T.K. and Lily were out on date and Lily said "T.K. I think we should break up its definitely not working. Besides you've been eyeing a lot of girls." T.K. was speechless this was true he had been eyeing a few girls. Especially Kari Kamiya he had given up on Krysta she was happy with Phoenix. "Fine." T.K. responded. "Won't hurt me." Now Lily was the one who was speechless. Lily stuck her tongue out at T.K.
She ran away crying T.K. on the other hand was sad but happy. He started for his house on the way there he ran into Kari who was playing soccer with Tai, Krysta, and Ken. "Oh, T.K. I'm sorry I didn't see you." Kari said she had kicked the ball in his direction and it hit him in the head. "That's alright." He told her. Krysta looked over at him and whispered something to Ken and Tai. Tai came over. "T.K., Krysta said you and Lily just broke up. Is she right?" T.K. was amazed maybe Lily just told her. "How'd she know?" he asked Tai shrugged.
T.K. walked over to her "How did you know that me and Lily just broke up?" he asked. "I could tell by your face." She responded. Kari was listening. "I'm sorry." She said. "Its nothing." T.K. told her. He went home there was a knock at the door an hour after he got home. He walked over and answered it, it Kari. "Hello, T.K. I wanted to know how you are feeling? Any better?" she asked. T.K. shook his head "I never really liked Lily anyway." He said. Kari didn't believe him, he liked her, he was really hurt she could tell by the look in his face.
T.K. looked right into her eyes and kissed her. Kari wasn't expecting him to do anything like this. But she kissed him back everything seemed perfect when their lips met. They finally stopped kissed "T.K., why did kiss me?" Kari asked him. T.K. looked straight at her he couldn't lie to her. "Kari ever since I met you I have had feelings for until now I thought they were strong friendship but they are actually love." He said. Kari smiled. "T.K., I feel the same way, but we are only sixteen we can't be in love." She told him. 'Or could we' she thought.
T.K. was aware of the fact that they were only sixteen but love could happen at any age. But he could ask Kari out and they could wait see if it works outs. "Kari will you go out with me?" he asked her. She looked as if she was thinking very hard about this. She had just broken up with her boyfriend, Davis, a few days ago but she would go T.K. any way, she had liked him since they first met. "I'd love to." She said with a big smile on her face. Then she kissed T.K. one more time before she left.
