"Just to Hold It"
A/N: My first vignette. I hand wrote this at 12:15 am while watching some TV. Anyway, you can see by the title that this is about Christian. (Christian's POV- duh, lol) REALLY SHORT so don't give me reviews saying "it's short." I know it is.

Edge. What comes to mind? Great smile, funny comments, and witty comebacks right? Well, here is his newest accomplishment: 2001 King of the Ring. Oh, how close I was to winning that same title. I could almost taste it. It hurts to see my best friend own that trophy.
Jealously flows through me whenever Edge's name is announced. "And making his way to the ring, being accompanied by Christian, he is your 2001 King of the Ring- EDGE!" So that's all I do. I am just here, in the WWF, to look good and accompany our "king."
I wonder if my moment in the sun will come. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but it has to come. It has to. But for now, if I can't own that trophy, if I can't say that I am king, the least I can do is hold it. Oh, just to hold it.
