforting as if knowing he had someone who loved him whom he loved
in return made him complete. He now knew what it meant what it was and
that he would never be lonely again. "Promise me something." She said.
"Anything." He replied. "Promise me you'll never leave me again."
"I promise............"
